Shaded Shaded
Kipsy Kipsy

Alice cries and gripped onto Silvia's clothes being scared for her life of the wolf man that tries to kill her , crying and sobbing she reveals under her beautiful unmasked hair on her neck purple markings where ordan's fingers have used to suffocate the girl . " liars! He tried to suffocate me!!!! I ... I I'm scared of him , please don't let him touch me..." she sobs as she is shaking intensely from the encounter with ordan

( sorry for it being short but I made the point )

Blake
Shaded Shaded

Water ran along the vampire's body. He stuck his head under the shower's spray, letting the droplets soak his hair and run over his body. Having gotten back to the Lichen estate, Blake could only notice how foul he smelled. It was almost as if he'd been nuzzled by a dog. The scent disgusted him and he immediately sought after the bathroom to rinse it away.

Stepping out from the shower, he smelled like he usually did: of sandalwood and a touch of patchouli. Blake sighed as he dried himself off, grumpy and overtly frustrated with everything at the moment. As he slid on some clothes--nothing too fancy as he didn't anticipate going out anymore today--he stared blankly at the reflectionless mirror.

A low growl came from his stomach, which reminded him that he'd yet to have a drink today. Where was a blood slave when he needed one? Adjusting the white shirt which adorned him, Blake left the bathroom and headed out from its adjoining bedroom, making way to the living room. There he saw Larkin, who lay limply upon the couch.

"Dying on me so soon, are we?" he queried, noticing the other vampire plucking idly at the rug. That seemingly trivial movement was the only thing that told him Larkin was still living, in the shallowest sense of the word. Conscious would be a better term, now that he thought about it. "Was your trip to the city eventful?" Blake continued conversationally. In truth, he was looking for a distraction to keep his mind off the infuriating Custos alpha. Hopefully, when he tracked her down, the Boreal alpha would be more amiable.

Feeling his heart sink as the little girl continued to sob, Jaehwa couldn't help but remove his hand. He felt bad for even touching her in the first place, feeling as though it'd done nothing to calm her down. A pointless gesture, one that he'd made carelessly and without much thought that seemed to have made the situation worse. Her tears didn't seem to have an end.

"He's not... he's not always like this, I promise," Jaehwa said with a glance to Silvia. He bit his lower lip. "Please don't judge him from first impressions alone. He's really a good person." Although he truly believed that, he knew it would be difficult for anyone else to see that right off the bat. Especially Bunny Girl, who was absolutely terrified of the alpha. And, if the marks around her neck were anything to go by, she had reason to be.

The omega took in a deep breath. "I'll go talk to him." He was worried, and that emotion was visible on his features. "Take care of the girl." With a final weak smile to Silvia and the Bunny, Jaehwa headed to the stairs, making his way up. He recognized and could track Ordan's scent by heart now. It didn't take Jaehwa long to track down the alpha, who was apparently taking shelter in one of the bathrooms. He heard Ordan's voice and the sound of running water through the door. Was he... talking to himself?

Dismissing the oddness, Jaehwa knocked gently on the door, hoping it could be heard over the faucet. "Are you alright?" he asked, audibly concerned. "The girl is downstairs; Silvia is tending to her. What happened?"

Ordan
Location: A second floor bathroom
As Ordan splashed water on his face, rubbing the cold liquid into his skin, he lifted his head, seeing silver eyes staring back at him. Rolling his eyes, he set his elbows on the sides of the sink as he put his face in his hands, staring through his fingers at the water flowing down the drain. The alpha shook his head as he blinked rapidly, Achilles being stubborn. Ordan wouldn’t give the wolf freedom unless it was the full or new moons and the wolf was antsy and eager to have control. Ordan flat out refused to do so.

Though Ordan and Achilles had learned to trust each other and had merged to become one being, the inner wolf was shaped by the time of captivity and the feralness of the other werewolves, the pain and fear-sadness of a life of torture. It made it difficult sometimes living with Achilles, and it was part of the reasons Ordan put himself through testing with Zumitri’s help, something he had never told Jae. There was no reason for it, he just had to keep the pack alive and work on a cure for them before releasing them. Ordan refused to admit they were stuck like this forever, refused to even think of it. They didn’t deserve such a fate. If anyone in the pack deserved being a monster...it was the leader of this pack...he’d done things when a soldier that haunted him...it was probably a justifiable curse on him that he had no choice but to bare. It was why he tried so hard for Jaehwa.

A knock...a voice....Ordan’s head snapped up, the alpa staring at his reflection, his brown eyes normal again. Listening, he could pick up Jaehwa’s voice at the door, Ordan opening the medicine cabinet but not finding anything. He would have to check his own room, perhaps he had something there. Splashing more water on his face, he shut the medicine cabinet before turning to the door, trying to process the omega’s words. Of course the girl was downstairs...at least they hadn’t let her leave.

Ignoring Achilles’ own thoughts, the alpha turned the water off and walked to the door, opening it. “There’s clothes for the healer in her room...that...girl...was hiding in Silvia’s room and is behaving strangely. I don’t like her....She doesn’t sit right with me and makes...just wary around her. She isn’t normal either,” he said with a frown coming to his face. “You May not have seen it earlier but she jumped from the ground to the roof without trouble...probably twenty stories at least straight up....there is no way that is a normal human.”

