“I was thinking maybe a kanji tattoo. I love anything to do with Japanese stuff and would have taken a class if they offered it here.” Emily stated. “That’d be pretty versatile and something I wouldn’t get bored of anytime soon.”

"It's cool, I guess, but most people come off as rude or distant to me, and that's not really my cup of tea," she replied as they walked into the school. "I'm more of a kind of girl who likes meeting people that are nice and friendly, like you. I mean, it gets kinda weird when everyone you meet is cold."

“I agree,” Emily remarked. “Sometimes I think there aren’t enough friendly people in the world. I’ve come across a bunch of jerks myself, and to be honest I was a little afraid you’d be too when I bumped into you.”

Priscilla then asked to stroke Hugo's dog, which Grey immediately knew was a bad idea. Hugo responded with a rude comment, evidently, he got this a lot. But then Hugo sees to think about what her aid and relented a bit.

Grey wasn't the worlds biggest dog fan, but he didn't mind them. He felt kind of awkward that he was being next to ignored, but decided to stick around for a bit to see what happened

"Really?" she asked playfully. "I didn't know I gave off that kind of vibe...it's the smoke smell on the hoodie, isn't it?"

“Hi Hugo, it’s nice to meet you! Oh, oh my God I’m so sorry! I should’ve known. Didn’t mean any harm. Yeah he’s got his vest,” Priscilla internally recoiled from Hugo’s irritation. She glanced back at Nazar. Priscilla couldn’t help but feel a little hurt, although she tried not to hold it against Hugo. She shifted her attention towards the other boy, Gray.

“Gray, right? Are you excited for school? Which classes do you have?”

However then Hugo spoke up and said Nazar liked handshakes and high fives. She let out a little excited gasp, smiled, and extended her hand towards Nazar.

“What about you, Hugo? Are you looking forward to any classes?”

Grey nodded, "yup that's me. I am excited, but it's very different here from my old school back home. I miss my friends, but hopefully, I'll make some new ones." He paused slightly, thinking of his friends back home.

"And as for classes I have science, maths, humanities, then journalism, German, health and last P.E. What about you? What classes do you have?" He asked, genuinely curious and also relieved that he had memorised his timetable acurately

“No no. I didn’t even notice that to be honest.” Emily said with a reassuring smile. “And you don’t give off that vibe at all. I just know that usually if you bump into someone like that they wouldn’t be too happy about it, you know what I mean?”

"Ah. Yeah, I get it," she nodded. "I honestly don't mind when it comes to that. I mean, if someone accidentally bumps into me, I don't exactly have the right to be a whiny bitch about it." She knew that when she cussed, it made people kinda drift away from her, but she wanted to trust Emily.

“Yeah, I agree. That role is no fun for anyone.” Emily personally didn’t cuss, but she didn’t mind when other people did.

Lavender nodded as she sipped on the nearly forgotten tea she still had in her hands. "Nobody likes those kinds of people anyway. So, quick question that my brother asked me to ask other people for their insight...if you inherit five million dollars the same day aliens touch down on earth and say they're blowing it up in two days, what do you do with the money?"

“I probably would spend it on a bunch of anime and binge watch. Maybe a few video games too if I had time.” Emily responded. “But I watch a LOT of anime”

"That actually sounds pretty cool," she nodded. "Honestly, I'd just buy a spaceship and touch down on a different planet that conveniently has oxygen."

“Ooh. That’d be nice too. I didn’t even think about that.” Emily said. She wanted to add something along the lines of ‘I could bring my anime collection’ but she didn’t want to sound weird.

"Hell, if we brought a TV, you could bring a bunch of anime," she commented with a slight laugh. She gave a cheeky grin at that and tucked a piece of stray hair behind her ear.

"I'm not, I'm not," she said, raising a hand in defense. "To be honest, being a mind reader would be really cool; I can tell when people are talking shit about me."

“Being a mind reader would have its cons though.” Emily said. “Like if someone is thinking dirty thoughts and you didn’t want to see that.”

"I honestly wouldn't care about that," she shrugged. "Being a sister to a bunch of dirty minded siblings can let you get used to it."
