You could have Irvi set up in the dining room, Joseph will meet her there and speak to her. Upon which he will try to have her settle down in such a new area.

I forgot to add a few things on Riko's CS

1. He may still be wanted in some places and sections of Bordova (Espcially around the middle classes and lower, high not really) because he's criminal record was still at large.

2. He has a X-mark that is etched on his left temple

3. The trench coat he wears has 4 pockets inside and out. Also slightly damaged (Torn, Burn marks, Etc)