Processing his first question, Ordan shook his head. “No...I feel a bloody migraine coming on from this day.” He didn’t like the idea of the girl being in his house or near Jaehwa. What was the point of having the omega lay low when the... He put a hand to his head again, the alpha’s shirt lifting to reveal the edges an old scar on his stomach which he didn’t seem to notice as he moved. “I’m sorry...you don’t need such stress. Just...be careful around that girl Jaehwa. Don’t let her smooth talk you over or seduce you.”

Larkin A. Andley
Location: Living Room, Lichen
Interaction: Blake Kipsy Kipsy

The brute seemed to keep up his rather lifeless act, his eyes staring blandly above him with half lided eyes. His dark blue eyes flitted over towards the entry way of the living room, he could smell him before he trotted into the space. Blake, as well as the other purebloods, had a distinct smell that Larkin marked as familiar and necessary to remember. His species wasn’t known for having good noses but he could still tell specific scents from one another, and the one he picked up on was Blake—his alpha.

You could say that, but aren’t we already dead?” Larkin mused, the blonde haired brute had brought his hand up while a lazy grin spread quickly over his sharp features. The golden boy kept his still and dead like position on the coach as Blake approached him. He hadn’t been very talkative so now he was quite eager to speak since he was hiding out in the dark living room. “City trips are always eventful, and you’re not going to like this one,” he advised with a shrug.

Stretching himself out, Larkin sat up with his back up straight and no longer slouched like it had been when strolling the town. “There was a homicide—a feeding. The body was empty and someone sure enjoyed it, sucked the guy dry like a fledging would. I assume Boreal got a new member,” he informed, his serious mood was only have as contagious to his face as he kept his resilient lazy grin and calmed demeanor. “Also, we have a slight human problem.”

Blood Order is going to be a problem for us one of these days, they get so focused on the half bloods and such, us purebloods will be next when they wipe them out. They are enlisting some younger kids these days,” Larkin sighed, raking a hand through his hair as his nose scrunched up in distaste at how young the kids he ran into earlier were. He realized from then on that those two weren’t just humans but Blood Order servants, they worked and did the dastardly deeds of killing his species and others. “One I ran into had an odd little mask, a bunny rabbit—weird to stroll around with it on.”

Shrugging he laid back into the couch cushion, “How’d visiting Custos go? The lot of them still stubborn?” Larkin jested, he knew of the pack being quite small and rather bold about their opinions on being turned. He had met one, Jaehwa, but refrained from mentioning that to Blake but he would bring up that the group might have gotten into a mess if he had to, from when the male had rushed off he figured that it was an important issue that he wouldn’t spill just quite yet.

Silvia A. Brandt
Location: Kitchen, Custos
Interaction: Jaehwa (briefly) Kipsy Kipsy , Alice Lenny2000 Lenny2000

Nodding as Jaehwa left, and frowning while Alice continued to be frazzled, Silvia was left at a stand still. She wanted to believe that Jaehwa was right about what he said of Ordan but she was having a very hard time believing it. “I...will...” she murmured as he retreated towards the stairs.

She was a little unsure of what to do, but when she looked to Alice, her heart broke. “He won’t touch you again, yeah? Let’s find the medical room...come on,” she tried gently, even as the girl held onto her she was unsure of how to help her emotionally. Reaching out her hand, she waited to see if the girl would take it, she would be skittish and unsure but Silvia hoped she wouldn’t be too fearful of her. “Do you trust me?” it was important that Silvia have her trust her, she knows how fearful someone can get when surrounded by strangers and monsters, she didn’t think that Alice had any right to trust her but she wanted to encourage her.

She wanted to guide her away towards a safer area, though she hadn’t gotten the tour quite yet so she wasn’t sure where they’d end up. She also didn’t know how to help a bruised throat. “Let me grab an ice pack first,” Silvia hummed gently. She was trying to be as soft and gentle as she could when trying to step away from Alice. Even if the girl cling to her still she would allow it as she shuffled to the fridge to dig around for an ice pack for her. Putting an ice pack on her throat and neck might be helpful compared to letting it just sit around and get worse. The swelling could end up choking her even worse than Ordan choked her.

Jaehwa
scorpiodragon scorpiodragon

Listening dutifully to Ordan's words, Jaehwa nodded. He trusted his alpha's judgment more than anything else, even if he still couldn't see why they needed to be so wary of a child. Even if she wasn't a normal human, there was no denying the fact that she was currently downstairs, eyes filled with fear, tears staining her cheeks. Still, Jaehwa knew Ordan was concerned. Thus, the omega accepted that he would need to act with caution around the girl.

"Downstairs medicine cabinet," Jaehwa said when Ordan mentioned the oncoming migraine. He'd taken the time to rearrange and reorganize some of the rooms recently. It was the bathrooms he'd chosen to start with, which had taken longer than he expected. In any case, downstairs was the new home of the pain meds.

When Ordan's shirt lifted, Jaehwa's eyes trailed over to the scar. He swallowed, a worried pout playing on his lips. He shook it away, opting instead for showing Ordan a smile. "You don't have to worry about me, you know. I'm tough." He flexed his nonexistent muscles, laughing lightly. "Now, let's get you and your headache taken care of."

