Anuli was reaching the end of his technique thinking He did enough to hide the ship. It seemed as though because everything was a bit hard to see. At least to him of course. He then heard Kimirou come in talking about the old infirmary crew. He just grinned and nodded his head and returned his attention to what he was doing. Kimirou then added his own spin to the realm of smoke he was creating. It was a great addition being that the moisture from the water was mixing within his smoke. @babyjoker36610

Kehinde watched the event from the sidelines figuring there was no need to get involved. To be honest Kehinde didn't really feel the need to because the ship was already close enough to be detected. With the way Kimirou came up behind him, he figured they would handle it. While all the efforts were underway, a loud explosion sounded just ahead of the ship. A slight chill ran down Kehinde's which let him know things weren't good. "What in the world?" He pondered. "Looks like things are already starting to get underway." The voice in his head remarked. The next voice Kehinde heard was on that sounded as clear as day. He stepped forward to find the source of the voice only to see the Knights acting strangely.

Just as soon of the voice made its entrance, it was gone. He then watched as the Seventh Knight took off disappearing. "Must be serious." He thought to himself. Successfully, the ship docked on land and the eight quickly began rounding up everyone. Anuli was called first and before he went down he stopped by Kehinde, “Be careful.” Kehinde nodded, “Likewise.” and Anuli was off on the orders he was given. Kehinde jumped down onto the beach.

As he started making his way toward it, he could feel the sheer power that this place was emitting. He’s heard stories about this place but never thought he’d actually see it in person. His father would always say things like, “When you get over to the U.S. don’t go landing yourself in Destirdere.” or his famous one, “Son, if I have to bail you out of Destirdere I’ll just have to kill you.” Kehinde almost rolled his eyes, but then he realized why his father was so adamant about it. “It’s been so long since I’ve seen this place. I forgot how taxing it was to get close.” His koumpi spoke. Kehinde furrowed his eyebrow, “Seen? You have been here before?” He replied. “Yes seen. I’ll leave it that.” Kehinde was going to pry, but meeting the presence of the eight soaked up the rest of his attention. Kehinde couldn't help but try and think about what his Koumpi was talking about. Had he been in there? Was it once an inmate there?

These thoughts ran through his mind as he slowly looked up to see someone new. The guy she was with introduced her as Soley and from what he could tell she was an assassin. Kehinde squinted his brown eyes at her in a ‘checking out’ type of way before stepping out of his comfort zone right after Darious, “Well, I might as well introduce myself as well. I’m Kehinde Akachi from the scouts faction. Scouts and Assassins don’t get along, but I’m not at home so I’m gonna give you a chance.” He grinned.

He stepped back and looked over to Darious who looked as if he had a lot on his mind. He asked the Knight a valid question because Kehinde was beginning to wonder the same thing. This is supposed to be a high-security prison and there are any guards in sight. “I’d like to add that it was pretty easy to get here. Would there be like an interceptor or something to check the ship?” He asked before overhearing Darious. “Who is that you speak of?” Kehinde questioned politely, “I’m not trying to be nose or anything, but I just couldn’t hearing your words.” Kehinde then fell into his thoughts, “Could he be hiding something?” He then looked over at the establishment, “Everyone here could have sometimes with this place somehow guess we'll just have to wait and see.@OwlOne @Affili @Raphael

"RAIKINSI!" Sora announce before a trail of electricity appeared, leading up to dust cloud kicked up by the force of Sora's stop a few feet away from Niclaus. He appeared in all his ninja and Lightning Emperor awesomeness, a little bit of electricity flashed around for bit from the use of his lightning augmented kinsi. "Normally I 'd ask while the hell are we here, what does this have to with the kunina, and what not but I just really want to strike something so if there are enemies that need defeating I am perfectly fine with this." He said stretching a bit. 'If you get into trouble just call my name.' His koumpi reminded him. 'Yeah I know , I know.' He replied.

He walked over doing some arm stretches as he did so revealing his manly biceps amd triceps. "Though I would like it if someone could fill me in on what we're doing here." Sora added. He pulled out a kunai and began spinning it on his finger, he noted the new face but didn't bother introducing himself for he didn't feel it necessary as they'd learn all they need to learn about him soon enough. 'Actually now that I think about now may be a good time to see how prodigical your talents are. I want to test somethings that build on what you have learned during these battles. If you got what it takes to pull them off then I'll you a little more of the time I spent as a Dragon in the Dragon Strait and some more about Kaminari.' His koumpi chimed in. "I would like to know more." He said aloud to both his koumpi and whoever explained the current situation.

Vienna continued to observe as she overheard the voices of the Seventh and Eighth Knights. It was hard to focus on thier conversation however as the angry, lamenting soul essences of hundreds of powerful inmates all but overwhelmed her senses. "Hmm, a rather inopportune time for this ability of yours to awaken. You haven't had proper time to become accustomed to it before being exposed to this many powerful soul essences at once." 'It's alright, I believe I can manage it' she thought, breathing deeply and focusing in on the familiar soul essences around the ship, slowly being able to hone in on them and thus think more clearly, not quite as overwhelmed, though still bombarded, by those of the inmates up ahead. Vienna's eyes widened in surprise as suddenly, Felix lost his balance and his barrier crashed down. It didn't seem to be too much of an issue seeing as they most likely have already been sensed, but she still didn't see what caused his sudden loss of control. She spied Niclaus motioning in her direction, which was met with a nod as she moved along the shadows aboard the now anchored ship and looked over the railing into a shadow cast by the vessel onto the sand, before shadow stepping down into it, seeming to disappear appord the ship and rematerialize on the sand to whomever saw.

Sensing two unfamiliar soul essences in the direction of the rapidly gathering familiar ones, Vienna turned in that direction and quizzically looked upon the owners of the new essences, listening in as they were introduced as Lex and Soley. Vienna's eyes widened in surprise, furrowing her brow as the Eighth caused Lex to unceremoniously collapse due to unconsciousness without warning. His words seemed to betray his motives though, bringing to light that this Lex seemingly brought Soley along to do his dirty work for him. Shaking her head, both at that fact and at the rather abrupt way the Eighth Knight dealt with the lazy Lex, Vienna slowly began to energy from the shadows, stepping towards the gathering group. Spotting the messengers Alf, Anuli and Nicky, she overheard Niclaus giving them orders to get everyone off the ship. Nicky nodded, "Understood." and proceeded to follow Anuli back onto the ship to take care of her assigned duties.
"A messenger's work is never done, is it Anuli?" She quipped jokingly, smirking slightly towards the messenger in question. @Newtype @OwlOne @Raphael @FrontLine @babyjoker36610

After a few of the others gave thier introductions to Soley, Vienna herself stepped up and bowed curtly towards her. "
Vienna moors, Shadow. Good to meet you," she said in a neutral yet agreeable tone, eyes gazing analytically over the assassin. Suddenly, Vienna heard her koumpi speak up within her mind. "That's very odd... from what I remember, guards should be storming this location as you all stand here and exchange pleasantries... but that isn't so... that doesn't bode well. Doesn't bode well one bit..." 'You haven't told me what connection you have with this place,' Vienna replied. "I may not need to tell you... meeting other Shadows here may give you hints as to who I was, at least." Furrowing her brow, Vienna didn't reply, opting to see what her Koumpi could have possibly meant with her own eyes. As she glanced around the group of Hunters gathered upon the shore, it would seem a few of them may be similarly disturbed as her Koumpi was about the lack of Authorities trying to stop the invasion of thier island. Considering this was a maximum security prison with the most infamous reputation in america, if the world at large, that truly didn't bode well the more she thought about it.

Darious sighed at Sora's showmanship. always had to make a grand entrance that one did. He looked around at the gathered graduates, eyes pausing on Kehinde as he introduced himself to the new addition. Sora on the other had seemed to have chosen a different approach, that mysterious stranger kind of approach and one could have mistaken his flashy entrance as a call for attention, but then again that was just Sora.

"Sora, do you not realize where we are? It's a maximum security prison that our esteemed knights of the round have undoubtedly had a hand in populating... All full of angry, powerful, pissed off inmates" he held a finger up for pause, then withdrew his personal flask from his jacket and threw back a generous swig. "Pissed off inmates, that have most likely joined together and quite possibly are responsible for that explosion earlier" he paused once more then sighed "Do not take them lightly, especially if their restraints have been removed."

Darious smiled and held his own flask up to Vienna as she complimented the Vaunbane recipe

"I know, It's good right?" he added before his gaze shifted to Kehinde, there was no point avoiding the situation a second time.

"Him. One of the most notorious pirates ever known to our faction. Blood thirsty and cold hearted as they come, Blood Beard." speaking his name was enough to stir Darious' memories causing a blue to circle his normally green irises. He tossed his head towards Niclaus " Don't you remember the meeting last night Kehinde? They confirmed at the very least that Blood Beard has escaped, and there's no telling who else he's got tagging along with him by now. How long have you been out of communication with your people on the inside eighth? Are we truly flying blind right now? Because I can't think of a worse predicament to be stuck in the middle of if that's the case."

