Fandom Corpse Party: Stuff of Nightmares

(The second worst location in the game! We had to go in there! Why?!)

Akihiro walked in and looked around. "Damn." He said under his breathe. He sighed. "Let's check the stalls."

(We had to at some point.)

"You can check the stalls." Ako said. She scraped what looked like blood off the top of the mirror. The blood was dry and crusty, making her shudder in disgust. Glancing in the broken mirror, she could've sworn she saw a pair of eyes. And a creepy smile. But it was just her imagination, she was sure.

Akihiro nodded and checked the stalls. The first was locked, the second one opened slowly and there's was nothing in there, except for a piece of paper. He handed it to Ako. "I think it's Nahos notes. Or at least some of it." He then checked the third stall and he froze. "Oh my god." He said under his breathe. There was another student there and she hang herself.

"You can't assume she hung herself in a place like this." Ako said, quietly, closing the stall door, "Somebody could have hung her." She read through the notes:

I had a final exam today, so I went to school for the first time in quite a while. Seems while I was gone, Kibiki came here to Heavenly Host without me. 'It's too dangerous! We don't have enough data!' he said, trying to justify why he'd skulk into this sacred ground behind my back. His assistant, Taguchi, most likely put him up to it. I did give him all the details on how to return home from here, and it's a fairly simple process...but I can't help worrying about him nonetheless. At any rate, the blog's been updated. And I do feel bad about dragging my friend Sayaka into this... ...but it's time to dive headfirst into these trenches, and really feel out what this place is all about...

Akihiro nodded and listened. "That's not what we need. Might be more somewhere. Come on." He walked out the bathroom with her.

"Kibiki is a paranormal journalist." Ako muttered, "I can understand why Naho would admire him so. His work is underrated." Then, she realised Akihiro was talking, "Huh? Yeah." She followed him out of the bathroom and to the next one.

Ako shoved the paper in her pocket and hurried forward, eager to get this over with. She pushed on the stall doors one at a time, none of them opening. Except for the one that was already open. A noose hung from the ceiling above but there was no body. It looked as if someone was planning to hang someone but never got round to it. There was a dark patch on the floor that resembled damp but wasn't.

"I'm getting the creeps." Ako said, backing away, "Let's just go."

"I don't know." Ako sighed, "I suppose it might be worth checking some of the classrooms." She was glad to be out of the bathroom- it was a really freaky place- with her life. She could've died in so many different ways in there. Oh, god. This place was making her paranoid.

"M'kay." Ako said. On the first door they came across, she rammed the key into the lock and rattled it. The door did not open. She tried the next classroom along, then the next. All refused to open.

"Maybe. But we can't go downstairs." Ako said, turning the key over and over in her hands, "The sign says not to and I'm going to try and stick to the rules. Something tells me we'd die if we didn't." She laughed, bitterly, "A little freaking ghost child would come out and strangle us."

Akihiro nodded and kept looking. Then he started to hear rain. "You hear that?" It sounds like they're getting close to outside.

"Holy microwave!" Ako exclaimed, as they turned a corner. Scattered everywhere were pairs of shoes, small ones and larger ones. Put neatly together in pairs. She hoped it wasn't what she thought.

(I read that in Japan, people take off their shoes before killing/hanging themselves...)

(Thanks internet...)

"This many people?" Ako said, "I guess I can understand why... They'd... You know..." She grabbed Akihiro by the hand, "I want to go home!"

"I don't want to die or be driven to suicide or explode against a wall!" Ako said, "I don't like spirits and stuff anymore!" She hugged him tightly, "I'm never watching a horror movie again."

Shikyo went over a grabbed the board. He hefted it onto his shoulder and made his way to the gap. "This would be a lot easier if we had Akihiro here" he said as he set the board over the gap. He held it steady waved over Yuina. "Ladies First." He said as the Earthquake occurred. He held onto the board and kept himself steady until it came to an end. "You ok!?" He asked looking back towards her.

Akihiro hugged her tightly. "I agree. This place is horrible. But we will get out and make sure nobody else will ever have to come here again."

"Promise?" Ako said, looking around, "Promise we'll get home?" She knew he couldn't honestly promise her something like that right now but she needed the reassurance.

Akihiro smiled softly and nodded. "I promise." He looked over and saw a door and it looks like it goes outside. "Look over there."

"A door?" Ako said, "But wait, didn't Naho say that we couldn't just leave? This place doesn't exist in reality etc.?" She shrugged and tried the key in the lock. The doors flew open.
