also I'm thinking of my second character.. was thinking momonosuke, tifa, or one of my characters form a persona au plo and I did a while back

oda do love his tall characters lol. i was surprised when i saw the size difference between him, luffy and zoro

honestly leaning towards Cecil cause him calling ren dad the whole time would be funny and awkward lol

So uh. Hate to be That Guy but we haven't gotten any new posts today (for my timezone at least) and I'm concerned we're gonna lose steam, if we haven't already. I know it's been only one day but considering how many posts we got day 1, and how fast, I'm afraid the flow has been halted bc of the cycle/post limitations thing :[]

Do I have an answer? No. But do I see a potential problem? Yeah....

So uh. Hate to be That Guy but we haven't gotten any new posts today (for my timezone at least) and I'm concerned we're gonna lose steam, if we haven't already. I know it's been only one day but considering how many posts we got day 1, and how fast, I'm afraid the flow has been halted bc of the cycle/post limitations thing :[]

But remember that Shroomie wanted to see our pacing for a couple days and then make the time limit rule. Then there's how many peeps they have to reply to when they post again. As for folks that haven't posted, we'll see. Its still just the start. Even if we lose half the group to post signup hype drop out, its a big enough group this time to hold its own through a small to moderate loss. As long as it isn't chronic.

That's true. I guess I just fear either losing muse myself, or have a person that I'm interacting with directly drop and leave me hanging, which in turn would make it difficult for me to post the next time it's my turn. Had that happen a lot over the years and it's never fun.

The reason why we haven't gotten any new posts is that everyone who is engaged in this RP has already posted. The only character left is Linkle, who I will post for by tomorrow, before we start a new cycle. Mind you, I am also concerned with people's muses, but given how much chatter there still is in the OOC thread, that doesn't seem like much of a threat yet.

While I was looking at the cute little image add-ons for Ren and Carmen, they looked WAY too identical... THEIR COLOR PALETTES ARE LEGIT ALMOST THE SAME

Okay, okay, hear me out on this, but what if the dungeon has had a similar magic (the one that brought the heroes) cast on it that draws in monsters from outside?? Could add plenty of diverse monsters and maybe could cause other problems as well. Just a thought

• The spell used to summon the party could originally be from the demon world. So now you could have the big bad summon villains, monsters whatever.
• It's supposed to be really dangerous so maybe psychological effects exist? Think about possible curses and the like that take effect simply by entering and become progressively worse. Or attach ailments to the monsters they fight.
• Add some monsters that are strong/weak vs different characters. This is tricky and requires researching the fandoms some but allows everyone to have a chance to shine.
• Maybe some side objective like people trapped inside or puzzles (making sure they are flexible enough to be solved)?
• Of course, stuff that isn't being discussed here for a element of surprise. If everyone knows exactly whats going to happen it takes some fun out of it.
• I'm pro mechanics and stats so some artificial rpg style status for monsters they fight would be fun even if we dont roll anything.
• Overall, it depends on what the details of the settings/world are. Right now, we know some names and that demon like beings exist because of the story. Also a princess is sick and there's possibly a op (or maybe just similar in tier to the pcs lol) lady to meet.

Definitely creatures like mimic to trick any greedy characters into opening a chest as for tricks/traps, definitely more psychological oriented ones so the characters can't brute force their way through the dungeon. Like maybe half of the party gets knocked out by some kind of sleeping gas and experience their worst nightmares. they can only break free from its effects either through sheer willpower/confronting their fears or defeating the miniboss causing the effects (which the other half of the party would be in charge of defeating).

These are all really good tidbits and ideas. I'll definitely have to factor all these ideas into what will be waiting for them in the dungeon. It seems a lot of us want the same things, so I'll be sure to include em
