Personality:

Josuke is a savvy, confident and courageous teenager. Friendly and loyal, his amiable personality helps him making friends throughout the story .

Josuke's primary trait is his overall kindness, reflected in his Stand Crazy Diamond which repairs and heals. When a random bystander helped saving him out of genuine kindness, Josuke subconsciously reflected that kindness in him. Even upon the revelation that he's Joseph's bastard son, Josuke has thought first and foremonst about the troubles he's caused to the Joestars and disregarded any claim for an heritage, only wanting to reassure his biological father that he was doing fine. Agreeable by nature, Josuke isn't as prone to violence as other JoJos and can even calmly tolerate bullying by upperclassmen or Shigechi's selfishness. Josuke is loyal to his friends and loved ones; risking his life after Koichi is hit by Keicho's Bow, and carrying Okuyasu's body while apparently dead throughout the first part of his battle with Yoshikage Kira and Killer Queen. When his grandfather died, Josuke took upon himself to become the protector of Morioh. Upon meeting someone in not particularly antagonistic circumstances, Josuke will generally be polite and friendly.

Overall, Josuke behaves like a teenager, and aside from his general goal of protecting Morioh from any Stand menace, is concerned by more down to earth matters, such as hanging out with his friend. Josuke passively protects his town, and only acts when directly asked by the much more proactive Jotaro or when he directly encounters a Stand user. Curious, Josuke is quick to investigate any unusual phenomenon, which often leads him into a Stand User. Josuke is very prone to openly communicate his feelings, either expressing amazement, amusement, fear and anger thus he appears as a goofy individual.

Sufficiently humble, Josuke confesses to being nervous around famous people, opting not to go with Koichi to first meet Rohan Kishibe due to his great fame as a mangaka. Josuke also has a fear of turtles, and has tried to touch a turtle to get rid of that fear. Josuke isn't shy to admit his limits, and has confessed that he doesn't know much about mangas, or isn't good at videogames, even though he isn't happy to have someone know these factoids. In the same way, Josuke tries to live up to Jotaro, whom he admires, and has been nervous around him for fear of not living up to the task Jotaro entrusted to him. He has also shown a mild fear of ghosts (in the beginning), as shown when Koichi wonders in episode 3 if he saw a ghost in the house next to Josuke's, and Josuke nervously tells him to cut it out.

However, in a fight, Josuke is much more calm, and has unshakeable confidence in his Stand Crazy Diamond, but his confidence doesn't extend to himself, as Josuke can still be nervous if things don't go his way. Additionally, Terunosuke Miyamoto is able to reveal that in terms of body language, Josuke's first unconscious reaction when unsure is to bite his lip. In general, his attitude will mix calmness and goofiness, and Josuke can switch between a taunting one-liner and a serene assertion of the situation. Josuke is occasionally distracted in a fight, often reflecting on the silliness of the situation he's currently in or trying to act cool. Even if Josuke is gentle by nature, he has no qualm about violently pummeling an enemy, and in the case someone has hurt or endangered a family member, Josuke will be even more vindictive, as he fused Angelo with a rock and Terunosuke with a book.

Josuke has a tangential respect of the law at best, shown primarily in regards to winning money. After nearly emptying his bank account on frivolous spendings, Josuke has been trying to get extra money in quick fashion. When he and Okuyasu meet Shigechi, he quickly devises a plan to exploit Shigechi's Stand Harvest to find first discarded change, and then discarded coupons from all over Morioh, going as far as commit felony to earn the money in a winning ticket. Similarly, after meeting Mikitaka Hazekura, he takes advantage of his shape-shifting Stand power, convincing him to turn into dice in order to cheat money from Rohan, with whom he has a bad relationship. Lastly, characterized as a knowing gesture, he steals Joseph's wallet with his Stand by restoring it to his possession with a piece of a picture planted there. The fact that his Stand can nearly repair or heal anything means that Josuke can get away with destruction of property or endangering someone, thus isn't really concerned about the legal ramifications of his actions since they will be without consequence, at least for him.

When it comes to women, he is moderate between Joseph and Jotaro. He does not flirt relentlessly and is not perverted like Joseph, but when the girls near him express interest in him, he is flattered and was shown in the first episode to get along quite well with his female classmates and admirers. He does not shoo them away like Jotaro but doesn't relentlessly flirt or pursue any. When Jotaro takes Josuke hunting, Josuke initially believes he means hunting for girls and says with a blush and smile that he is more of a love kind of guy. However, he seems to be willing to hit them if they are the enemy as he threatened to kill Yukako if she tried to harm Koichi in anyway (as she is obsessed with Koichi and at one point kidnapped him). While he does express interest in women, it is not his main priority. As a catchphrase, in approval, Josuke often says "Great", in English.