His eyes ran over the group once more "Now everyone drink up! You're going to need it! You too lass" he added to the new comer "I don't know how long you've been going but I can assure you if we're dealing with Blood Beard, we'll need all the help we can find."

"Geez Sora trying to get the girl before she's had a chance to get involved?" He rolled his eyes. He never understood why having to show off was a sort of a showmanship. Where he was from, it was about the amount of money and power you have. Wealthy as Kehinde was, he never had that issue. Being a direct descendant of a well-known man, people of his homeland and outside of it respected him. Of course without having to prove himself. His older brothers were always the ones to get praised. His sister, she was the one to keep it all in line. "I'm pretty sure the woman will like you even if you didn't have power Sora." He finished returning his attention to Darious. @Newtype @Raphael

He explained the reason for his actions being that one of the inmates there was the infamous bloodbeard. Kehinde’s heard that around the scouts a few times. Rumor has it that, one of the scouts used to rendezvous with Bloodbeard himself. One night, he and his teammates were on a mission and the guy silently tried to kill them and left them for dead and met up with Bloodbeard. “I’ve heard. We at the scouts have had an encounter or two with him. You tell the Council and they in turn respond with a ‘He acted in free will so there’s nothing we can do.’ or ‘We’re already handling it.’ Never saw my superior so angry, but I must say it was amusing.” He responded. Kehinde never really seen the guy in person, but if he was as bad as they say he was there’s no point. With all that was going on, they were bound to run into him sooner or later. “When you meet him, be sure to listen to me. His name has came up numerous times back home.” His Koumpi chimed in. “Really you know stuff that goes on in other countries?” He questioned. “Why wouldn’t we?” His Koumpi returned. Kehinde shrugged his shoulder and continued with Darious, “Really? I was half way sleep. We waited for like an hour for it to start only to have in at the drop of a hat. I would be surprised if anyone else remembered anything from last night.

He awaited the answer from the Knight following Darious’ questions. Being that Sora did have a point in saying that this had nothing to do with the Kunina. As far as Kehinde was concerned it was was supposed to be them heading to fountain canal. Now they are at one of America’s most vile locations. Darious then ended his spiel with offering everyone a drink. Kehinde threw his hand slightly up, “No thank you. I don’t drink.” He smiled politely. In all honesty, Kehinde wanted to snatch the drink and down it, but his promise to Rina stood true. He promised to never take another drink as long as he walked the earth and Kehinde was one to keep promises. Even if the other person doesn’t. He balled his fist just thinking about it. “Proud of you for not taking the drink. You know what that stuff does to you and me when you drink…” Kehinde quickly shut his Koumpi down. “I’m aware.@Affili @OwlOne

Anuli couldn’t help but wonder if Kehinde was up for even handling something like that. Being what over doing it does to the hunter. His thoughts were put to the side when Nicky made a point, “Ahh well that’s true. Without us, I’m not sure how this place would even function.” He giggled. “Say, Do you have any animosity toward your former comrades? You know for leaving you out there like that?” He finished landing on the deck of the ship. @DergTheDergon @babyjoker36610

Rufus Dillinger was done. He was done with his entire team entered for promotion. The thieves faction had nominated the five hunters, including Rufus, but they hadn't taken into account how well the five thieves could work together. And the honest answer? They were complete ass at cooperation, thanks to their 'fearless' leader, Shen, the dumbest of them all. Sure, Shen had been the strongest, but was he the smartest? The answer was obviously no.

So here Rufus was, stuck on Destirdere, Shen having wrecked their boat against the shore. Rufus turned to Shen in fury, speaking in a furious whisper as not to attract anyone. "Do you know what you just did? We are TRAPPED on a prison that houses criminals, with no way out! I thought you said you knew how to steer a boat!" Shen casually waved him off, not even bothering to keep his voice low. "Ah, it doesn't matter, we can probably find another one and steal it. Now follow me, and let's go grab some intel on the smoke we saw on this island. Someone had to have triggered it."

With that statement, Shen walked upshore, leaving Rufus behind, his mouth gaping at how utterly stupid he thought Shen was. Shen, for some reason only a dumbass would have, had selected Rufus to be his partner and scout out the island of Destirdere, which also happened to be a famous prison for the worst criminals. And of course, Shen had chose this time to be his opportune time to wreck the boat yet again and leave Rufus stranded and stuck with Shen. If they actually managed to find and steal a boat and get off the island, Rufus swore to himself that he would immediately stage a mutiny against Shen.

Rufus held up his hands, quickly unsheathing and resheathing his bone blades, testing to see if they were still working. He had the power to manipulate his bones, but they only ever turned to blades, and he could only do it on his feet and fingers. Yet that one time... Rufus shook the thought out of his head and followed Shen. The voice that was in his head had remained silent ever since then, and there was no reason for him to think about it anymore.

**

To Rufus' surprise, Shen was actually correct for once. There was a ship nearby, a rather large one. It was docked, and around it stood a small crowd of people. As Rufus reached the bush where Shen was hiding behind, Shen turned to him and spoke in a casual voice, as if they weren't even trying to hide in the first place. "I got all the intel we needed. It was a fire within the prison, and this team here probably started it. Let's go take that ship!" Shen made a move to get up, but Rufus pulled him back down.

"Wait!" Rufus whispered. "We should probably wait until they leave, I think there's a ninja with them. Besides, your 'intel' could be wrong." Rufus was impulsive a lot of times, but this was beyond stupid. Surely even someone like Shen could see that.

Rufus was wrong. Shen grinned, displaying the signature feral expression of the Thieves faction. "You just watch me, I was nominated as the most stealthy in the faction! That ship will be ours in no time!" And with that ridiculously false statement, Shen started off towards the ship, leaving Rufus behind. Rufus sighed.

"Stealthy my ass," he muttered. Shen obviously didn't know what a "ninja" was. Rufus stayed behind the bush, ready to bolt if and when things went wrong. @Newtype

A large boom caused everyone to stop what they were doing. This also caused the barrier, they just created, to fall. Kimirou became upset and began to pout at the sadness of such a perfect technique going to waste. His koumpi chimed in. "Awww, poor baby, well there's always another time. No reason to pout now." Then, right as Kimirou was about to respond, a voice interrupted. The voice taunted the knights and then vanished from existence. Kimirou's koumpi once again spoke, but this time her voice contained a combination of fear and curiosity. "There is no way tha.... That can't be him. How is it possible for him to be alive. And here? This is terrible." Kimirou wanted to ask but didn't as Niclaus was summoning him off of the ship.

Kimirou followed suit with the other graduates. Then appeared a few new faces. Of course Niclaus made one of them comatose. As everyone became involved in introductions, Kimirou became distracted with something else. "The guards are here, I can feel the register of their essences." He thought. His koumpi spoke but of course her voice was normal again. "Great your learning. I guess you were actually listening to me this morning. Now try to feel for...." Kimirou interjected. "What. What's that? From the left end of the island. New arrivals." His koumpi chuckled, "Really Kimirou, you can even sense things like that already. Do you see anything different." Kimirou thought back in response to his Koumpi's question. "No, I'm trying to hone in but it's not working." His koumpi once again chuckled. "Of course not Kimirou, you just started this training. I wouldn't do it too long though. You are going to need it even more later on." Kimirou agreed and returned to the conversation just to realize everyone was talking to Sora about his entrance and introduction. Kimirou then walked over to Vienna. "What's the big deal? Hasn't Sora been the one to have a grand entrance and introduction? And why are they throwing themselves at her? I don't get it."

Kimirou then became distracted once again but this time by something he saw. Without a word, Kimirou vanished using Kinsi. He reappeared behind exactly what he thought he saw, a person peering through the bushes below a tree. Kimirou crossed his arms and spoke to the pink haired man. "What do you think you are doing? Don't bother trying to save your friend either, the others will take care of him." He then chuckled. "I can't believe you willingly came here. Don't you know what's going on?" ( posted from phone guys sorry for the lack of color and things.)

"What I always make flashy awesome entrances. And trust me you'll know when I am truly after a girl. Besides strong foes or not they'll go down just a matter of time. Also I had enough experience with mystery substances and the Iike." Sora replied to Kehinde and Darious. 'Yes they'll all know if you do what you did with Miria.' his koumpi commented. It was referring to when Sora saw Miria one day after a few years apart at a gathering. Around that time he and a few of his friends had taken up listening to what the normals called "Rap". His friends decided to make their own music but Sora couldn't find his inspiration until he saw Miria which gave birth to the first rap song he ever came up with, which plays in his head whenever he sees a girl that ignites his spark.

Then Sora began to notice someone trying to head for the ship. He felt this was a very poor attempt at stealth. Or maybe he sensed him because as a ninja he was well adjusted to sensing truly steathly opponents. He used Raikinsi and moved between Shen and the ship. " Raikouken!" Sora said as he formed a solidified blade of blue lightning in his hand. Then he heard his koumpi. 'You can turn this into a spear just focus on reforming it into a spear. This technique is call Shinso Raition.' Sora concentrated and the turned back into a ball of lightning and then extend into a long rod with a blade at the head. He aimed it and threw it at Shen, it flew releasing aa loud thunderclap upon release aimed for Shen's shoulder to pin him to the ground a few yards away.