Blake
Shaded Shaded
When Larkin moved to make more room on the couch, Blake took the opportunity to sit beside the other vampire as he listened. He remained silent, taking in everything Larkin said with interest, shifting every once in a while for better comfort. What particularly intrigued him was news of the fledgling attack. He wondered if, should they be able to follow that lead, it would lead them to the Boreal alpha.

"I see..." he said mindlessly, adjusting his position slightly once more. "Well, someone had a hectic day." A sigh left his chapped lips. "As far as Custos went... Well, let's just say I wanted to rip out their throats. Especially that of one of the underlings." Blake spoke with a growl low in his throat.

He rolled his shoulders, trying to relieve himself of the building up tension. "Nevertheless, they've agreed to participate. All we have to do now is get in touch with the Boreal alpha. Wherever she may be." That wasn't really his job, though; he could leave the discovery of her whereabouts to a subordinate and act on it at the latest convenience. Now, though, he felt he needed a break.

Ordan
Location: A bathroom on second floor
Ordan nodded absently as Jae said the medicine was downstairs. “Alright,” said Ordan, not noticing Jaehwa had seen the edges of a scar in his stomach. The alpha tried to return the younger man’s smile but it was forced and came out as a grimace. Preparing to follow the omega downstairs, he paused as Jaehwa said he would be careful and not to worry about him. Managing a chuckle as Jaehwa flexed nonexistent muscles, the alpha shook his head fondly.

“The point of keeping you here was to protect you from that girl. If she escapes and is, as I worry, a member of the Order, your life is at risk. The healer is naive and new to our world, she doesn’t realize. I pray she can before it kills her or leads to her capture.” In truth he felt pity for Silvia.

He knew the Hippocrates Oath, Zumitri had recited it to him, but not everyone could be saved...not everyone deserved to be saved either. Following Jaehwa out of the bathroom, he put a hand on the omega’s shoulder, turning Jaehwa to face him. “If she tried...tries anything or you feel unsafe, alert me and you can even hide in the concubine room or my own if needed.” His eyes were cold now as he stared intensely at Jaehwa.

“If she is a member of the Blood Order and escapes, they may attack here. Take Silvia, the money I have...it’s in a safe in my gun vault in the alpha room, and flee. Smuggle hidden weapons out that can be concealed if needed. Whether to Boreal to seek protection or out of Ithawell, you don’t stop running,” said Ordan seriously. His face fell as he spoke, Jae should easily pick up the alpha was not speaking of himself leaving should they be attacked.

“Should that happen...I’m afraid you may be stuck like this...with no way back. Promise me Jaehwa you will flee if it comes to it and not look back. Knock Silvia out if you have to.” The alpha's voice was deadly serious and calm, pleading and yet spoken just low enough for only Jaehwa to hear. “Do not mention this to Silvia unless it comes to that point. The less anyone knows the better and with her trusting a potential...hos...enemy no matter her age, I worry she will leak this information.”

Ordan suddenly hugged the omega. “A captain goes with his ship to the sea’s abyss. A leader dies for his people. I may not seem like a leader but I will do what it takes to protect you and now Silvia, even if I can’t find a cure Jaehwa.” Releasing Jaehwa, the alpha suddenly smiled coyly at the younger male.

“You know, there is nothing preventing you from having Silvia as yours,” Ordan said slyly. “All you have to do is claim her on the next full moon but that is your decision. I’m not about to choose your mate for you. But I would suggest thinking it over. You seemed quite...fond of her at dinner.”

Alice clings onto Silv as she has nearly no one else to turn to , her beautiful sparkling eyes looking up at Silv inspects the woman as she hugs her softly and stops crying almost instantly " I... I um... I trust you ..thank you for helping me all this time... I... never had a friend like you that would do so much for me..." she feels ashamed for making Silv do so much effort to cover her as she is utmost thankful for it. Her behavior changed to nervousness as she sat on the counter and held the ice pack against her neck and the bruising lowered so that helped her well. Her emotions with The young woman was kinda weird and hard to explain as her heart was pounding and light headed. Taking up the nerve eventually she says something " I um... I don't want to be disturbing you or ruin our relationship but ... I ... ngh.. I ..." she stops and squints and places her hand curled up against her mouth as it was much harder to say it Han she thought, a few moments later she eventually blurred out to her " I really like you a lot .. more than a friend..." her eyes widened as she felt that blurting out was the wrong move for her as she places her hand on Silv's arm " I'm sorry I ...I ..." she stopped as she didn't regret saying it but she doesent want to feel being rejected, she needed Silv in her life and is more than willing to do anything with her. " you make my life better when I'm with you... and ... I want to make your life better too.. together.." a red blush came sweeping across her cheeks and face.

Jaehwa
scorpiodragon scorpiodragon

Watching as Ordan spoke with an intense gaze, Jaehwa felt the smile on his face soften before disappearing entirely. They were being serious now, after all, yet he wished they didn't have to be. Seriousness always put him on edge, making him antsy and stressed. That was why he'd been so anxious at the meeting this morning.

"I know," he said, head lowering a little. "I will." He hoped that assurance would help put Ordan at ease. If anything came up that made him feel uncomfortable around the little girl, he'd come to the alpha right away.