In a quintessential idiosyncrasy, Josuke takes a hyper-sensitive reaction to comments at all disparaging of his hairstyle; which Josuke explains as due to the honor of a man with the same hairstyle who saved his life as child. After an insult, Josuke enters a blind rage and becomes much more rude and violent. Firstly, a swaggering upperclassman to whom Josuke initially defers is punched and stepped on, before his nose is restored by Crazy Diamond improperly, indefinitely, due to Josuke's mood. Later, during his fight with Rohan, in an attempt to manipulate Josuke into gazing upon his Stand by openly taunting him about his hair, Josuke goes berserk; landing Rohan in hospital for one month.

Backstory: In 1983, Josuke Higashikata was born as the illegitimate child of an affair between Joseph Joestar and Tomoko Higashikata. Josuke apparently developed his Stand off-screen in the events of Part III, when Jotaro Kujo and company traveled to Egypt to kill DIO. As a result of DIO being pierced by the Stand-creating Arrow, Josuke, possessing the Joestar Bloodline that runs in Jonathan's body, develops a Stand, but suffers a fever not unlike that of his half-sister Holly. He is then saved by a then-high school student with a pompadour, who throws his coat under his mother's car in order to allow their car to plow safely through the snow. This then inspires Josuke's admiration for the man with the pompadour.

In 1999 in the town of Morioh (杜王町 Moriō-chō) located in S-City, M-Prefecture (M県S市Emu-ken, Esu-shi), Josuke Higashikata (東方 仗助 Higashikata Jōsuke, the kanjisuke, can also be read as jo) is one of the more popular guys in high school and becomes quick friends with one of his classmates, Koichi Hirose. But when Josuke's nephew Jotaro Kujo (who's older than he is because his father is his nephew's grandfather, hence the age difference) shows up, things get truly crazy. One of DIO's henchmen has brought the Bow and Arrow to Morioh and someone has been using it on various people in the town creating Stand users—as discovered when one of them, the murderer Anjuro "Angelo" Katagiri, uses the power of his Stand Aqua Necklace to try and kill Josuke for interfering with his plans earlier, but he manages to kill Josuke's grandfather, Ryohei Higashikata, in revenge for him being jailed by him. Josuke and Jotaro eventually capture him and, as a consequence of insulting Josuke's hair, ends up getting fused to the rock he was leaning on at the time, becoming a tourist attraction known as "Angelo Rock" in the process.

A few days later Josuke and Koichi go to investigate a seemingly abandoned house, but Koichi is trapped and choked by a man later revealed to be Okuyasu Nijimura. Koichi was eventually struck by the arrow from the house, where he wouldn't have survived, since he doesn't have the same spiritual strength as the other victims of the arrow, hadn't Josuke intervened and healed him. They discover that the culprit of the shot is Keicho Nijimura, Okuyasu's brother. Their father - formerly DIO's lackey and injected with DIO's cells - has now turned into a monstrous creature with DIO's death. It is then revealed Keicho wants to create Stand users in the hopes that someone will be able to kill his monstrous father. Josuke manages to show the brothers that their father is still at least partially human inside and dissuades them from their activities. However they are attacked by the Stand Red Hot Chili Pepper, which kills Keicho and takes the Bow and Arrow. Okuyasu joins with Josuke, Jotaro, and Koichi to fight the Stand that killed his brother and eventually becomes close friends with Josuke. The group then continues to encounter other Stand users while looking for Red Hot Chili Pepper's user.

Koichi soon takes center stage when he is kidnapped by his classmate Yukako Yamagishi, also a Stand user, who is in love with him and is determined that he will love her back. He escapes from her and in the process his Stand evolves into a stronger form. The group then finally comes face-to-face with Akira Otoishi, Red Hot Chili Pepper's user. However, he proves hard for the group to defeat. Only when Joseph Joestar, the father Josuke never knew, arrives in Morioh are they finally able to defeat Akira. The Bow and Arrow are then taken into the Speedwagon Foundation's custody and all seems to be over for the moment.

A month later Koichi meets manga author Rohan Kishibe, whose Heaven's Door ability allows him to open up a person's face like a book and both read and rewrite their memories; Rohan finds himself drawn to the plucky Koichi, but does not get along with Josuke. Yukako and Rohan both become part of Josuke's group of Stand users along with others the group has encountered, such as Tamami Kobayashi, Toshikazu Hazamada, Mikitaka Hazekura, and Yuuya Fungami.