Rufus Dillinger

If Rufus was surprised when the man showed up, he didn't let it show. Instead, he quickly slipped on his glasses, then got up, holding his hand out for a handshake. Well, that and to see what he could steal from the man. "How do you do?" Rufus asked. "My name is Rufus Dillinger, always a pleasant surprise to meet someone here." At the mention of Rufus' "Friend", Rufus frowned.

"I wouldn't really call Shen my friend... How about... my stupid, dimwitted team leader who just stranded me on this stinking island? Yeah, that sounds about right." Rufus was careful to keep his voice casual and friendly, but he was still seething at the humongous mess Shen had just got them into. Forcing a smile again, he continued, "But enough about him. The reason Shen and I originally came here was to figure out what was going on. Can you fill me in?" He didn't mention Shen's 'intel', because he was almost positive it was wrong.

Just then, a loud thunderclap pierced Rufus' ears, and Rufus turned his head to see Shen running towards him, the most vile and nasty curses flying out of his mouth. "Speak of the devil," Rufus muttered. Looking at Shen, he shouted, "MY FUCKING GOD SHEN PLEASE DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEMS YOURSELF!" Rufus breathed a heavy breath. He was in no mood to babysit Shen anymore. @Newtype

"I just thought I'd remind you." His Koumpi continued. Kehinde was well aware of what his Koumpi was referring to. Whenever he drinks, his abilities began to turn on him casting an illusion on the mind. He loses contact with his Koumpi and ends up waking up days later. The last time he did this was when he was back in the scouts faction. He had one too many and long story short he scared the daylights out of his faction mates so Rina made him promise not to drink. He agreed and never drunk since.

As he stood there awaiting the answer of the Knight, he noticed something out the corner of his eye approaching them. Kehinde thought maybe it was something rolling on the beach, but it was moving too fast. So he threw his attention in that direction just in time to see Kimirou vanish from his view. The intruder was approaching fast. Sora instantly sprang into action engaging the enemy causing an ear ringing clap to break the sky. "Ahh Sora. Let everyone know were here why don't you." He expressed. Kehinde watched with a smirk on his face. "An inmate I suppose." He wondered studying the movements and foot patterns of the intruder. "No, it looks like an isolated attack. In any case be ready for a lesson. I'm going to teach you a little something." Kehinde nodded and watched out. Following Sora’s attempt, he noticed the fear that crept on the enemies face. He then noticed Kimirou over by a bush. From what he could tell, there was someone over there with him extending out their hand. “What’s going on here?” He thought to himself. @Newtype

At that moment, Kehinde caught out the corner of his eye the enemy trying to flee. “So you're gonna intervene or let him get away?” His Koumpi asked. “Do I have to?” Kehinde returned. “Yes!” The voice yelled. Kehinde sighed as his eyes began to form a ring around them, “Fiiiine.” He took a deep breath, faded away out of sight, and exhaled. Sand began to twirl around and ride up apparently nothing. After a few moments, Kehinde’s body began to materialize out of the sand, “Disturb the peace then haul ass huh?” He greeted as the last of the sand fell back to the ground. “That’s a bit rude don’t you think?” He continued pulling out a dart from his pocket.

He began to twirl it amongst his fingers scanning the enemy. For all he knew, this guy could be full of tricks. “Alright, Kehinde watch him. Size him up and move when he moves. I see you've mixed your Kinsi and illusion together.” His Koumpi spoke. “I gotcha. In case things get a little out of hand let me in on a few things will you?” His Koumpi chuckled, “Thought you’d never ask oh stubborn one.” Kehinde lightly shook his head and shifted his gaze toward the guy. “Wasting energy before the real fight….this is foolish.” He mumbled to himself. @Newtype

Soley Sinamori Meeting a man named Lex wasn't what Soley was expecting. The night before she'd only followed the man with the ugly teeth because she thought he had intel, information, not connections with someone on his way to Destirdere. Currently she'd just stepped onto the deck of a rather large vessel. Her hair was it's usual cropped brown and her eyes a ghost-like gray. She had on a simply black tank top paired with a black leather jacket and black shorts. Normally, she wouldn't wear shorts but when she heard she was going to be on a ship with other faction members, faction members she had to work with, shorts would allow her to display the blades she kept latched to her thighs. She'd hoped her open display of weaponry would keep others away but one by one everyone approached her, after she punched Lex for calling her an "ass" of course.

The first to approach the 22 year old went by the name of Niclaus. He had an air of superiority to him and when she heard he was the Eighth, she scoffed at her accuracy. Both he and Lex seemed to have a comfortable relationship, especially when Lex suddenly fell to the floor. Maybe Soley could have reacted but she simply kicked at the limp body and turned her attention to the male who'd introduced himself. In an unflinching manner, the brunette replied without blinking, "Soley Sinamori."

Soon a pirate approached her and she couldn't help but wrinkle her nose in distaste. Yeah, she's had a few run-ins with them and they were all but civilized. Savages was what Soley would call the faction but Darious was different. He had politely introduced himself after eyeing her over (queue eye roll), as well as informing the girl that the ship they road was his. She'd expected as much honestly, since it'd be hard to sail the waters if you weren't a pirate. When the fiery red-headed man tossed a flask, Soley's eyes followed carefully. A dark haired girl had caught it clumsily. The twenty two year old wanted to comment, but she remained silent since Vienna was the only female Soley had seen.

Next was a man named Kehinde who was tall and had a dark tone. Soley instantly knew he was a scout before he introduced himself and as much as she wanted to ignore his presence, she didn't. If they were going to succeed whatever mission this was, they had to work together. The moment he mentioned "giving her a chance" however, she immediately scoffed and crossed her arms over her chest. "Well, that makes one of us then." Not long a a ninja appeared, one who seemed a bit arrogant and show-offy. Definitely someone Soley would avoid and even Kehinde seemed to understand the whole flexing and first meeting situation. When he said, "I'm sure the woman will like you even if you didn't have power Sora."

At that moment, Soley wanted to pull out her girls and shoot a whole into his mouth but she merely clenched her jaw in annoyance. All the men were annoying. Extremely annoying. Even Darious, who told the girl to drink up before the battle. Soley merely scowled and snatched the flask before taking a drink. This was why she didn't work with people. She got annoyed too easily and she preferred working in the shadows anyway.

Then another person decided to show face and Soley groaned before deciding to slip out and observe.

Materializing out of thin air, Felix arrived at the explosion site. Smoke was everywhere and debris was still falling from the sky. Felix had to cover part of his face to keep from inhaling the fumes. “Damn. What the hell happened.” He mumbled as he walked in for a closer look. As he stepped in, he began to examine the surroundings of the explosion as well as the blast radius and projection. Felix was always good at investigating things when it came to small details. “Hmph, whoever did this was trying to create a diversion.” He leaned into the upper part of the wall, “No doubt about it.” He continued. “Damn it, they knew we were coming. Now we are sitting ducks.” Against better judgment, Felix decided to go on in alone and without backup. He was after Margie due to the fact she was nowhere to be found and he overheard Wes’ conversation with the Fountain Canal Hiringu.

He turned left at the first corner making his way down the west wing hall of the prison. He could feel the vibrations of the different inmates within the facility. Some he could handle and others that were way out of his league. His run started to become more of a steady walk because he knew there were some S class sensors within this place that could sense an ant crawling on a tree. Felix’s heart was raising a bit. One would say he was quite nervous because he went at it alone or he just didn’t know the dangers of this place. If he were to get cornered by one of the inmates he’d be a gonner. He made to the intersection and made a right turn heading toward the intake area. “Keep it together Felix nothing to be afraid of. You’ve dealt with much deadlier people than this. Then again that's why these people are here.

*Press Play* As he was running, he began to realize the west wing of the prison wasn’t manned at all. Being that there was just an explosion, you would think there would be multiple guards. “In here alone?” An appealing yet ominous feminine voice ranged throughout the halls. Felix stopped his advance almost instantly looking around to see who it was. “I’ve been watching you since the moment you walked in. Foolish to go in by yourself don’t you agree?” The voice went to a more soothing tone. Felix began to break into a small sweat from the encounter. He didn’t think he’d run into someone. Let alone this early in his advance. “Come on now. You think we do an explosion just for kicks? I’m sure a Knight of the Roundtable would have suspected foul play.” The voice ended with a whisper. “A trap? Is that what you are trying to get at?” Felix conceded. “Ohhhhh….I wouldn't say a trap hun. I’d say more of a lure to get you here. It’s ok people fall for them all the time.” The voice admitted. “So since you’re here I don’t want to disappoint you so let me give you a little present for all your trouble kay..