As Jaehwa listened further, though, it occurred to him that what Ordan was asking for wasn't something he could do. He was too timid, too unassertive, too stubborn to just run with Silvia and leave the alpha behind. There was no way in hell he'd follow through with that. Still, the tone of voice Ordan was using coupled with the earnestness in his eyes... Jaehwa balled his hands into fists, knuckles turning white as he started to tremble.

"N-No, you know I can't. I couldn't. You'll be the one I have to knock out. I can't just--"

The omega was caught off-guard by the sudden hug. Tears welled in his eyes. Memories of the running away he'd already done, of the relief that Ordan had given him, they all came flooding back. He didn't permit himself to cry, but the shivering probably gave enough away. Wrapping his arms around Ordan, Jaehwa took in a shaky breath.

"Okay," he managed, swallowing hard. "Okay." The word echoed in his head, its weight pulling him down. Had he really just agreed to run? To abandon ship, leaving his captain behind? Yes. Would he actually be able to follow through with the promise in the future, if that time ever came? He... didn't know.

When Ordan pulled back, Jaehwa was a sniffling mess. He achieved a small laugh at the alpha's next words, face turning redder by the second. Embarrassed, he covered his face with his hands, wiping away the tears that had just moments ago threatened to spill. "I am fond of her. Really fond of her." Another meek chuckle. "Was it that obvious?" He rubbed the side of his arm. "Thing is, I don't think I've ever actually been in love with someone before. Real love, not just puppy love or infatuation. I don't know what it looks like, or what it's supposed to feel like. But... maybe this is it?"

Ordan
Location: Second Floor
Ordan listened as Jaehwa began stuttering refusal to obey a simple order at knocking Silvia out and running, leaving the alpha behind. As long as that girl didn’t escape, Jaehwa and Silvia should be safe though he didn’t like how close the female was getting to that girl. “Fear and survival instincts make you do things you wouldn’t normally think yourself capable of,” said Ordan.

As the omega returned his hug, Ordan blinked in surprise but allowed the younger male to seek comfort from him, even though he had likely spring the hug on Jaehwa and possibly startled or frightened him. Ordan didn’t care, not would he apologize for the hug, it was...in a way something the alpha needed himself. He could feel Jaehwa shivering though and sniffling, the wolf not saying anything. He hadn’t meant to frighten his omega but he wanted him to understand his worry and fear, even if it would put the lad under stress.

When Ordan finally released Jaehwa and heard what Ordan had said about Silvia and him, the alpha’s smile brightened. Glad to have hopefully cheered up Jaehwa, the lad really did his best to keep things cheery and worked hard, Ordan chuckled as his face went red with embarrassment. “You look like a cherry,” said Ordan teasingly as he listened to Jaehwa’s stuttering.

“Jaehwa you lack subletly with the ladies but have a good heart and strong character,” said Ordan. “It was amusing for me and she seems oblivious. You deserve happiness.” His eyes turned downcast for a moment before he sighed. “Real love...even if it is puppy love, it’s a first experience at love and you’ll remember it for years to come. Whether it turns into something more only you can decide and only God knows. But real love...” he paused, trying to figure out how to put it, “...real love you’ll just know in here.” He put a hand on Jaehwa’s heart, well his chest but where his heart was.

“Do you wish to remain in the tower or your room?” Ordan questioned as he moved the hand over Jae’s heart to his shoulder and patted him softly, the alpha briefly turning back to the bathroom to grab some tissues and hand then to Jaehwa, allowing him to wash his face if he wanted, otherwise he would follow Jae downstairs. Don’t worry about it, it’s my job to help, it’s want I want to do,” she murmured reassuringly. Once the petite thing stopped crying, Silvia looked her over once again, poking and prodding at her collar bone and ribs for extra effort. She had faintly stepped away realizing she would be alright—Alice was only hurt around the neck and the rest of her seemed alright. The girl was hesitant it seemed, her mouth opening and closing before she began to speak again. Silvia merely nodded her head, stormy eyes scanning over her features just to make sure. Silvia was an overly careful person during examinations, she hated the idea of missing something so important.

At first, her outburst wasn’t something she expected, looking the young woman over Silva watched her carefully. She thought over her words, Alice had spoke of liking her more than a friend—truthfully she didn’t understand what that meant until a few moments passed of her own bewilderment. When she realized what she meant she merely smiled gently. Taking note of her flushed cheeks she tilted her head, “Hey, it’s alright,” she started, she hadn’t always been the type to accept feelings or reject them, she was a neutral person when it came to emotions with people outside of her family—maybe that was why she had brushed off Jaehwa beforehand and why she was confused when confronted with another’s feelings currently.

I’m glad I make you happy, I want you safe though, and I’m afraid to say it but I...am not safe,” she recalled what Ordan had said—he might have to put her down. She hadn’t thought too much of it before but now she realized she’d have to control it, when she had itching to literally bite something would be an issue, then her moods that came and went like the one she was having now. She was in a mixed state of worry and simmering anger, her mood decreasing into a more neutral thing.

I’m like them...I’m not like you...” she murmured suddenly becoming hyper aware of her situation. She enjoyed Alice, though time spent constantly worrying she had no qwuells with the young girl, but they were different. She was human—something Silvia has once been. “You can’t be with something like me, it won’t be so good with me...” she reasoned backing away. She didn’t take it was rejecting Alice, her words were just her thoughts coming out as her eyes flickered from blue to a dark blue as confusion consumed her.