Soon afterwards, Koichi and Rohan discover a hidden alleyway in town that is not of their world. Once they enter, it is there they meet the ghost of a young girl named Reimi Sugimoto, Rohan's babysitter in his youth, who was murdered by a serial killer over a decade before. She begs Koichi and Rohan to find her killer, who has stayed in Morioh and is still preying on innocent people. This turns out to be Yoshikage Kira, a serial killer that kills women using his newly acquired Stand Killer Queen to explode their bodies and keeps their hands as romantic mementos. When Josuke and Okuyasu's new friend, Shigekiyo "Shigechi" Yangu, discovers Kira's secret and is killed for it, they resolve to put an end to Kira's murders.

Jotaro and Koichi eventually fight Kira, but before he can be fully defeated, he flees and forces Aya Tsuji, the user of the Stand Cinderella, a Stand that can alter people's physical features, to change his face and kills her before she can tell Josuke what he now looks like. Shortly thereafter, the ghost of Kira's father uses a second Stand-creating Bow and Arrow to create an army of Stand users to protect his hiding son and go after members of Josuke's group. Rohan eventually suspects Kosaku Kawajiri is Kira's new identity and confirms it after reading Kawajiri's son Hayato's memories. However Rohan is killed instantly for his troubles by Killer Queen's new technique, "Bites the Dust", which Kira acquired after accidentally being stabbed with his father's Arrow. The ability plants a miniaturized Killer Queen on a person, with this person being Hayato Kawajiri, the son of the father he's impersonating, which not only kills anyone that tries to learn about Kira from them, it resets the time from an hour to a day, with the victim dying again as normal as soon as the original time of the explosion reoccurs. This continues until Kira finds out who the bomb killed. It also protects Hayato from harm, whether from the outside or self-inflicted.

When Rohan's death is repeated a second time, Josuke, Koichi, Okuyasu, and Jotaro were there to meet him. They see Hayato and figure out Kira is masquerading as his father, all of them dying as a result. The memory is then repeated again so Kira can learn who was killed, but this time Hayato tricks him into giving his own identity away before Rohan's death. Kira was then forced to remove the technique from Hayato to protect himself as he fights Josuke, resulting in an end to the time-loop and saving Rohan's life. With help from Josuke, Hayato, Okuyasu, and Koichi, Jotaro delivers a blow to Kira that propels him in front of a fire truck and he is run over. Kira is then shown as a ghost as his first victim, Reimi, informs him what happened. Kira attempts to attack Reimi once more, only to be torn apart by countless phantom hands, presumably of his other victims.

With Kira dead and the murders solved, Reimi and Arnold say their last goodbyes to Josuke, Rohan and the other Stand users of Morioh as the two spirits ascend to heaven. As Jotaro and Joseph prepare to leave Morioh, Josuke wishes them the best, but not before using Crazy Diamond to snatch Joseph's wallet, distressing his father.

Companions: None

Family: Tomoko Higashikata (Mother), Joseph Joestar (Father), Jotaro Kujo (Nephew)

Friends: Okuyasu Nijimura, Koichi Hirose, Shigechi

Rivals: Rohan Kishibe

Enemies: Anjuro 'Angelo' Katagiri, Kira Yoshikage

Likes: Family, friends, trust

Dislikes: Causing trouble, people using other people, insults regarding his sweet hair

Powers/abilities: Josuke is in possession of a Stand, a manifestation of his inner psychological energy. Ordinarily, only Stand users would know that a Stand is present given that only other Stand users can see, hear, and touch Stands, but I've taken up 'video game logic' and canceled that rule out.

Josuke's Stand, Crazy Diamond, can restore objects (and organisms) to a previous state in its history.

It is able to repair damage and heal injury. It can also revert an item to its components (e.g. a wooden table into lumber).

With this, Crazy Diamond may perform a range of interesting feats; including trapping (parts of) an enemy by restoring pieces of a broken object around it; and tracking, such as by restoring a torn piece of clothing, which seeks to reattach itself.

However it is not without drawbacks. Crazy Diamond can only restore state, and not life, hence a lifeless body would still remain dead even after being "fixed" by it. The healing ability can also not be used on Josuke himself, or strictly speaking, anything that can be considered a part of his current self.

Skills/talents:

Josuke is shrewd, confident and courageous, possessing considerable fluid intelligence and a will to win; like his father.