Following the last word, Felix heard the worst sound you could ever hear in a prison. The sound of metal doors sliding back on their tracks. “No way…” He mumbled to himself. “But way...I’m sure you need the exercise anyway. You can thank me later. Try not to die.” The voice finished. “Boys!” The voiced called out, “He’s just a few feet up the hall. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your gift. Enjoy!” Felix began to realize how deep into the situation he really was. There was nowhere to go and the only way out was to fight. “Damn it.” He sighed, “Why must I always get the short end of the stick.” He spoke reaching into his right pocket. He then pulled out a fingerless glove, shook it, and slid it onto his right hand. He then took the same right hand and reached into his left coat pocket and pulled out the same cherry wood finished case from yesterday. He then opened the case revealing the flute Niclaus had given him. He smiled at it, plucked it out of its mold and held it closing the case with his left hand. He swapped the flute and the case so he could return the case back to his left pocket. “Let’s see how well this bad boy sounds.” Feeling the approaching vibrations, he turned his back to the wall and stepped back. As he was stepping back, he began to play a swift note which caused him to phase directly into the wall. He was going to try and pick them off one by one.

Margie and Rina looked at each other then looked to Paige. Paige looked back at them and shrugged tossing her head in the direction of the explosion. Rina nodded and pointed in that direction. "Think you can make use of the pipes of this place?" Margie smiled, "Is that even a question?" Rina then turned to Paige, "Can you gauge the distance of the blast?" Paige quickly replied, "I'd say about eight to nine hundred feet from where we are." Rina sighed, "Alright we must act as if we are under attack. With a blast like that there's no telling what might happen. Wasn't trying to be a hunter today but it seems I have no choice." She looked to Margie, "Lead the way." Margie slid the piece of hair that fell from her pin behind her ear, "Just like the old days huh Rye?" Rina chuckled, "I guess so." Margie then commanded, "Alright lets move." One by one they began filling out of the cell. Rina being the last out. The group began making their way toward the area of the explosion. "Make a right up here!" Paige alerted.

*Press Play* Hanging a right, the group ran in the next direction. "Now Margie," Rina instructed. Margie clapped her hands and twitched her pinky and index fingers on both hands. This thin caused the pipes in the halls to just and spew out water. Waiting for them at the end of the hall was an inmate that was let out of a cell. He stood their casually awaiting their approach. "I told you we'd meet again. This time there aren't guards to stop us." The figure spoke. "Friends of yours?" Rina questioned, filing in behind Margie. "Hardly more like suspects who want revenge." Margie then twitched her pinky toward the guy causing a shot of water to fire in his direction. "Gotcha covered girl," Rina chimed in, sliding to Margie's four o'clock. She then interlocked her fingers, untangled them, and created a four finger triangle. Doing this merged her soul essence with the shot of water rigging it with an explosive. "BOOM" the explosion went. As soon as it did, it was sucked into to some kind of hole.

Standing in front of Margie's target was another inmate, "Black hole generation. East wing of the galaxy." He chillingly greeted. The group stopped their advance immediately. "A black hole generator?" Paige asked. "Yes, one of few in existence. I would like you to meet blacklisted shadow faction hunter Czar Yill." Rina's eyes widened, "You mean..." Margie quickly answered, "Yep the one and only was caught in the act of trading Intel, aiding and Abiding, torture, kidnapping, and murder." Czar jeered, "Still having a time trying to find the bodies Eh, Margaret Lindon?" Margie felt an ache form in her jaw line as she heard his words. "Don't let him get in your head. He just all talk." Czar scoffed, "Demolition Expert Rina Delusser from the scouts faction. It's a pleasure." He bowed. Czar then looked back to his partner, "Don't underestimate them at all." His partner replied, "Ahh don't worry. I have a score to settled with that watered down cow myself." A sinister grin formed upon his slightly disfigured face. "Uhh guys," Paige spoke up. "What is it, Paige." Both ladies replied. "Now might be a good time, but I think another hunter is close by engaging what feels to be two enemies." Margie shot up as if something shocked her, "Damn it, Felix..." She mumbled to herself rolling her eyes. "We need to hurry. Rina you ready?" Rina nodded, "As I'll ever be." Rina then threw out two rocks that trailed down the hall. She then snapped her fingers causing them to explode sending shards of rock hurling at their opponents.

Niclaus looked up as he heard the clap of thunder. He then noticed that Kimirou was gone and there was a man running towards the bushes flailing his arms. That was until Kehinde appeared in front of the man. "Where the hell did Kimirou go?" He yelled. Niclaus then turned back to Soley to see she was gone. "Damn Kids." He expressed loudly. "You all stop this right now. Do you not know where we are?" He demanded. "This is Destirdere. There are prisoners here that would even make me break into an actual sweat. If you all don't stop you will draw too much attention." He angrily chewed to all that were on the beach. Niclaus then became distracted with the sound of the very flute he gave Felix. "All of you front and center NOW! All of you! I swear if you don't you will all end up like Lex here." He angrily demanded, pointing at the lifeless vessel on the ground.

Once everyone was standing in front of him, he began with the two intruders. "I hope you two can pull your own." Niclaus then spoke to them all. "If you didn't hear it, Felix's flute sounded. That means he is in battle. I'm sure others are as well. We're gonna split into two teams once we breech the prison." Nereus snapped his fingers and pointed to the two intruders, "You two are with me as well as, Lex, Soley, and Sora. We're gonna go after Felix." He then looked over to Kimirou, Vienna, and Kehinde, "You guys still recognize Margie's soul essence?" Without giving them a chance to respond he continued, "Great take Darious with you. You might need all that hot air. Plus I don't think he would want to rescue Felix anyway." Scanning around the group he continued, "I know it's scary but the destiny most of you are meant far is greater than this place. Keep on your toes. And stay close. I'm going to be right by your side." He stole a look to Kehinde, Darious, Vienna, and Kehinde, "Well....except for you guys." Niclaus then turned towards the prison. "Let's Go! The Kunina will have to wait." @Newtype @Edric Yuma

As the guy turned and lifted out his hand introducing himself, Kimirou just shook his head. Kimirou unfortunately had a rather large disdain for contact with other people. He didn’t like it due to the germs that infest that of the human being. This is why he loved his ability so much. Ice didn’t hold germs. However, this wasn’t the only reason Kimirou didn’t accept the man’s introduction. This man apparently had ill will towards the others. Kimirou could tell this as his comrade was running towards the very ship the graduates just arrived on. The loud thunder clap distracted Kimirou from his own thoughts of how distasteful thieves were. Kimirou then turned back to the gentleman when Kehinde appeared between himself and the flailing man that was almost fried to death by Sora. His thoughts once again returned of the thieves and how they disgracefully take things from people without consent. Gamblers took pride in getting people to willingly hand over the things the gamblers wanted. They looked down upon the thieves due to this very fact, and as graceful and proud Kimirou was when it did came to using his faction’s swindling abilities, looked down on the thieves even more than the typical gambler.

After a short while after his thoughts began to take over his mind, Kimirou was called by Niclaus as were the others. He reported to Niclaus as asked and was greeted with a very angry Eighth Knight. The eighth then split the team into two groups. Kimirou looked to Kehinde and Vienna as they were asked if they remembered Margie’s Soul essence register. Kimirou did remember it now that he thought about it but in all of these essences, even with his training, it would be hard to lock specifically on her. Especially while trying to keep alert about things around himself. Luckily he was teamed with Kehinde and Vienna so this would be a bit easier. Also with the power of Darious would be a great asset. He also was comfortable with the other due to the teamwork they experienced on the beach the day before. Shortly after Niclaus released everyone for their duties. Kimirou used Kinsi to enter the building through the hole in the side that was produced from the explosion. Once inside he stood off to the side waiting on the others to arrive and to strategize on how to succeed at that mission.

The pirate remained where he stood as all of the others engaged the two new people who unwittingly popped up right at a keen moment to be thrown into the fray by the Eighth Knight. Darious had caught sight of the one advancing on the ship, but so had a few sailors who were on deck spectating quietly. One hunter against a ship full of pirates would be hard pressed to accomplish much anyway so there did not seem a need for him to intervene, plus a still very purple Rico who had decided to stay with he ship for now was lurking about in any case. Not to mention Sora who had greeted him with a thunder clap.

So once the awkward introductions of the new fellows were over and it was reasonable to assume they were relatively harmless. in fact it seemed they were on the same team as the other graduates. A choice which they really had no say in, Kimirou was the first to make his way into the prison after Niclaus and his team.

"I'll be right in" Darious called to whoever was within earshot before flashing onto the ship for a moment with a final word for his sailors and Rico.

"Listen up. I'm not convinced this whole charade isn't just a ploy to split us all up and get us away from the ship so the escapees can take it from us. As you all may be aware, Blood Beard escaped from his prison cell just last night."

He held up a hand to silence the discord as a few of the sailors went pale. He could not blame them really but he added.

