Not at the moment though,
I would like to start on a character soon.
I’m thinking of having one of the “attention whore” heroes who’s one of the few of them who actually do help people, etc, and she tries to work with the others and maybe succeeds.
or just a simple one of the heroes who knows what they’re doing, and isn’t the ones over social media.

I'm not sure if I should play the leaders of both main factions
I do want to play the leader of The Legion (Heroes Who Actually Care)
Although I'm wondering if I need to play the friggin Chad who leads the League of Heroes

Not really much to ask question here but:
What is the current world stage here ?
Tell me a bit about our player factions - The Legion ? I have a feeling this would be a young rebellious faction that openly oppose the League Of Heroes (LOH) ? Or this is a more secret organization that has similar goal to the LOH but intend to be more effective and work outside the laws, they have a goal and work neutrally toward that goal but timely conflict with the LOH on their way ?
About the LOH ? Are they our antagonist ? Are they really what they seem to be, a bunch of crown entertainers only care about fame and attentions and forget their goal ? Were they any better before ? Maybe they used to be a real heroes force but lost their way when the concept of heroes become trendy and all the young turks and heroes wannabe came up ?
I don't know really, what do you have in mind ?

The Legion is led by the Hero, Night Fury. They actually care about helping people and dislike the fuckers wearing Pepsi Max Logos taking selfies while Little Timmy is about to be killed by falling debris. Their main focus is doing the right thing, because the other guys won't
The League of Heroes are a bunch of Chads, Dorks and Drama Kids who think they know how to be heroes. They're led by Captain Ultramax, who is a Chad. They're owned by C Corp, who are like most villanous companies rolled together. Except they're probably just douches, not evil. Most of these "Heroes" either miss the point when it comes to saving people or use it as an excuse to brag to their followers on social media
Superheroes are a relatively new thing in this world

Well you know, where is the story take place ? what year it is ? How is the concept of superheroes introduced to the world ? That sort of thing ?

Its the current year
The story takes place in Capital City
An event called... "The Event" which was bright firefly-like lights appearing around the city before blowing up and engulfing the city in whiteness. Granting a part of the population with superhuman powers. After dealing with the aftermath, some of the "Eventers" started using their powers under the guidance of C Corp to become "Heroes". The League of Heroes was then formed as a way to profit off Heroes