It would be too dangerous for you,” she reminded subtly, her oblivious nature had once controlled her but now her mind began drifting from stressed out and needing guidance to developing a more mature approach to the situation. “I don’t even know your name—“ she mused before dragging a hand through her dyed locks of hair.

Hectic is one way to describe it,” Larkin jested, his back quickly flying back to lean against the couch’s back board, the cushions welcoming him as his left arm stretched out over the side of the couch, with the lanky appearance he put on he had kept his body up even though he was strong without it. It was bred into his species to be strong and appealing to attract their prey, at least his parents vocalized that to him. He never furthered his opinions on why their species were so attractive, sometimes when he got used to it all he just shrugged it off and found the uncommon appearances of the mundane species quite fascinating. Something uncommon was rare to Larkin until he moved away to live with Lichen.

Well, you do know they run differently. Each seem to be equal, I wouldn’t be surprised if they decided to keep up with the current mundane political stand point. I hear that their Alpha rather leave matters open for everyone—or he should be doing that. Maybe that was why the underling got under your skin,” he offered, he had heard rumors, “of course everything I hear is up for speculation. Can’t ever trust rats from the auctions,” Larkin scuffed, but in the back of his mind he had an inkling that the underling was something like Jaehwa—he wouldn’t think he’d be bold enough to annoy Blake...or he just hoped the poor wolf didn’t.

Crossing his leg over his knee he perked up at the idea of the agreement, “They agreed? That’s not a good sign, but it might be good to some extent,” he shrugged, “I don’t think it would be rash to think of them having some kind of reason for agreeing,” he concluded. Though knowing his alpha had most likely already thought of the whole ordeal through, he backed off of the topic. “But for Boreal—if you don’t mind me offering this,” he teased slightly, it wasn’t uncommon for him to throw out his opinion when it came to doing certain things. Larkin was pretty blunt when he wanted, “I think we should send some of us out, track them down or lure them out. I’d say get something to track them with from their territory and then report back to you about their location,” he threw out a suggestion casually.

Looking back upon her she saw through the wolf's woman and genuinely liked her no matter what , who cared if she was a werewolf alice thought as she has no idea about the powers and curses of a werewolf. But upon the long and complicated answer she saw through the woman and immediately assumed rejection. Rejection was something that she always gets and is in hatred of because of her feeble heart and being too gullible. Her head dropping down tears roll down her cheek as she hops off the counter and nods " thank you for your time, I'll g-go now..." she backs away before sprinting off and out of the front door in a big bolt, running down the driveway and off to the street back to ithawell, bursting in tears as internally she is like a child, immature and very fragile to the outside world and others feelings. She has escaped the house for now and left a even greater threat than ever before. Crying on and on she talks to herself " why am I so stupid! Putting out my feelings for someone I didn't even let know of my name ! I hate myself I hate myself... I hate them ...." she growls thinking that it's not her fault for what's going on... it's their fault.. the attempted murders, the lies, the rejection.. it all makes sense... now she has reason and motive to decimate the Custos clan .

Wait—hey where are—“ she voice was startled as the girl thanked her and bolted. “Don’t go...” she muttered as she stared blankly at the counter top where Alice had previously been. She could visibly hear her heart thunder in her ears, she ran away—away from Silvia. She hadn’t noticed how rash her words had been, her confusing explanation shouldn’t have been so complicated to figure out but they were. Silvia was complex with her words towards her meaning. To Silvia she hadn’t rejected her nor accepted it, but merely threw out the obvious problem—a habit she had to get rid of.

Silvia saw herself differently, her emotions often locked away because of family and work, which led her to carrying that wall with her in her social life and currently the main issue in her predicament. Even as her body moved while her mind did not, she swarmed herself with negative thoughts. Her mind was still stuck on being put down, being a danger, lashing out, turning into the abnormally monstrous version of a relative. That was why she stopped, stopped thinking.

Silvia stood there, unsure of herself as she looked out of the open front door as Alice ran again. Her hands, both of them this time, ran through her shortened hair roughly as she tugged at the strands. Her issue was her hesitance, she needed that courage from before to run after the girl, she’d end up hurt or worse. Hell she was hurt currently, Silvia had hurt her without intending it, “Agh—this was what I meant...” she growled to herself, “I’m already a monster.”

Turning away, she let her mind think again. Maybe it was better, for Alice to find somewhere safer—away from the den of wolves that would surely break her. Silvia would ruin her, like she seemed to have already done. She had to get herself ready before she could really help anyone else, throwing herself into future work might distract her like it did before but it left her an empty shell that couldn’t comphrend another’s delicate feelings. Even as she stood there watching her reatreatkng form disappear her eyes flashing into a full fledged brown mixture—her next action was not like her. Out of pure frustration and aggravation towards what had occurred that day, she balled her hand up and hit the door frame with a disgruntled growl. She had to flinch afterwards, a strike of pain deeper down her arm from her bandaged forearm from the aggressive action.

Upon being told that he looked like a cherry, Jaehwa groaned, flustered. He waved one hand dismissively while the other attempted to cover his face. "I do not," came his protest, small and barely audible. Still, he was grinning, even if it was out of embarrassment.