"The fortunate thing for all of you at least is that he can't sail this ship by himself. He's just one man after all and this is a big ship. The only consolation I can offer you is that he may spare you for that single purpose." He looked at Rico,

"Sorry Rico, I just don't know what he'll do to you if he finds out you're not a sailor, so maybe you should try to blend in a little more or just come with us"

"I'll be coming with you idiot. Who the hell could possibly blend in looking like this? "

"It would be kind of hard I'll give you that!" Darious finished with a chuckle "Then it's settled"

"Yeah"

His face turned serious once more as he looked to all of his sailors again.

"I can't blame you if you choose to go with Blood Beard for self preservation should he come for the ship. But remember this well. All the legends about him are true, I of all people would know this. So when he comes, if you go with him I won't hold it against any of you. But if you all decide to fight for the ship so be it may the fight be glorious. You're a good crew in my eyes regardless of what happens and I thank each of you for your services. May the spirit of the seas be with all of you and I hope to see you upon my return, or within the halls of our fallen, surrounded by riches untold and all the rum we can drink!"

This ushered a few cheers of confidence from his sailors and it was enough to make their captain smile earnestly before he and Rico disappeared into the prison to join Kimirou.

"Touching little speech there captain" Rico commented flatly as they appeared beside Kimirou

"Wasn't much else I could say really. If this whole mess turns out to be an orchestrated distraction just so Blood Beard can get the ship, there's nothing any of us can do about it if we're all separated and inside this god forsaken prison."

"Do you think they'll fight for the ship?"

"Hard to tell really. They are a stubborn lot, but in the end, they're still pirates. Pirates love ships just as much as they love life and booze so" he added with a shrug.

"Blood Beard's what an S rank prisoner, that's pretty high up the chain.

"Yeah well, that's what happens when you have a reputation such as his, He's charismatic and a natural leader, not to mention extremely wealthy. It wouldn't take much for him to gain friends on the inside that's for sure. Both the prisoners and the staff here. As far as I'm concerned, none of them are worth trusting. Blood Beard didn't get out of his cell by himself. Even if he did, he's got access to his abilities now so that means the restraining bracelets have been removed."

"Wouldn't it take a high level of clearance to have those removed?"

"I would think so. Which is exactly my point! None of the staff here should be trusted"

"How is it that you know him so well?" Rico asked sternly.

"Lets just say I was a member of his crew once. Perhaps the only one left alive at that" Darious replied, a blue ring emanating from around his normally green irises.

"You know, it's really creepy when your eyes do that"

"Do what?"

Rico traced a circle in mid air in front of Darious's face.

"That whole blue glowing thing, it's creepy"

"Really? I've never seen it." He replied, rubbing his eyes curiously.

"Yeah, it's still there. I'd offer you some eye drops if I had them, but alas" Rico added sarcastically shrugging his shoulders.

"Look damn it. The only chance that crew might have at living is that Blood Beard may be more interested in me, than that ship for the moment. Therefore he'll most likely come for me first" he added coldly

'Oh don't worry little Darious. He'll be looking for you. Indefinitely. Long lost grandson and all.' Came a sinister response in his mind from his Koumpi

'And I'll be waiting for him.'

'Ah now there's that touch of deadliness you hide so well. It looks good on you boy! But perhaps you should consider getting away from your friends some how, I doubt he'll kill you at first sight. But them...'
A mocking tone, then a vile chuckle 'well they're nothing to him!'

'He'll kill them regardless of if I'm here or not, so it's best for us to stick together for now. It might be their only chance.'

'Suit yourself little Darious. Oh how I wish you were this loyal to your namesake though instead of a bunch of people you barely know.'

'In case you've forgotten, he was the one that wiped out my namesake!"

'Are you really sure about that?'
It spat around a chuckled before fading away once more.

The snapping of Rico's fingers caught his attention once more.

"Ahh there you are, lost you for a second" Darious grabbed his wrist and pushed it out of his face.

"I'm right here you dumb ass"

"hmm? Could've fooled me. So whats the plan? because this whole idea seems bad right now." Rico questioned, looking from Darious to Kimirou.

Shen

Shen halted his shouting and running in surprise when a scout materialized in front of him through the sand. "Dude, that was so cool!" He exclaimed. "My powers are nowhere near as cool as that, I wish I had that power." He frowned at the scout's next statement. "Me? Rude? I would beg to differ! Your ninja decided to launch a lightning rod at me! What was that all about?" Shen saw out of the corner of his eye the scout pulling out a dart, but he didn't move. The scout didn't seem like the kind of person who appreciated a wimp, and Shen respected that, standing his ground.

Shen's eyes widened when he saw who the person addressing them angrily at them was. "Is that... is that... Nereus Niclaus!? Ohmygosh I have been wanting to meet him for so long!" Shen's jumped with excitement, then happily pranced over to Niclaus. "Coming, Niclaus!" @OwlOne @FrontLine

Rufus Dillinger

Rufus dropped his hand, disappointed that he didn't have an opportunity to steal something from the gambler who stood in front of him. Slightly miffed, he turned to look at what the man was looking at. Shen had halted, and was now talking to a scout. Then, as if someone had given Shen a V8, he started prancing over to the man who was now yelling at them. "Who's that?" Rufus muttered. He didn't really care, the man's yelling had gotten them out of the sticky situation. "Shall we join them?" Rufus asked the gambler, and without waiting for a response, walked over to the pissed off fashionista.

As Rufus listened to the man's commands, he felt slightly annoyed. Why did he have to listen to that man? He turned to Shen, who was standing to his right. "Hey, Shen, why don't we jus-" Rufus stopped when he saw Shen. Shen's eyes had glazed over, and Shen was beaming up at the man. Waving his hand in front of Shen's face, he asked, "Uh... Shen? Who is this man?"

Shen looked at Rufus as if Rufus had just asked if Shen had feces flying out of his mouth. "You don't know who this man is?! This is Nereus Niclaus, the eighth Knight of the Roundtable! How could you not know?"

Rufus' mouth dropped open. "What is this guy doing here?" He asked himself quietly. In response to Niclaus' question, Rufus nodded and said, "Don't worry about me." Deciding not to further anger such a powerful man, he decided to play along with whatever was going on. Besides, Shen didn't seem to be in the mood to fight, for some reason unknown to Rufus. @babyjoker36610

"It was because you began running toward him." Kehinde furrowed his eyebrow. "I'd do the same thing if I were him." Just as Kehinde was about to handle Shen, Nereus angrily called for him and the others. Shen's whole demeanor change in an instant and he left Kehinde standing there. "Oook" He scratched his head, "What just happened?" Instead of being upset, Kehinde was relieved because he really wasn't trying to get into much. Sliding his hand across his face and exhaling, he put the dart back in his pocket and departed over to Nereus. @Edric Yuma

Once he was there with everyone else, Nereus began going on about Felix being engaged in battle. Kehinde wasn't even aware due to all the clashing soul essences around. Nereus then split them off into groups. Kehinde looked at who he was in a group with and indifferently shrugged. Nereus and his team went on ahead as well as Kimirou and Darious. "Ooh no. Don't drag ass. Hop to it let's go." His Koumpi barked. "I'm going. I'm just trying to get rid of haunting feeling I keep getting."

Kehinde began making his way toward the prison. As he walked, he began to remember the conversation he and his father had about him moving to the US. It was a sad conversation because face it a father wants to keep his youngest close. "I'll be fine Dad you have nothing to worry about." His younger self reassured. "You going to a new place soon. This means you gonna have to start being a man for a change. Be sure you listen to your uncle as you would if it were me. I'm just not good at this type of stuff so there." He was only about 12 when arrived in the U.S and his mother's brother took him in.To this day, he still doesn't know why. The thing that was bugging him about the conversation was his father told him about Destirdere. He could remember what it was he told him about the place besides the usual, 'Don't get locked up when you get older.' Speech. Then his Koumpi saying something about seeing this place before. It wasn't making any sense.

His thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice coming from a gaping hole in the wall. Then his soul essence pulsed within him and his right eye began to reconstruct the wall only for him to see it get blasted again as if it was being replayed. "What the...?" He thought. "So you stumbled on another sima of your eyes have you? This one seems to reveal itself when you're deep in thought. No time to explain. Go on in." Before Kehinde proceeded in, he aimlessly waved his hand in that area to be sure no one was there. To them on the inside they'd see just a random hand.

