I believe as Beat and I discussed it, those will be NPC groups. The main story will be focused upon the conflicts and adventures the group of player characters will be running into, with those factions being more set pieces and story beats than anything.

I don't know what else needs to be changed! She only has one Persona that uses a light fire attack to start! It deals less damage than a spell in Skyrim!