The omega stared up at Ordan, listening to everything he said as if it was the most meaningful thing he would ever learn. His eyes shimmered with intrigue and his heart swelled with pride. When Ordan put his hand on Jaehwa's chest, the omega instinctively placed his own hand on top, intertwining their fingers.

"This is why you're my alpha," he said, smiling brightly before letting his arms fall limply by his sides. "Thank you." That was the greatest compliment he could give, and he knew he wouldn't need to elaborate. Those few words insinuated more than any others ever could. The trust, the faith, the reliance...

Jaehwa took the tissues, patting his face dry. "I think I'll be okay in my room." He ran his fingers through his hair, trying to make himself look more presentable and like he hadn't just cried his eyes out. He balled the used tissues into his fist and started to descend the stairs. It was then that he heard the sound of Silvia hitting the doorframe. He could only imagine how much that must've hurt.

"What happened?" he asked, hurrying down the last few steps. His mind wanted him to ask where the Bunny Girl was. His heart wanted to make sure Silvia was okay. "Are you alright?" His heart won.

Ordan
Location: A first floor bathroom/Kitchen
Ordan glanced down briefly at Jaehwa’s fingers laced with his own for a moment upon placing his hand over his heart, the omega putting his own hand over Jaehwa’s until the omega’s arms dropped to his sides as Ordan moved his hand to his shoulder. The wolf nodded to the thanks, understanding without further explanation and gave Jaehwa time to compose himself. Shutting the bathroom door, Ordan listened as he said he thought he would be okay in his room. As the tower was the only one in the mansion, the alpha knew Jaehwa would be a ke to find him if he got worried or scared. Following Jaehwa downstairs, Ordan frowned as he heard something slam against the door, the alpha scenting Silvia in the kitchen. The alpha didn’t turn that way, instead, watching Jaehwa bound down the last few steps. Chucking quietly, the alpha listened as Jaehwa asked what happened as he headed down another hall towards a bathroom where he found Jae’s scent still lingered and went inside, the alpha searching the medicine cabinet and finding Advil Migrane. Glancing over the back st the instructions, he poured out two pills and put it the box back in the medicine cabinet before carrying them back to the kitchen to get a glass. Rifling through the cabinets, he pulled out a glass and popped the pills in his mouth as he opened the fridge and poured out some ice tea. Putting the tea back in the fridge, he turned as he picked up the glass and took a swallow, washing the Advil Migrane pills down. Letting Jaehwa deal with his crush, the alpha leaned against the counter as he listened for an explanation. Despite his oncoming migrane, Ordan could tell the girl was not in the kitchen and Silvia seemed injured.

Blake
Shaded Shaded

"They're definitely up to something," Blake admitted, lolling his head to the side. His neck cracked as he did so, the noise causing him to grimace. He shook it off, continuing. "At first, that head mutt was against the idea. Then something clicked and he suddenly agreed. He must've worked something out, although I'm not sure what."

Blake heard Larkin's offer out, listening with raised brows at the other vampire's every word. He hummed, mulling it over. It was a good plan, one he was a bit ashamed that he hadn't thought of it himself. One way or another, it would get them results, whether those were the ones they wanted or not.

"Alright," he declared, smiling slyly. "You have my go-ahead." With that signal of approval came a high level of imparted authority, although unspoken. "Do whatever it takes to track Boreal down." Despite his smirk, he was serious in every manner. "And don't fail me, Larkin."

Grunting as she clutched her arm, Silvia was tempted to rip the bandage off of her and see if the stitches had come out. The flesh wound was hardly healed from when she got bit and it still hurt like hell, but what hurt a little worse than that was that she hurt another person. If her eyes weren’t a big enough que to her displeased, aggravated, and scornful brown eyes relaying her emotions then she wasn’t sure what would give away her frustration. She had quickly applied pressure to the forearm, eyes flicking down towards it hesitantly as red specks started popping up. Biting down her curses she leaned against the opened door frame, odd eyes glaring at her shoes.

Looking up with a dulled expression, a fiery glimmer lit up in her brown eyes before she downcasted them again. “I got mad—“ she murmured, she had been a little startled in the process, but even as the emotional mess she currently was she wouldn’t tell them about what had transpired, it was personal for Alice as well as herself. The moment had been ruined by Silvia and she couldn’t help but wonder why she had spoke at all. “I’m sorry to have mad such a fuss, I-I won’t do it again...” she apologized quickly. She hadn’t lashed out like that, hitting the door frame that is, in a while. The first time it came over her she nearly crushed a person’s hand, she had tried to keep herself under wraps afterwards.

I’m alright, you don’t need to worry, it was my fault,” she concluded trying to shake off her emotions for that moment. That spur of the moment action would have to be her last, but she found herself calming down with Jaehwa coming over and checking up on her. She found feel her shoulders relax while her darkened eyes seemed to nearly recede back to blue orbs again, her eyes examining his soft friendly and concerned features. His dark brown eyes soothes her, his presence nearly made her feel better had her arm not hurt so much. Maybe the aura he gave off was the reason why he was the resident jokster—he was good at making things better it seemed.