Intelligence: Josuke is extremely quick to get on his feet under almost any circumstance, as he is very aware of the immediate surrounding as well as his own capabilities. He is proficient in utilizing anything he has within reach for dealing with problems at hand, he is also shown to be capable of planning several steps ahead by reading opponent's behavior and habit. Josuke is very confident of his abilities to the point of claiming that there is nothing Crazy Diamond (indirectly referring to himself) can't fix, and expresses mild disappointment after figuring out what he thought would have been one such problem. As a result of his intellect, he can be quite cunning; manipulating, lying and cheating on others occasionally to achieve certain selfish goals.

Physical fineness: Josuke possesses substantial athletic ability. He has been shown once to have successfully chased down a moving bus over long distances completely on foot. He can handle a heavy motorbike effortlessly for the first and only time riding it, while achieving many otherwise professional feats during a high speed chase in attempts to avoid direct contacts with the enemy running after him. The most well known demonstration of his physical toughness is shown when he withstands exposure to several explosions generated by Yoshikage Kira's Killer Queen, sustaining heavy injuries and blood loss but remains conscious enough to think of counter measures and tactics.

Gear: A comb to fix his sweet and awesome hairstyle.

Weaknesses: Josuke loses all self-control and enters a blind rage whenever anyone makes an insult about his hair. He will regain control of himself after a while, but his enemies always wished they hadn't said anything about his hair when Josuke, or Crazy Diamond, was finished with them.

Name: Raven

Alias/nickname: Rae/Ray, Rae-Rae, Mistress of Magic, The Portal

Age: 18

Gender and sexuality: Female, hetrosexual

Species/race: Human-demon hybrid

latest

(Optional) Clothes: See appearance

(Optional) Likes: Reading, herbal tea, horror movies, meditating, chess

(Optional) Dislikes: People going into her bedroom, Beast Boy's jokes, loosening up in general, chickens (see weaknesses)

Personality: Raven is one of the most mysterious characters throughout the series. She is quiet, seemingly emotionless, intelligent, studious, and sarcastic. She can always come up with a smart remark, specifically in reply to most of Teen Titans' antics and attempts at humor. Her appearance and attitude appears to be that of a typical modern goth female. However, as much as she may seem slightly distant and anti-social, producer Sam Register describes her as a "dark character, but a character everyone can relate to. She's a recluse and sort of to herself. We thought that would be a good dynamic with the rest of the team. She does have a dark background in the comic." Robin also said that she is "the most hopeful person" he has ever known.

Raven is often portrayed as the most mature member of the group, often giving her own advice to the others about various subjects, and generally staying cool and calm, even in desperate situations. She is, however, also the most emotionally-restrained of the Titans, appearing secretive and distant; she initially does not allow any of her fellow Titans into her room and spends most of her time by herself, usually meditating or reading one of her numerous books.

Even though she is serious and cautious about her emotions, just like she was trying to tell Doctor Light saying, "Don't come any closer." The reason for her emotional restraint is due to the adverse effects her emotions have on her powers. If her emotions become out of control, her powers can become erratic and spontaneous, becoming active without her will. In the course of the series, however, she gradually, if only slightly, seems to warm up to her teammates. As shown through her quick suspicion of Terra, it is difficult for Raven to build trust for anyone, and even more difficult to truly forgive if that trust was to be broken. But she was able to forgive Terra.

In several instances throughout the show, contrary to her usual behavior, she does show more emotion such as making "heart eyes" along with Starfire at the appearance of Aqualad in Deep Six (though this is mostly used for comedic effect). She also does ease up to have some fun on a few occasions, such as forcing Cyborg to go through 'initiation' again with Beast Boy and Robin in the episode Deception. Furthermore, Raven is known to sometimes be shocked at trivial things. One occasion in which this occurs is in "Overdrive", when Cyborg defeats Raven in a game of chess after installing the Maximum 7 in his brain. At this occasion her entire face and outfit turns white (also probably for comedic effect). In "Revved Up", she is also shocked at the sudden drop-in of Red X on the bus she is driving but quickly regains her monotone and determined stature when she realizes who it is. Another instance is when Raven, while playing a game of cards, comically gasps at the impressive sets of cards the rest of the Titans have in their disposal during "Winner Take All". She can lose her temper easily, and most of the time with Beast Boy.

Raven is often shown to make sarcastic remarks to almost everything and can be rather rude at times, but there is a slight chance this personality wasn't always who she was. When the Titans first met, Raven appeared to be more innocent and insecure. She declined Beast Boy's offer to get pizza, probably because she's afraid that he wouldn't like her, and because of him, feels as if she does not fit in with the others. Both Cyborg and Robin were not hesitant to accept her as a friend, even when she wasn't so sure herself. She was the first one to verbally recognize the others as friends, and even openly admits to Beast Boy being funny, which no sooner than a moment later, seems to regret making that statement. Her pessimistic and sarcastic attitude is then likely derived from having to put up with Beast Boy's constant corny jokes and immaturity.

