Fantasy Cursed Island

Emilia giggled. “My parents would ask how the view was.”

Asta shrugged. “Honestly, yes. She is the child of Adran and Erina.”

"Hey!", Jerry slightly backhanded Asta's arm, "You're supposed to back me up!"

Sinach couldn't resist, "How was the view?" That turned out to be a mistake, as Turac turned around, the bigger dragon glaring at the tiny dragon.

Asta flinched away from her. “What? Did you really expect anything else from their daughter?”

“Pretty good, actually.”

Roy looked over. “That’s my mother you’re talking about.”

“What? Am I not allowed to acknowledge that she’s attractive?”

"Nnng," Jerry crossed her arms over her chest, "Why do none of you ever go after Veo?", she grumbled.

"No, not in that manner!", Turac replied to Emilia, "She is almost triple your age! Do you go around calling old women attractive?"

"Thank you Turac, you just called your mother old," Jerry sighed, "Where's Siege? I wanna talk to her."

"She... left the room. She didn't want to be affected if you were... busy."

Emilia looked at Turac. “If they are then, yeah.”

Roy looked to the mirror. “I’ll go and get her now that we know it’s clear.” He got up and went to retrieve his sister.

"There is something very wrong with you," Turac scowled, "That is my mother, and she is beautiful, but a bug less than half her age is not."

"Turac, sweetie, you're really not good at this," Jerry sighed as she fished around for a shirt, ending up taking Asta's from the day before. She was practically swimming in it, but it had room for her wings and it covered her.

Siege, true to her word, had gone to the girls' chambers, and was sharpening her axe when Roy appeared. "So, what'd she say?"

Emilia shrugged. "You have a very narrow view, Turac. Beauty comes in many, many forms. And if you could see half of them, you'd know that beauty is all around."

Roy shook his head. "She said she wants to talk to you. I think she's getting dressed, so I haven't actually asked her yet."

"Just because it glitters doesn't mean it's gold," Turac scowled.

"Attaboy!"

"Dressed from... 'busy', or dressed from sleeping naked?", Siege asked. Honestly she was just impressed her mother was getting dressed, their parents spent so much time 'talking' that Siege didn't understand why they even kept clothes anymore, they were always taking them off.

"Perhaps, but I'm not a collector, I'm an admirer. If it looks nice, I will stop and enjoy the way it looks before moving on."

"Sleeping naked, this time."

"Well you are not going to 'stop and enjoy' my mother!"

Siege shuddered, "Fine..." She put her axe down and stood up, "Let's go."

"It sounds completely different when you say it like that. I'm just saying that she's attractive. Does anyone dislike being called attractive?"

Roy turned and headed back to the room.

"What are you idiots doing now?", Siege asked when she came back in to hear Emilia and Turac arguing.

"Emilia thinks your mom's hot, Turac took exception to that," Sinach filled the twins in.

On the other side of the mirror, Jerry was sitting with her head in her hands. "I really, really hope they're just drunk."

Roy shook his head. "Unfortunately, they're both sober. Or they're both hiding drinks. In any case, the discussion is over and Siege is here now."

"It better be!", Jerry barked, "Your parents are gonna be very disappointed in you, missy!"

"Mom, Roy called because we need your expertise," Siege said.

"On what?"

Roy hesitated for a moment, making sure the door to the room was closed, before looking at the mirror. "Any advice on robbing royalty?"

Jerry paused, lifting the mirror up so she could see their faces. "Can you repeat that, please? It sounded like you just said you wanted to collectively commit suicide by executioner."

Roy sighed. "I'm aware. But the next stone is presumably a royal family heirloom. Once we confirm that it is, we need a way to get and begone without getting caught. If anyone knows how to do that, it's you."

"You're serious."

"Unfortunately."

"And you're all on board with this?"

"Well," Jalin spoke up, "I have suggested twice now that we let the paper drake go searching, but..."

"That won't work, they'll be expecting magical invaders," Jerry shook her head, "You'll need a member of the royal family on your side, or at least being oblivious. You need to know that castle top to bottom, everysingle entrance, every single hidden passage, nook, and cranny, because you are going to have to use them all if you're gonna get out alive."

"As thanks for clearing out a bandit fort, we've been allowed to spend one night here in the castle. That's not a lot of time to get to know the place though..."

"No, it's not," Jerry shook her head, "It's not even close. You need to get close to someone in the royal family. Does the king hae a favored concubine? You could get in her favor, the king's sluts are usually easy."

"Unfortunately," Turac spoke up, "This king does not seem to possess that manner of female companionship."

Nidia spoke up. "He has a son though."

Roy nodded. "It was the prince that got into the city without having to be searched at the gate. He already seems to like us, simply because we're adventurers."

"You better make him your bitch." Jerry looked around the group, "Somone needs to get close to him, and you need to wrap him around your finger like a string. Make him your puppet."

Nidia shifted a bit, feeling a bit uncomfortable with it put like that. Emilia, on the hand, seemed to brighten. She very much liked the sound of that.

"Mom..."

"You want to get into the treasury, you need to be invited. You want to get the rock and get out, you need a royal liason," jerry shook her head, "The head of the treasury staff isn't an option, and none of you are Shades, you can't just walk into that treasury and walk out."

"Well, Jalin knows a spell, we can have you come through," Sinach offered.

Roy paused. "That...is something of an option. I had hoped to not rely so heavily on my parents for this venture though."