After he was sure he wasn't crazy, he peered around in the opening and saw Darious, Rico, and Kimirou. His soul essence once again pulsed within him. His left pupil dilated. A thin purple ring that seemed to be spinning formed with around the pupils. Kehinde was now seeing people walking. Guards, inmates with guards, even a shackled Margie walking as if they weren't standing there. Then it sped forward to Guards running and the hall clearing out. They looked like apparitions, but they were full bodied. Then he turned to see the hole in the wall and Felix examining it. His eyes then returned to their normal state and he saw just the hole now. He paused staring at the hole as if he'd seen a ghost. "Euyun alttarjie (eye-you-un-ah tah-sghee-eye), or wind back eye is an eye that give the user an opportunity to have a look into the past. It's a trait of Ra and it uses the residue of soul essence left to conjure up a 'what happened here.' Only about three eye of Ra users can do this, one being your uncle's wife. She can go as far as twenty years in the past. Another exquisite technique. Seems like the sly witch blessed you with the technique against her husband's wishes.” Kehinde rubbed his left eye because it became irritated. Felt as if a piece of hair had fallen into it. “Damn it hurts, though.” His Koumpi replied, “That’s because it’s your first time. As time goes on, the after effects will lessen. Right now we can seem to pinpoint when it happens aside from when you’re deep in thought.@Affili @babyjoker36610

Kehinde shook it off and walked over to everyone else just in time to hear Rico ask what to do next. “I have to disagree,” Kehinde interjected. “If we’re split into groups, that’s a better way to expedite a more pressing issues. You can’t be in two places at once so you do a group to help solve a problem you otherwise couldn't have reached on your own. We don’t have a whole lot of time. So we should wait for Vienna and go from there. We can plan on the move.” He suggested. He then looked back at the hole in the wall and his soul essence, again, pulsed within him and his right eye dilated. This time, he saw Felix take off down the hall and turn. “So he went on by himself? In this place?” He pondered. “Perhaps he was looking for something?” His Koumpi added. His eye returned to normal and he rubbed it. “I wish I could get some kind of warning.” He thought. @Affili @DergTheDergon

As Vienna observed the newcomer, she wasn't exactly surprised with her reaction to the less-than-ideal welcome the guys gave her. Assassins tended to be even more reclusive than Shadows, if only because of thier strict "I work alone" policy. Vienna's gaze shot towards Kehinde with a slightly miffed expression as if to say "smooth." At that very moment, she began to feel a couple of unfamiliar soul essences nearby, causing Sora and Kehinde to both leap into action. 'They're going to get us all killed at this rate... what are they trying to prove?' Vienna thought. Watching that direction intently, she began to sense the essence of the two unfortunate thieves, and found herself looking for shadows nearby to teleport to, just in case. Nereus took that very second to angrily demand the Graduates' presence, and it seemed the mysterious pair thieves dained to comply. Sighing, still not liking this entire situation, she listened to Nerus' words and sighed in slight exasperation. She was expecting being ordered to enter the place. but dreading it all the same.

At the very least, this was the same team that she'd fought alongside on the Island, and before that, Council Medical. If the four of them kept displaying the teamwork and combat synergy they were somehow able to articulate without communication before, they may stand a chance. Although, even from here, the soul essences of every single inmate resonated with power. Vienna found herself concentrating on a few specific soul essences on a whim. seemingly not of her own volition.
"I want you to feel something.. or, someone, I should say," her Koumpi explained, letting her know that he was the one who was directing her increasingly sensitive soul essence sensing ability. Curious as to what he wanted her to feel, she allowed the guiding of the feeling to continue, feeling a pull in the direction of the prison building and inside of it, somehow beginning to sense the soul essences almost as if she were right next to them. Every soul essence she felt sent a chill down her spine, they were all more corrupt and blatantly evil-seeming than the one before it.

Finally, the guided feeling stopped... but Vienna was not prepared for the inexplicable fear, hatred, and anger she suddenly felt, along with a faint... familiarity. There was this feeling that she could only describe as knowing this man was a Shadow, and thus his soul essence gave off a slightly ominous, discomforting feeling.
'That odd sensation, on the edge of your senses... your first thought is to think he must be a Shadow, because he is. The more time you spend with the other graduates, you will likely be able to tell by feeling an unfamiliar soul essence if they are from one of your acquaintances' factions. That aside, there was another reason I wanted to show you this. This man... is a descendant of mine. He is utterly dangerous in every way. Powerful, spiteful, total lack of conscience... what's worse.... he's a Black Hole Generator." Vienna's eyes immediately widened as she let out a gasp, only realizing she did so afterwards and then going silent, turning away from everyone hoping no one noticed. "Nightwalker told me of them... if we're dealing with one now...." "This may seem daunting, especially since I almost know when he senses your soul essence he will most likely gravitate towards you... toward me.... but your team has overcome quite a few odds, and you are grouped with the two you've already survived much hardship alongside.... all you can do is keep moving forwards, either way." 'Yes, I... suppose that is true," Vienna thought in response, not sounding entirely convinced. At this point she had noticed that Kehinde, Kimirou and Darious were already heading towards the hole in the Prison wall. It was almost as if she was so caught off guard and honestly terrified at sensing this renegade Shadow's soul essence that she lost track of all awareness for her current situation. "That is a drawback to your heightened Soulsense... until you get used to it, it takes great concentration to use so that you cannot focus on your surroundings. In other words, it's unwise to use it in battle just yet." "I see... I'll keep it in mind," Vienna thought in response.

After taking a few deep breaths in an attempt to compose herself, though not being entirely successful still shaken up from what she had just felt, she then began shadow stepping to catch up to the team. At least she didn't keep them waiting very long, Shadow Stepping is quite handy for getting around fast. Approaching the group, they seemed to be discussing something serious. It sounded as if they were arguing. Still, it was difficult to listen to exactly what Kehinde, Kimirou and Darious were saying as her mind kept wandering back towards her Koumpi's ominous words and the Shadow convict's menacing soul essence, which of course she could still feel, almost seeming uncomfortably pulled in his direction. It was hard to focus on the task at hand, but she willed herself to and was able to finally approach the group.
"Sorry I kept you all waiting. Let's move." The words, although matter of fact, came out more shakily and timid than she would've hoped, but she couldn't help it. Even as they headed inside she found herself staying in the shadows towards the back of the group. It was most likely apparent to the Gambler, Pirate and Scout she was accompanying that her usual focused, calculating calmness was tempered by trepidation. She focused on feeling out Margie's soul essence, and gasped when she finally realized how close the Knight's soul essence felt to that of the Shadow convict. Still towards the back of the group, Vienna sent a whisper to each of thier ears as if she was afraid of speaking up, even though they'd all be able to hear her if she did. The more a mission stirs fear in Vienna, the more the name "Whisper" truly suits her. She always becomes very, very quiet when timidity sets in. She thought she was over this embarrassingly obvious fear of the unknown, but right now she couldn't help it. "We... we should be careful, team. You may feel a forebodingly powerful soul essence near Margie's.... I'm afraid it belongs to a powerful Shadow... I'd go as far to say he may be on par with bloodbeard in terms of his killing power. Be on guard." @Affili @babyjoker36610 @FrontLine @OwlOne

Sora watched the thief flee from him with amusement, he could've thrown a second one but decided he already won. Then Niclaus called for them to assemble, Sora joined speeding over with Raikinsi. Once Niclaus was finished Sora began to feel for clashing soul essences and once that feels familiar among them. He found the familiar soul essence unsure whether it was Felix or not but decided it was as good a place as any to start. "I'm gonna go Ninja on ahead " he said to Niclaus before using Raikinsi and zooming through the same hole Kimirou went through but took a different path as they had different objectives. Sora could've chosen stealth but he really felt like frying something right now. As he ran electricity could be seen surging within his eyes. As he ran noted the lack of security and some of the cells were open. He was closing in on what he believed to be Felix so he slowed down trading Raikinsi for True Concealment now, no doubt some may have seen the lightning he trailed but would follow it to a dead end unless they were fellow ninja or possessed a strong sixth sense outside of soul essence sensing.

He heard sounds of fighting quite a ways from where he is by the sound of it but he also heard the sounds of footsteps down another way. Niclaus would probably be angry about Sora ditching him back there but that is a problem for another time. That's if he lived to see another time, he thought being incredibly real Abbott the situation at this point. He was bound to end up facing some black listed ninja but hoped it wasn't anyone he knew. He didn't want to have to kill any old acquaintances but was prepared to do so if necessary. He didn't gear up for nothing this is going to be proof of that, he's ready to blow the roof off this place if need be.

Kimirou watched as Darious and Rico went back and forth like an old married couple. Then came Kehinde. At first it looked as though he was preoccupied within his own thoughts. Kimirou’s koumpi decided to chime in, “You can start trying to locate Margie at any moment.” Kimirou responded. “I can’t just start meditating in a place like this, now can I” His koumpi retorted. “You don’t have to meditate fully, you fool.” Kimirou then noticed Vienna and saw that she wasn’t her usual self. She then made a comment of a horrendous soul essence being near Margie’s. “She already found Margie’s soul essence?” Kimirou’s koumpi sassily responded to his thought. “Of course. She probably actually listens to her koumpi. Unlike someone I know.” Kimirou rolled his eyes at her response. He then calmed himself and closed his eyes. One by one he slowly shut off each of his senses. First sight as he closed his eyes so it was the least useful at the moment. Then he followed with smell and taste. He then finished by finally shutting off hearing which was the last sense he needed to cut off. Once all his senses were shut off he was able to amplify his sense of soul essence. His koumpi once again interjected. “Good Kimirou, as you get used to using this technique, you will slowly be able to use it with your other senses in tact. Focus on clusters or pairs of soul essences. that will make it an obvious point of interest.”