Despite her seemingly unfriendly attitude, Raven does indeed care greatly about the people she is attached to, as prominently displayed when she is put in charge of three children. Initially having little or no patience with Melvin, Timmy Tantrum, and Teether, Raven grows to love (or at least, enjoy) them, risking her own life to protect them from the Brotherhood of Evil, even calling them her kids. She also comes to regard the rest of the Titans as her closest friends and family. When the day she is destined to end the world finally came, she wanted nothing more than to ensure her friends' last day on Earth was perfect. This shows that despite everything that has ever happened, she truly cares about her friends and their interests. Finally, there are many instances where Raven is portrayed as the most understanding friend among the Titans. While seemingly uninterested towards Cyborg's T-Car, Raven is ultimately the only one who approaches and comforts him, even going as far as to assist in rebuilding the destroyed car.

Overall, Raven is not cold-hearted, merely introverted, caring deeply about those close to her. While Raven seems to not care one bit about their hobbies and personalities, she does show her friends that she does care about them and values their friendship when it mattered most.

Raven is often portrayed as the most insensitive and pessimistic member of the Titans, and she generally regards everything in a "black and white" manner. For example, when Beast Boy desperately asks Raven for words of comfort after their crushing defeat against the members of the H.I.V.E Academy, Raven tersely states that the Titans have to accept the situation, no matter how grave it is. She also reacts to Cyborg's leaving of the Titans with little to no resentment, stating that people come and go by.

When Raven surrenders herself in to her demonic father Trigon in order to fulfill the prophecy that she thought she had no way to prevent, however, Raven also appeared to still have retained hope to a certain degree that the lord of evil could be stopped, as she forcibly injected each of her friends with a portion of her own power to shield them and give them one last chance to save the world. It is then ironic that it was what had motivated her to surrender nearly all hope that ultimately defeat Trigon.

Backstory:

Arella, Raven's mother, was chosen to become the bride of the demonic Trigon. Abandoned by the demon rather than her becoming his queen, Arella was bent on suicide (while carrying Raven) when she was taken in by the pacifistic disciples of Temple Azarath, a group who had centuries earlier forsaken life on Earth to pursue their own nonviolent lifestyle.

In their inter-dimensional world, Raven, Arella's daughter by Trigon, was born. Fearing that the child would bring evil among them, Juris, a magistrate of Azarath, attempted to cast the infant Raven into Limbo, only to be destroyed himself. Azar, the spiritual leader of the temple, then took the young Raven under her personal tutelage, instructing her in the truth of her parentage, and in pacifism, meditation, and the submergence of her emotions to resist Trigon's influence, while perfecting her powers of teleportation, astral projection, and empathic healing.

Later, after Azar's death (in which she entered another plane of existence), when Raven was plagued by prophetic dreams of Trigon and, defying her teachers, she confronted her demon father in Limbo at his bidding. Trigon spared her and Arella after satisfying himself that, upon his return when she reached adulthood, he could seduce Raven into becoming his ally. When Raven turned fourteen, she sensed Trigon's power returning and fled to Earth.

She arrived at Jump City, where she met several super-powered youths fighting a rampaging alien girl. Raven managed to discern the girl's true reason for her demolition work and convinced the others into a more peaceful approach, which won them the alien's friendship. Despite Raven's obvious insecurity, the others invited her to join them in defeating the truly hostile aliens the Gordanians, who had attempted to enslave the girl and her presence proved ultimately essential to the motley crew's triumph over the Gordanians. Afterwards, the group decided to stay together and formed the original Teen Titans.

Though Raven, still feeling alienated from her new friends, remained distant to them, the other Titans soon came to learn more about her origins. First, Beast Boy and Cyborg inadvertently ended up stranded inside Raven's own mind, where they met the personifications of her separated emotional aspects and also encountered and fought the manifestation of Trigon's heritage inside her. Soon afterward, a backfired plot by the Puppet King left Raven and Starfire stuck in each other's body, creating a new sense of empathy between the girls. Finally, when Robin was haunted by a drug-induced hallucination of his enemy Slade, Raven linked with his mind and saw glimpses of Robin's past, including his initiation by Batman and the death of his parents.

