I don't think Charon is going to go to the black market oasis in spite of my own curiosity, so after he gives Lysanthir the circlet, I can say he goes to bathe. Since he's going to the nearest oasis with any kind of stream flowing away from it of acceptable depth, I can promise that a bathing scene would be funny, but if you just want to get a move on, I have no qualms about omitting it and moving to the next day.
