“That’s...really sad...” Emily responded somberly. “You seem to take it well, though.”

"Yeah, I've gotten used to it," she replied quietly. "It doesn't matter all that much to me anymore."

“I wish I could feel the same way about my mom.” Emily Said thoughtfully. Her dad was the one who arrested her mom, which took an emotional toll on both of them.

"Oh...well, if you ever need support or anything like that, you know where to find me," she smiled gently as a means of reassurance.

“Thanks. That really means a lot to me.” Emily smiled.

"Of course," she smiled as a few students came into the room.

Emily became silent when other students filed in. She didn’t want others to be hearing about their conversation.

Grey glanced at his watch, a battered analogue on a beaten leather strap. It was nearly time for class to start. His first class was science, which wasn't too far. He turned to Hugo and Priscilla.

"Hey guys, class is about to start soon, so I'm gonna head, i don't suppose either of you have science first class?" he asked them.

"I don't have Science," Priscilla replied, "I have humanities first, math, then science--marketing, French, health, and PE later. I'll see you for math then? What about you, Hugo, where are you walking to?"

Cilla realized that she had never ventured inside the cafe, because she had engaged with other people outside. But she decided it was worth it to get to know a few classmates, and she could always come back another time. It seemed like it might be a popular place for her class, and that delighted Priscilla.

Grey nodded as she recited the timetable. He shared three classes with Priscilla. "ok then, I'm going to head over to class now, it's starting soon, see you guys later?"

He slung his bag over his left shoulder and tucked the phone into the special pocket in his bag. He felt for his camera strap, relieved to see that it was there.

Mackenzie got done eating his apple pie and drinking his coffee. Than, he looked at his phone, and saw that his English class was about to start, so he got up & put his flower backpack on. After that, he put his phone in his pink and sparkly purse, and went to class.

Elizabeth was still waiting for kailo to show up to the cafe so she can tell Kailo the good news. As she was waiting, She was thinking to herself about how she will tell her parents. She then texted her parents say she had got a job interview for the local newspaper as a journalist. She was so excited to beta reply from her parents but never did. She tried calling them and no one would answer. She called her sister that was the oldest while she is gone and she answer. *on the phone* “hey where is mom and dad.... they what..... they got into a car crash and is in the hospital” *hung up the phone and texted kailo saying “Kailo get over here now”