Raven helped the Titans for years, working alongside the other four to protect Jump City from villainous menaces. She was consistently invaluable to their success. Eventually, however, Raven's past caught up with her: On her birthday, Slade (who had been presumed dead) reappeared, wielding new powers and marked with a symbol which Raven could not fail to recognize. Slade deliberately led the Titans to the place where Raven's true destiny was to be fulfilled to serve as a living portal for Trigon to conquer Earth. Seeing no other choice, Raven finally told her teammates the truth about her past — but instead of being rejected, the other Titans remained with her and took the greatest pains to prevent this from happening.

Slade and an army of Trigon's fire demons attacked Titans Tower to fetch Raven. The Titans decided to fight him, but Raven, unwilling to see her dearest friends hurt on her behalf, knocked them out of the fight and secretly imbued them with some of her powers to protect them from the apocalypse to come. When the portal was opened with her powers, Raven was apparently consumed, but in fact her human half remained alive in Trigon's domain, regressed to childhood and left powerless.

Left in a world turned into a living horror, the Titans still refused to give up without a fight. With some help from Slade, (who had been betrayed by Trigon) Robin made his way to Trigon's underworld, found Raven and took her back to the surface, even though she was spiritually shattered by her role in the shaping of events. Finally, the Titans and Slade faced Trigon in a final onslaught. But even as they were struck down, Raven realized that all was not hopeless, and this realization sparked a new hope within her soul, allowing her to regain full maturity along with her powers. Under a righteous wrath, she used the sum of her powers to seemingly destroy Trigon, reverting Earth back to the way it was.

Raven possesses an affinity for mysticism and occultism, and has numerous magical items of an occult nature and an extensive library dedicated to sorcery.

Powers/abilities:

Raven is undeniably the most powerful Titan in the series. As the daughter of a supremely powerful and dangerous inter-dimensional demon, Raven has a host of unique abilities that are tied to her feelings and emotions, and as such, she has trained herself to calm all strong feelings to contain them. Her power is extremely difficult to keep in check, but she has achieved control through daily meditation, mantra and utilizing chakra.

Darkness/Shadows Control:
Raven has the power to create and control the element of pure Darkness and shadows and bend it to her will; usually using it in conjunction with her telekinesis.

Soul-Self/Astral Projection: The basis of almost all of Raven's powers are derived from her soul-self. She is able to project her own spirit from her body into a ghostly form, using it to interact with the physical world, affect others mentally, and to traverse through time-space. Her soul-self takes the form of a double of her own body, or more commonly, a large black raven. She is capable of changing it's shape and mass at will, and can alter her own appearance with her soul-self, like increasing her size or making her face hideous.

She is able to project her soul-self into the minds of others to communicate, facilitate calm or to force people into submission with a devastating mental attack. Though normally composed of energy that is colored black, Raven's soul-self can change colour depending on her emotional state, manifesting as red or white.

Advanced Telekinesis: Raven can merge a small part of her soul-self into objects in order to take control of them, with the object essentially becoming an extension of her soul-self ; this may be the reason why she prefers to take control of inanimate objects rather than people. The limit to how much matter she is able to control is unknown, though it ranges well into hundreds of tons, allowing her to hurl city buses, mounds of rubble or even uprooting whole slabs of pavement. Whenever she takes control of something, it is covered in the same dark energy that composes her soul-self.

Telekinetic Constructs: With her soul-self able to be molded into any shape, Raven often creates simple domes or walls that acts as barriers against attack. She can project solid bolts to be used as projectiles, or a steady stream of solid force. She has been shown making razor sharp blades to cut through obstacles, claws that can restrain foes, and floating platforms to ride on.

Telekinetic Force-Fields: She can erect unusually strong shields of sheer telekinetic and dark energy around herself and others for protection.

Telekinetic Teleportation: In conjunction with her telekinesis, Raven's soul-self is able to envelop her (along with at least four other people) and travel to other dimensions, primarily Azarath. She can use this technique to travel vast distances on Earth, or to teleport by momentarily displacing herself and then re-appearing in another location. She can pass through walls and obstacles by simply teleporting past them, giving the illusion of intangibility. At times, Raven has been shown creating portals with her dark energy in order to travel, rather than utilizing her soul-self.

Empathy: The psionic ability to sense the emotions of others, allowing her to gain insight into their thoughts and intentions, and even experience their own feelings. This also enables her to sense the mental state of others, as she has stated that she would know if someone's mind had been tampered with. Raven can absorb the pain of others into her own body in order to induce rapid healing for them and can heal herself by going into a trance of emotional calm. She can receive precognitive flashes of the future when exposed to extreme emotion.