Doing as his koumpi guided Kimirou was able to cancel out all other soul essences he wasn’t interested. With that done he was easily able to sense Margie and the ominous soul essence. There were other soul essences gathered in the same area. Kimirou’s eye popped open and now that he was locked on to that wavelength of soul essence he was able to proceed with his other senses. Kimirou then looked around to the others. However they didn’t look the same as usual. It was as if he was seeing them through a thermal camera. His koumpi enlightened him, “This is another ability of Pesculus. You are able to switch your vision to be able to see heat registers.” Kimirou responded a smile slowly appearing on his face. “Really, cool.” Kimirou then turned to the others. “Hey guys I sense her too.” Kimirou then blinked and everything was back to normal. He turned around and started to head down the hallway they were already venturing down. Kimirou then looked over to Vienna, “So do you really think he is going to be that formidable? I mean really, we did take down a terastios by ourselves. Wait didn’t we?” Kimirou still had no memory of what happened after he was flung from the ice strands he had tied to the terastios.

Being the odd one out at this moment made no never mind to Darious. He was surrounded by a team that could sense soul essences and other such things far better than him. It was easy enough to pick up on the stronger more aggressive soul essences scattered about the prison. They stood out like festering wounds. To the pirate, it seemed that he fit into the equation somewhere between finesse and brute force. It was not necessary for him to consume soul essence in tracking opponents. Therefore he would almost be at peak strength should they run into trouble, which he had no doubts that they would in a place like this. The others had already zeroed in on Marg's essence and it was not long before they were all moving in that direction.

He shuttered slightly once he heard Vienna's whisper in his ear as though she was right next to him. But he was glad for the information her breath carried with it.

"That terastios is small potatoes compared to some of the population lingering around here I'm afraid, but we should be able to handle ourselves. I think most of us are quite a bit stronger than that mess at the infirmary" he interjected as they continued their track towards Marg.

Rufus Dillinger

Rufus watched with amusement as Shen bowed low to everyone, introducing himself as "Shen the superbly awesome teammate" and taking extra time bowing to Niclaus. Rufus didn't introduce himself, because he didn't want to be known, and continued watching as the people around Niclaus began to run into the prison, the gambler he couldn't steal from being the first. "C'mon, Shen, let's head in as well. I don't want to be stuck here alone with a Knight of the Roundtable." Rufus muttered to him.

Shen frowned. "Aw, I wanted to stick with him! Fine..." He grumbled a little, then took off towards the prison, Rufus right next to him.

As they ran, Rufus looked at Shen. Having Shen by his side made him feel slightly better as he entered the ominous prison. Although he often didn't act like it, Shen was a very powerful fighter, and when he put his mind to it, he could wreck havoc to his enemies. Rufus would never admit it out loud, but Shen was one of the most powerful apprentice-ranked fighters he had ever seen, and was extremely loyal and dedicated to the causes he worked for. "Tch." Rufus looked away, realizing he was actually thinking positive thoughts about Shen.

"Where's the ninja who was supposed to be in our team? Wasn't he in front of us?" Shen asked, looking around.

"I saw his lightning trail ahead of us. Maybe we can follow that." Rufus responded. "Follow me." With that, he ran along the path of the lightning that he saw, speeding up so that he could see the rest of it before it vanished. However, the lightning trail suddenly stopped, leaving Rufus scratching his head at a fork in the path, along the lane of mostly deserted jail cells. "Um... what?"

"Ooh, let's go this way!" Shen said, then took off in a direction. Rufus followed Shen, since he seemed to have a reason. "How do you know?" Rufus asked, once he had caught up to Shen. "I didn't see anything that pointed us this way."

Shen looked at Rufus, then back at the path. His face split into a happy smile. "Instinct!" He told Rufus.

"WHAT?!" Rufus exclaimed. "What if we get lost?!"

Shen waved Rufus off. "Don't worry, we can handle this prison. Besides, this path looked cooler."

Rufus groaned. Shen's "instinct" had already gotten them into some trouble, but he didn't want to be left behind. Following Shen, they ran deeper into the prison. @Newtype @OwlOne

"Warning will come as you began to learn this ability it will then began to let you know." Kehinde's informed. Kehinde couldn't help but still wonder what his Koumpi's ties were with this place. Why did his father as well as other Egyptian officials were so worried about this place. His thoughts were put on hold when Vienna showed up just after Sora dashed in the other direction. He shook his head because he notice that Sora was already using lightning. He would end up alerting the enemy before anything.

Kehinde then returned his attention to Vienna. Since Kehinde's eyes were still a little off, he could read the movements and non-verbal gestures she was giving off. Something wasn't right. His suspicions were confirmed when she mentioned that there was a formidable opponent. The way her eyes moved he could tell this person she spoke of made her feel some type of way. Kehinde shrugged it off he found himself looking at Kimirou. At a time like this, he decided to have a rest. There was really no point because they just had a chance to sleep on the way over. It wasn't until he opened his eyes and had a glazed over look in them, that he spoke. He mentioned he could also feel the whereabouts of the Fifth knight. Vienna then spoke up letting them know what was to come. Kehinde took this piece of information and nodded to her in appreciation.

Kimirou then took off down the hallway. Kehinde was quickly behind him. Vienna stayed in the back. "Alright, Kehinde. Once you engage the enemy listen to me. You are gonna learn a few things. Got to focus and concentrate or it will fail.” Kehinde nodded. As they were getting on down the hall, he began to take notice of the newly painted walls. These same walls gave way to the ominous stories and the deadly beings that reside here. He could here some of the inmates shouting insanities and spitting as they passed by. Kehinde cringed at the latter. “If I get spat on I’m slaughtering an inmate.” He thought to himself. “Yeah right, you’re gonna take it like a man and value your life.” His Koumpi returned. He then heard Darious reply to Kimirou’s question towards Vienna. All that he pointed out was quite accurate due to the fact that since then they have grown a bit in regards to skill. “I agree. With the team, we have here I’m sure we got this under control. Vienna or Kimirou, how far away are we? We don’t need any surprises.” He asked. Surprises were right. If battles were already ensuring that means this place is falling out of control. They needed to be quick and responsive if they wanted to get everything handled. @DergTheDergon @babyjoker36610 @Affili

Niclaus mosied his little old self into the prison after the others. Soley, of course, was nowhere to be found. He reached out his hand when Sora came zooming past him, but it was to no avail as he was already gone. “Dumbass, don’t get yourself killed,” He screamed after him. Then came the two thieves passing him. “Everyone is in such a hurry to die now aren’t they.” He sarcastically murmured under his breath. Niclaus finally made it to the inside. He looked around to see the sensory team heading down one hall and instantly supposed that the others must have gone the opposite direction. Niclaus took off in that direction. He finally made it to the fork in the road where Shen and Rufus just were. He then could feel the fluctuation of a few soul essences coming from the left. He quickly raced down that way using Kinsi. Niclaus finally reached Shen and Rufus, but he only slowed down to a stop and made sure to comment. “Pick up the pace guys, or we will have all of the fun without you.” He then used Kinsi again and stopped just a few feet away from Sora. He then began walking slowly towards him. “I see you made it this far undetected. Great job. Next time watch the lightning.” Suddenly he was distracted by three intensified clashing soul essences coming from the other side of Sora. Niclaus began to sprint again. “Let’s go they are up ahead.” @Newtype

Felix looked as though nothing had actually happened, yet the room looked like a completely destroyed gymnasium. His arms were down to his side and he stood in the center of the room with only about 10 yards between him and the two imbeciles in front of him. “What are you going to do next brother? After all it is your turn.” One of the enemies spoke to the other. Stepping from the shadows like an actual shadow faction member would was the other enemy. His sly trick got the better of Felix as it drove him from the wall, “Hmm I’m not sure brother. I mean after all it has been what, eleven years since we last fought together?” “You're right brother it has been, but I knew you were going to be even more powerful than the last time brother. That is just how great you are.” The first one smiled as he commented to the one that appeared from the wall. Felix rolled his eyes as the two conversated. “Something bothering you sir knight?” He started advancing for Felix.

As he walked he began to skip as if he was up to something. Most knew this skip meant he was about to pull a dirty trick. “I don’t have time for this,” Felix mumbled under his breath. He then jumped into the air knowing that there could only be a few tricks that could affect him in the air, plus that would intensify his vibrations. Felix placed his flute up against his lips and began to play. *Press play* The song was beautiful to the ears yet the vibrations were harsh. The ground around the enemies began to vibrate as each note played. First Felix played soft and ran on the air vibrations to not stay in a continuous spot. Seeing this, one of the brothers looked at the other. He smiled and planted his feet. He then brought both his hands up, rubbed them together, and curve them around his mouth. The other one then took a deep breath and began to chant. He always said a Konsido with its incantation. Rearing back, the other brother breathed making a sound on the wavelength of a dog whistle. To Felix, it would be devastating to the ears. Of course Felix could see this coming a mile away and without removing his lips or even interrupting his beautiful song he yelled the words, “Noise cancelation.” With that, the tuned changed instantly and all that could be heard was the sound of his flute. He then intensified the song.

