Fantasy Cursed Island

“I really, really hope not. But then, considering the state of that old man, it wouldn’t be surprising. I guess we’ll see if anything changes.”

For that old man's sake, Siege decided, it better not be. "Well, we'll find out," Siege shook her head and stood up, "Emilia, my stuff's in your bag, right?"

"Thanks," Siege picked up the bag to rifle through it, and deposit her bundles of new clothes onto the end table instead of the bed. until she could get someone to clean it, she wasn't going to continue the cycle. She did, however, take out the soul gem garment, which looked like something Veo and Emil would have grounded Bastet into oblivion for trying to wear onstage as the outer layer.

"Mana source," Siege replied, looking it over to find the clasps that would secure it around her torso. "I hope this works," she muttered as she took off her overshirt and amulets, and fit the thing around herself over the more elastic undershirt. The glowing soul gem sat directly on top of Siege's sternum, peeking out from just inside her cleavage as the ornate chains and beads wrapped around for a secure hold. "How's it look?"

Emilia stopped her writing to watch, fairly certain she wouldn't get to very often. She smiled at Siege's question. "Nice."

"Sexy." Nidia giggled.

"I like it," Siege agreed, moving a bit to make sure it wasn't loose anywhere. Among the things moving that garment definitely wasn't.

"Looks-" A knife appearing in front of Sinach shut him up before he could get his words out.

Emilia giggled. "It's almost a shame it'll be covered up so much of the time. But there's not really an occasion to wear it alone anyway."

"I can think of one," Siege chuckled, "But it's not happening anytime soon." She shrugged and took it off, putting it away with her purchased clothes. She'd change after the medicine took effect, if it took effect, and she'd had a bath. Until then, "When do you wanna make the," Siege gestured to herself around the breast area.

“Oh, right. I almost forgot.” Emilia passed her last note to Sinach before moving the writing stuff aside and starting on her weaving. “I’ll get on that now.”

"Right," Siege glanced around, before striding over and closing the door. "Do you need to use me as a..." She wanted to say model, but Siege hoped she wouldn't be doing this more than once.

"I should be able to get the fit right using your measurements. Though if you want a certain style, let me know now."

"Mmm," Siege shrugged and put her overshirt back on. They could make adjustments later if it didn't fit right, anyway. "As long as it works."

Sinach, now with his little paper belly full, curled up across Emilia's shoulders, content with his current situation as Emilia worked.

It was a pretty passive day, at least. Siege and Nidia definitely felt the effects of the medicine, it wasn't ineffective, it just took time to work. Thoughts were clearer, certain anatomy demanded less attention.

Nidia was relieved when she noticed the effect. And a little impressed that the medicine didn’t taste like medicine.

"Huh," Siege looked at the jar then down at herself, "I'm a little pissed mom and dad never thought of that."

Emilia glanced over. “I think they had other solutions for it... Solutions unavailable to you.”

Well that just put Siege in an irritable mood, "Their solution caused the problem to begin with!"

As the day wore on, everyone found something to do. Jalin neglected to return Nidia's medallion, the item instead taking a place around his neck.

Turac settled down to rest, not really doing much except to swallow his guild badge, storing it with the rest of his valuables in his mighty treasure stomach.