By using her empathy to guide her, she can track others with her soul-self. At one point, she had used this ability to empathically enter Robin's subconscious mind; therefore giving the two an unusually strong psychic link afterwards.

Levitation: Raven can levitate off the ground and hover, without visible projection of her dark energy as is shown when she utilizes telekinesis. Her power is also sufficient to enable her to counter the gravitational pull of other planets.

Spell-casting:
The high-level spells she casts are usually spoken out loud; though she does have some practice in casting nonverbal spells to give herself more of an advantage over her opponents.

White Raven: White Raven is a special form that Raven has assumed under unique circumstances, four times throughout the series for multiple reasons. White Raven is Raven's most primal, significant and powerful version of herself, mostly shown as a symbol of her highest hidden power and her inner purity to fight, and thus free herself of the consuming evil influenced by her interdimensional-demon father. The first instance occurs within the multidimensional realm of Raven's own mind, an ethereal place where Raven's separate emotional forms are capable of independently existing.

Raven's emotions unbalanced and her rage unleashed from within during the Titans' brief but powerful clash with Doctor Light. The second when she was being tutored by Malchior, unknowingly being taught dark magic. The third instance occurred whilst and after she defeated her father and freed herself from his control.

latest

Demonic Form: When Raven's anger gets the best of her (see weaknesses), she can transform into her half-demon self, usually with four glowing red eyes (a trait inherited from her demon father, Trigon) and sprouting black tentacles from under her cloak. She has little control over her actions in this state, shown when she was attacking a terrified Dr. Light even after he was begging for mercy.

Skills:

Combat: Though not the most physically talented of the Titans, Raven is nonetheless a fairly skilled and proficient hand-to-hand combatant, having received at least some degree of physical training. She has been shown briefly overcoming the peak-human Speedy, engaging Jinx in hand-to-hand combat and also quickly delivering flying kicks to Monsieur Mallah in an attempt to protect Melvin, Timmy Tantrum, and Teether.

Multilingualism: Raven is a skilled polyglot, capable of fluently speaking English, German, Latin, Romanian, Ancient Sumerian, and Sanskrit. She can even speak the language of her own people, Azaranian.

Magical knowledge: Raven has displayed a wide arcane knowledge, possessing a vast library of mystic tomes, spellbooks and ancient scrolls. She has been shown making potions, using mystical objects like charms and talismans, and has performed elaborate magical rituals.

Weaknesses: Raven's main weakness is letting go of her emotions, especially rage. Terra learned it from Beast Boy and took advantage of it in Aftershock - Part 1 to using it to finish her off. Even though her rage seems powerful, it could potentially corrupt her, leaving her very vulnerable to attacks with more power than her own.

It also seems she can keep perfect control of her powers while exhibiting her emotions, as seen in Spellbound. Raven is radiant with happiness and love, yet she is still able to control her powers with ease. If Raven suppresses her fear, she is unable to connect with her powers until she admits she is truly afraid.

Her ultimate weakness is her anger. Other emotions aren't as Earth trembling as Raven's temper. Her anger is in the form of Trigon inside her mirror in Nevermore, then after defeated (to a point) the anger turns to another one of her, with her father's 4 red eyes and a red cloak. Anger is what changes her from her regular self to her demonic side practically every time.

Another weakness is her dependence on her incantation, Azarath Metrion Zinthos. If a gag is placed over her mouth, she cannot complete her incantation and she cannot connect with her powers until the gag is removed, however, she has occasionally overcome this weakness through sheer will.

Raven is also allergic to chickens.

(Optional) Character quote: "When I use my powers, I have to put a little of my soul into whatever I'm moving. I become a part of it and it becomes a part of me. That's kind of what happened here. It wasn't just a car. It was... your baby"

-To Cyborg after the destruction of his car

"You may have created me...But you were never my father. Fathers are kind. Fathers protect you. Fathers raise you. I was protected by the monks of Azarath. I was raised by my friends. They are my family! This is my home! And you are not welcome here! Azarath Metrion...ZINTHOS!"

-To Trigion when defeating him

I did. Let's just say this ends better than that did.

Universe from: Sonic the Hedgehog

Alignment: Neutral Good

Name: Sonic the Hedgehog

Alias/nickname: None

Age: 15

Gender and sexuality: Male/heterosexual

Species/race: Hedgehog

Appearance:
sonic-the-hedgehog.png

Personality: Sonic is described to be "like the wind" a drifter that is always on the move and is noted for being free-spirited and adventurous. He values freedom above all else and strives to live his life according to his own rules rather than the standards of those around him or for the sake of heroism and duty, and enjoys nothing more than traveling the world. Endowed with a strong passion for enjoying life, he is never in one place for long and always moves forward to look for his next challenge, making his life a never-ending series of adventures. Because of his need for freedom, Sonic loathes the idea of being constrained, as he gets twitchy and restless when cooped up in a small space for too long.

