.. As he slowly crept forward wounded and bloody, a young man trembled beneath its pain. just..a little longer.. I must..
He made it out alive. After the great betrayal of the mistress of Invidia, his realm, Luxuria declared war. They have raided their home, slaughtered thousands of innocent beings, and stabbed his mother in the back at the great council.
"Imbellis." his sister growled as he grabbed her wrist, ready to run. "How dare you run from this. This is our battle now." she pulled her arm away from him, glaring with her piercing blue pupils feeling nothing but hatred.
That was the last thing he felt from her.
As he ran to the portal he looked back only to see that she already turned her back on him preparing for what might come.
He was tired. The pain was certainly unbearable but he had to survive. He simply must. Coughing up blood was never a good sign. His eyes were twitching ; paranoid that he has been seen entering the mortal realm to escape his enemies. Keeping his head down he limped through the deep forest. Twigs and leaves slapped him across the face. He already tried to at least pull out the arrow out of his left upper thigh but his strength must have left him after using the portal spell.
Fool he thought to himself. You abandoned her. You have no home anymore. Because of his blood- and energyloss his sight started to fade as he abruptly fell to his knees.
In the last moments he was able to capture an image of a small village
before all went to black..