The girl bolted, she got scared and ran away,” she offered, she had indeed run away but Silvia wasn’t sure if it was because she was scared—most likely because she didn’t want to even look at Silvia. She didn’t blame her, it was Silvia’s fault after all. Noticing Ordan approach she let her eyes shy away from him, she once again found herself looking at her shoes, “I’m sorry she got away again,” she wanted to play it off as nothing happened, she didn’t know if it would give Ordan even more reason to hunt her down—Silvia doubted it but didn’t want to be reckless of her safety. Bunny girl was hopefully far away and out of harms reach.

Larkin A. Andley
Location: Living Room, Lichen

Nodding as Blake described the whole thing, Larkin observed the brunette male vampire, his head dipping down when he finished speaking of Custos and their alpha. He didn’t particularly get along with anyone outside of Lichen aside from Jaehwa, who seemed low ranked within his pack—he was hoping that if the time came it might be nice to befriend him further. Companionship always remained loyal from wolves, there were the few vampires that did come and stay but wolves had more of a familiarity to sticking around. Just thinking about Custos brought him to think of Jaehwa and then to his arm where the ink stayed from when the number was transferred to his forearm.

Crossing his arms over his chest, he kept that secret tucked away, he remembered the number—but he found the action quite amusing. The other male mustn’t know that he had a very good memory, all of his species did, one that didn’t let them forget anything. Shaking his head clean of thoughts he perked up when Blake seemed to like his idea, which encouraged Larkin to do a bow like gesture as saying ‘thank you, thank you very much’ which had him leaning back again once it was made.

I would never dream of it, Alpha,” and he meant his words, he could feel the heavy weight of the words Blake spoke, and he understood he would have to get results to please the pack. “I’ll be off then, let me know if you or the others want me to pick up a snack while I’m out,” he mused as he slowly stood from his spot. Standing to his full height he adjusted his shirt neatly, the fabric hugging to his form as he dipped his head down to Blake, a rather formal way of dismissing himself from the conversation. He liked his alpha, he could talk to him like a normal person, there was only a formal edge to him in public, and it felt nice to chat every now and again. “I’ll have my phone on me, finally figured out how to use it correctly, after all my years of living through it’s creation I still can’t use it,” he joked to lighten the mood. Sometimes people didn’t need to be so serious, and he wasn’t too shabby at tossing a few jokes around here and there—not always funny sadly.

Scythia& Alice
Talked about: Shaded Shaded scorpiodragon scorpiodragon Kipsy Kipsy
Crying and balling about as she ran away, Alice sprinted down the long long road as she felt all alone and that everything was lost, she was far from it as the story pours rain, showering all over her and getting her hair dull. She eventually falls on her knees on the road and buried her face with her hands, crying as her head stoops down. Then a flashing light shines into her eyes and face as she looks up to see a car that was about to hit her come to a screeching halt. Too stunned mentally to evade she just gives that deer and headlights look as the car stopped inches from her face. The vehicle was a black SUV with a light baby blue lines along he side and middle of the vehicle. Putting the vehicle In part a long tall dark figure in a tuxedo pulls out his umbrella and walks towards her. Looking about his tracker he knows this is one of the members of the blood guild before he asks " what are you doing out here young lady?" In a calm voice, having received the background report on the girl about the chip
"I....I some werewolf guild tried to kill me and I had to escape..." she whimpers and whines sitting on the dirty floor. The man nods and looks down at her, surely knowing something useful of the guild she may be talking about and then asks her a question.
" what is your name young lady?"
" Alice, what is yours sir"
"Call me.. Scythia.."

The darkened face reveals himself as he places the umbrella over the two and he offers her his hand to join him
. " you must be dreadfully hungry and thirsty and need shelter. I own a pizzareia joint and I could use a assistant to help me in tasks, I can provide you all that you need. How does that sound?"

He asks softly still offering his hand as she nods and grabs his hand, clinging close to him as he leads her to the backdoor of the SUV and helps her get in. Closing to make sure she is safe he gets in the driver seat and drives off to the town with a newly hired employee and best part being he didn't have to pay her, a great part at making connections. The only tracks left behind were scythia and Alice's scent for a short while as the scent will die off soon with the rain pouring.

Ordan
Location: First floor
Lowering his glass, he listened as Silvia said she had gotten mad. His new pack mate had a temper. She would need to lean control that at some point. The alpa listened as Silvia try to assure Jaehwa it was nothing as he asked what happened. “Obviously it was something or you wouldn’t have hit your arm against the door,” Ordan spoke. Inhaling the air, he then let out a sigh as he examined Silvia. “You have some new clothes on the bed,” he spoke. Listening to the rain, he turned to see night has fallen over Ithawell, rain pattering the roof and the the windows.

“Your scar...it will likely not heal...the one that turned you,” spoke Ordan. “But your abilities will slowly kick in...including your accelerated healing. To my knowledge all the supernatural races, even the abominations have it.” He studied Jaehwa and Silvia, not sure yet if it was puppy love or it was possible real love. Silvia seemed ditzy about love and Jaehwa was infatuated. He just hoped they wouldn’t do something stupid like make pups, regardless of him telling Jae to claim the female if he wanted.

