Just watching the Isles game rn.

Also yea I would hate if they won the Bedard sweepstakes lol they don’t deserve him. Columbus is awful.

Not much man, watched the Wild game from start to finish before work. Frustrating start, better second briefly then frustrating again as it went completely downhill from there. (Refs too were annoying. Clear goalie interference but no call and challenge still lost.) 5-2 loss for the Wild. Racked with penalties throughout the game especially in the first. Ah well… only one game I’ll get over it haha.

How’d the Isles fair? I haven’t seen the score since leaving for work. Hopefully better then the Wild against those Canes.

Haha understandable from a metro rival fan and I get what you mean from that view. I doubt they’d win the lotto, Blue Jackets luck doesn’t swing that way most of the time less I’m forgetting a time or two. Likely going to Chicago or Arizona. if I were to venture a way too early and no way of knowing guess.

I’d guess the order would be roughly-

1. Chicago
2. Arizona
3. Columbus
4. Anaheim
5. San Jose
6. Vancouver (Wtf happened?)
7. Montreal
8. Philadelphia
9. Ottawa
10. Detroit

If the standings remain close to the same as now. But idk just a unnecessary guess haha.

I have been having a tough with this one. I’m used to coach firings and disagreeing with team moves, etc but this was way different. Always been a Bruce fan and obviously having him as the coach of the Wild brings even more bias and loved the days we had him behind bench. “Bruce there it is!” Classic and legendary of a chant as I can recall and heard. But yeah that was pretty tough and alot of emotions come from it for me. No respect left for the Canucks management and ownership after this one. The fans are awesome and players are cool. but the current regime running show mainly the front office just garbage.

Agreed! Not even a full two seasons on the job before this happened. Classy coach indeed and one with a lot of success. Something about that team runs much deeper then a coach and is the issue. Bruce was the scapegoat done very dirty. I’m Just repeating things now but just wow so sad and wrong.

Same here. I hope he gets a better opportunity to coach again elsewhere that will give him a chance to win a cup and put this screwed up ordeal behind him. Cause this would be even worse if this ends up being the last stop in his career.

Watching the Panthers/Rangers game…. Unfortunately Panthers are down big with a 5-1 deficit in the early half of the third. Was hoping the Cats would destroy the NYR.