As the song sped up, the temperature of the room began to rise, the floor also began to vanish from sight. “First concerto. Mind Rhythm.” Felix uttered. Finishing his incantation, the other brother rose up with another look in his eye. He then used a dead form of Kinsi, “Sir Knight. I’m sure you’ve seen this before, Chreosi Episilon,” He prepared, “Potamos Tou F.L.A.M.E.S” The way he did it was by intertwining his soul essence with the Konsido. By doing this anyone near would get caught if not burned. “Bravo! Brother bravo.” The other brother praised. “My turn!” He yelled running. He slid under his brother almost in slow motion. In the process throwing some sort of sharp object at Felix. He then interlocked his fingers and freed them, “Ice sickle singe.” The object then seemed to burst into a puddle of water. “Now Brother!,” Snapping his fingers, scorching hot water shot up to Felix. Felix smiled and uttered the word, “Staccato” With that he played a single rapid note. Everything vanished to darkness. He then played another single rapid note of a different sound. Everything flashed into existence and back out again. Another note played. Everything flashed into existence yet all the players in different positions, with Felix landing in the second brother’s spot, the first brother in Felix’s spot, and the second brother in the first brother’s spot. Then everything flashed from existence again as if it never was there. Then Felix did it more rapid and more rapid. The area began flashing like a strobe light as the beautiful Staccatos made a rhythm of their own, while everyone continued trading places like musical chairs Felix finally stopped and continued to play his song again only to have him on the ground and the two brothers next to each other where he was in the air right as the scorching water was about to hit them.

An Ominous laugh came from one of the brothers as he held his hand up, stopping the water in mid-air, “Enough of this nonsense. Know why they call us the copycat twins?” He questioned waving his fingers to the right dispersing the water, “It's because,” Both brothers twitched both their hands causing arms to extend out of the shadows and grab Felix by the arms and feet, a dead Shadow technique called the black widow’s home. They descended down from the air, “We copy everything to the last blink.” The other brother then held his finger out, “Move and O chiros will be the last thing you’ll hear.” His finger began to spark. Felix released his flute and as it began to fall towards the ground, his head fell lifeless as his consciousness slipped away. @Newtype

Had enough yet?” Czar questioned as Margie slid all the way back. Margie and Rin looked a bit worn out as if they had been around the block a few times. They both stood there huffing and puffing. “How is it we can’t even land an attack?” Rin barked. “Gravity. The way his soul essence works is it makes the area within his presence heavier which in turn makes us work harder. Therefore were tired and he isn’t. Plus he’s an S-class criminal according to the council.” Paige explained. Czar chuckled and walked from one wall to the next, “Margret coooome on you know we don’t have to do this. There’s no possible way you can trump me without your exo frenon. So let’s see it. It's been years since I’ve laid my eyes on it. You know that cute little trick where you burst into a puddle of water and then the whole environment turns to water. Yes, that thing.” Rin stepped in front of her, “You keep your mouth shut. That will be enough coming from you!” She yelled. Czar retracted his hands and leaned a bit as if he were scared, “Yikes. Someone needs a man in her life. I’d be glad to oblige, but I don’t think you’re my type.” He smiled. Rin flipped her hair, “Oh? Kinetic energy and gravity? Sounds like a match made in heaven.” Czar cackled, “Care to demonstrate?” Rina smirked, “A challenge old man?” Czar merely waved his hand, “I’m not getting any younger.

*Press Play* Rina nodded and began to concentrate her soul essence around her being. This freed her from the effects of his downforce of gravity. She then opened her Hiringu coat revealing a sword that was tuck away neatly within a pouch, “Always save this for a rainy day.” She reached for it. Grabbing the hilt, she looked up, “Watch carefully.” She pulled it out and vanished from view. Czar’s eyes widened at the trick she pulled, but he was a far more trained hunter than she was. “Swoosh!” The sword sounded as it passed his ear. He tilted his head to the side, “Nice try buttercup.” Rin reappeared, “Oh but I’m not done.” She twisted the sword in mid-stab causing a devastating blast of energy to emit from it putting a dent within the walls. Quickly thinking, he jerked himself back leaving her standing there. He then came back around, behind her, with a kick added with a bit of gravity, “Wise to always watch your surroundings kid.” Rina in the same breath re-sheathed her weapon and prepared her next attack. She snapped her fingers on her right hand and met his kick with her left, “Oh but only skilled hunters know how to plan two steps ahead.

Boom!” The explosion went sending Czar flying back. She then used Kinsi to meet him from behind to initiate another attack. “You’re right it is wise to plan two steps ahead, but it's better to have that third step.” He calmly spoke, landing on the ground “Now!” He completed with a yell. His partner then emerged from behind the corner with a sharp object driving it for Rina's neck. Rina, caught off guard, looked in the direction of the figure rapidly approaching by the time she met eyes with him it was too late. With precise aim, a dagger shot passed Czar and into the fading smoke just in time to graze the back of the hand of Rina’s assailant. The man, shocked, dropped the weapon moments before meeting Rina’s neck. Rina had a certain type of fear etched upon her face. Water began to drip from the pipes behind Rina's assailant rapidly and then it slowly began to form into a curvy woman, “I’d like to add that a hunter best excels when they have all their resources at hand.” Margie commented finishing her entrance with a knife to the assailant's neck. @DergTheDergon @Affili @FrontLine @babyjoker36610

Vienna looked to Kimirou and nodded in acknowledgement as he brought up a rather valid point about the Terastios... still, he hadn't felt what she felt just then. She had a feeling the extent of the blacklisted Shadow's power was only felt by herself among this group of graduates, seeing as her Koumpi made sure of it for some reason... his Descendant.... she wasn't sure she wanted to know what that meant, or what kind of monster seemed to be related to her Koumpi, distant relative or no. Shaking these thoughts aside, she was met by further encouragement from Darious, in his own way. She nodded at his "small potatoes" comment, noting that he seemed to be the only other member of this group that wasn't overconfident about this situation. Though, Perhaps that's because of his apparent history with bloodbeard, and the others not knowing as much about this place as Darious... or her Koumpi, for that matter.

Just then, Kehinde interjected, posing a very astute question. "We're getting closer now, I... I... think they're a couple cell blocks away. There's definitely fighting, if we can jump in while he's still distracted that might be our best chance." With that, Vienna began to snap out of her earlier fear, if only slightly, shadow-jumping beside whoever was at the front of the group right now in order to get the most accurate reading possible. Margie seemed to be holding her own, and there was someone fighting with her that she didn't really recognize, so perhaps her little team could take him by surprise as mentioned... although, this was another shadow they were dealing with here, another master of stealth and deception far above her own level.

Vienna's Koumpi used this time, as the group closed in, to warn Vienna once more. "Use extreme caution, Vienna. There's a chance he'll go after you once he notices who you are. For now, stick to the shadows. Do not engage unless your team does first." "I understand," Vienna replied, wanting to ask why he's urging her to be a borderline coward around this man, at least until she closed in a little farther and felt his soul essence even stronger, catching her off guard. From the nearby shadows, she finally was able to catch a glimpse of the fight. There margie was, materializing out of water in front of the blacklisted Shadow, getting in a good strike right to his neck, seemingly in defense of a woman behind her that vienna didn't recognize. Looking to the others, she did as her Koump said and waited for the others to take action. For some reason, her Koumpi seemed afraid of what would happen to her if she took this window of opportunity to attack now. @FrontLine @Affili @babyjoker36610 @OwlOne

He watched the scene unfold from their vantage point. Margie and Rin seemed more fatigued than usual but thanks to a few tricks it seemed they had gained the upper hand for now as he watched the prisoner who had yelled for his partner. Well Darious did not really have any tricks on his mind right now. They had a job to get done, and the sooner the better. Although he would have liked to access the situation a little further before intervening, he was not sure how much time they would have before his team became noticed so he was going to have to trust the others after he made his move.

He used kinisi and materialized in a low crouch behind the one that was not wounded, Czar, one of his pistols pressed against the seemingly distracted prisoner's lower spine. Immediately he felt the effects of the gravity users powerful soul essence, suddenly feeling heavier than usual but he held the pistol firmly against the man's back. Eyes and his second pistol trained on the other one that Margie had a knife up to. He didn't need to see the gravity user right now to hit him, it was a point blank shot.

At least the pirate might be able to add to the distraction, and hopefully not get himself killed before the rest of his team responded. It wouldn't be the first time he'd faced off against such a powerful soul essence, and probably wouldn't be the last either..however this was a little too close for comfort especially up against such a formidable foe. The only thing he had going for him right now was that the true strength of his soul essence was masked. So for anyone that didn't know him, it would be a guess at who he was or how strong he actually was.

"Well that's enough of that! Now can't you guys be good prisoners and return to your cells peacefully?" he asked calmly, as he pulled the firing hammers back on his pistols.