Sonic is usually easygoing, cool and carefree. However, he is often impatient, hates boredom and has at times a short temper. Because of his impulsive nature, Sonic can be reckless and quick to act before thinking, throwing himself into trouble without a second thought and regardless of others' warnings. Nevertheless, he is honest and always keeps his promises.

Sonic's personality is a juxtaposition of kindness and ferocity. He is extremely benevolent, driven by his own strong sense of justice and fair play, and firmly stands for truth and freedom, but he is never the one to rest in the face of injustice or oppression. He hates lies and evil in all its forms, exploding with anger when witnessing anything unjust, and will do all he can to snuff it out, throwing his life on the line without hesitation. However, he usually sees his heroics as an opportunity to have fun, making him a thrill-seeker. In times of crisis though, he is aggressive and focuses intensely on the task at hand as if his personality has undergone an astonishing change. At the same time, Sonic has a big and kind heart and is fully committed to help out and protect those in all kinds of trouble at any time, even if his actions will have ill consequences for himself.

Backstory: Not much is known about Sonic's early life. He was born on Christmas Island with his abnormal ability to run at super speed, but his love for adventure eventually called him away from his home. Since then, he has spent his life traveling the globe, driven by his restless spirit, in search for adventures to satisfy his thirst for thrills.

At some point, Sonic met Dr. Ivo Robotic and they became enemies. Sonic would subsequently fight Robotnik in an untold number of confrontations as the scientist attempted time and again to conquer the world, with sonic foiling the doctor's plans each time. Despite their many battles, Sonic did not really account of his adversary.

Known enemies: Dr. Eggman, Metal Sonic

Known rivals: Shadow

Known allies/friends: Tails, Knuckles, Amy

Known Family: Unknown

Companion: Tails (will make an SU for him later)

Weapons: None

Gear/gadgets: None

Powers/abilities: Sonic's greatest strength is his super speed, an innate talent that members of the hedgehog species possess, though Sonic's has consistently proven to be in a class of its own. As a testament to his speed, he is credited as "the fastest thing alive" and even the fastest being in the universe. He has the ability to instantly accelerate to and run at speeds far greater than Mach 1, which is at the blistering speed of about 768 mph. additionally, he is able to run backwards at high speed just as well as forwards. Due to such speed, he can scale right up vertical surfaces and ceilings, run over water, out speed lasers and even cause the ground to explode in his wake.

It is unknown what Sonic's top speed is. In Sonic Battle, it is stated that he can move several times the speed of sound and when facing Ultimate Emerl he went at least ten rounds with him in less than thirty seconds. It has often been stated that Sonic can move at supersonic speed, which ranges from 915-3,840 mph, and he has also been called the "the world's fastest, hypersonic hedgehog,” which ranges from 3,840-7,680 mph. There are as well records stating that Sonic can move faster than the speed of light although their accuracy cannot be guaranteed; E-123 Omega himself calculated that Sonic's speed could potentially exceed light speed and Sonic has replied in a confident manner that light speed was "small time" to him.

Skills: Sonic possesses astounding kinetics, precision and has reaction time to match his speed. He has incredible and flawless acrobatic skills and agility, alongside superhuman reflexes that lets him avoid any incoming obstacles with precise and delicate movements. As demonstrated in his first meeting with Silver, Sonic can even detect attacks beyond his field of vision due to his sharp reflexes. When launched into the air, he can also perform several airborne tricks before landing. He also has incredible jumping skills, capable of jumping up to several hundred meters even with extra weight.

Weaknesses:

Sonic is incapable of swimming and sinks like a stone in water, which may be due to aquaphobia (Sonic believes that if he falls in water, he will be trapped with no one to get him out),though he does not demonstrate that fear very often. As such, he mostly stays away from water. Sonic can bypass his weakness to water by running or sliding across its surface, leap out of the water with successive jumps, and survive extended periods of time underwater with air bubbles.

It was a joke xD The owner of Tears doesn't like Sonic.

But, it could also help Sonic in some development. However, you don't like it, it was meant to be a joke, we'll leave it at that

Me once again being the over serious one. Well I hope he'll be merciful.

Agreed. But if a race is ever brought into question, Sonic's personality will force me into it. :P