Not that he would mind children, he just didn’t want to be stuck with babysitting duty or see pups of his pack neglected or abused. That was Ordan’s only forbidden rule about having slaves...no child under ten. Children ten and above could usually withstand being fed on easier by vampires and could be assigned tasks by their masters. Ordan himself had never bought children from the auctions, mostly as they were a rare commodity and highly valuable in price. The only child auction he had been to has been when he first came to Ithawell and Zumitri had taken him to the slums, showing him the town. Seeing how high the children went for, caused him to make that rule to himself and when Jaehwa had come, he had strictly laid down the ground rules on slavery in his pack. Anyone who disobeyed that rule...Ordan would execute without any other chances.

“She did what?! She...bolted?!” Ordan shouted, Achilles rumbling in his head, the wolf in him melding with him as a feral growl came from the alpha, one that was probably frightening and commanding. He knew when he got like this, when Achilles and him merged or his wolf wanted control, his growl was commanding and demanded submission from his pack, submission they instinctively would give. Smelling blood, the alpha set his glass down on a side table and strode over to Silvia, even as she turned her eyes away from him. Grasping her bandaged arm, he looked at the woman as he put a finger under her chin to tilt it up so he could look at her, eyes shining with intensity as he began unwrapping the bandage. “Did that human hurt you?” He questioned, even as she next followed with saying the girl had bolted, his hand clenching down on her wrist as he stared at her, glancing at Jaehwa. The omega should understand the worry that outshone the anger in his eyes at the moment. His concern at the moment was his injured pack mate, regardless of wanting to throttle Silvia for her damning words. Ordan did not mention that one of their abilities was lie detection and gave Jae another look meaning he wasn’t to speak of it.

When Ordan brought up the scar, Jaehwa's thoughts were immediately redirected to his own. Although all the others from that night had long since faded, one still remained: the one that had turned him. Biting his lower lip, he stared at Silvia's bandages, pity swelling inside him. He wished she'd never had to go through any of this.

Although, out of all the things he'd been learning today, the omega had not expected Silvia to have such a temper. Frankly, he still didn't believe she would get that mad over the girl bolting. Something else must've happened, he could tell, whether it was what the girl had said before she'd left or something else entirely.

"She didn't hurt you, did she?" Jaehwa stammered immediately after Ordan had asked the same question. The young wolf wanted to inspect her wound but didn't know if he could. Part of that was due to the feelings he had towards her; he was jumpy around the idea of touching her even just a little bit. A pat on the shoulder or even a handshake might be too much for him to handle right now, as embarrassing as that was. Besides, this injury, in particular, was far too personal as it already was. Thankfully, Ordan didn't have the same issue.

Sharing a look with the alpha, Jaehwa nodded. He could see the worry in his eyes and both understood and appreciated it. Gaze focusing back on Silvia, his brows pulled taut with concern. He was biting his lip so hard it was a miracle it didn't break open. There was fear present in his chest, making it a bit harder to breathe. If that little girl really turned out to be that big of a threat, then he really was in danger. Hell, they all were in danger. Regret seeped in as he waited for Silvia's response.

Letting her guard down, she waited for the next move, she wasn’t sure how’d they take it and with what Ordan did next she merely nodded her head in understanding. She’d be thankful for a nice change and clothes, and when just just started to understand what Jae had meant about Ordan not being as bad as she thought he seemed to snap.

She had instantly ducked her head down, almost trying to scramble deep into the walls, she nearly folded into the corner as a growl echoed around her viciously, and a little voice in the back of her head snickered as if she should have known better. Silvia flinched, shutting her eyes right to hide the frieghtened look in them as the browns swirled with the blues in her eyes. She felt powerless and terrified at the fact he was storming towards her, “I-I should have stopped her—I should have went after her, I’m sorry,” she flinched back again as he loomed in front of her. She no longer had the welcoming and friendly appearance of Jaehwa but the hulking monster of Ordan shadowing her.

No. She didnt do anything to me,” she was telling the truth, the girl hadn’t harmed or just made her hyper aware of herself. In all being aware of her disease like issue had tested her temper making her even more conscious of her mix ups and aggression from a moment before, that in itself was fatal to find out unprepared. “She just got scared of me, she wouldn’t hurt me—“ she yelped feeling the pressure Ordan applied and tried to squirm away while her odd mixture of eyes looked up at him as he forced her to.

If Ordan did continue to unwrap her bandage, she wouldn’t be able to look at it so she would be thankful for the fact he wasn’t letting her. She hated the wound, her arm had nearly looked torn up the last she looked at it—jagged holes from the fangs were once messy and grotesque for her to look at. That was the first time she saw it, the second time it was better. The second time it looked bad but she could stomach it, but now she can’t help but see the image of the wound she first had.

The alpha’s growling continued as he took in the sounds of her heart and pulse. However, he didn’t text any speeding up off the heart nor the pulse fluctuating that signaled lying on Silvia’s part and the growling stopped. As she stammered that she should have stopped her, Ordan waved a hand in dismissal. “I should have not let you distract me from killing her earlier. Your actions have put Jaehwa’s life in danger as well as your own Silvia!”

The alpha seemed angry about this more than anything. He should not have hesitated in killing her either, it was his own fault. Hearing her apologize, the alpha waved his hand in dismissal. “Your safety as well as Jae’s is all that matters.” He looked at Jaehwa for a moment, sighing.

It was cruel that he would lose his young pack only two months after coming here as well as his home but he would lose them anyway after he found a cure for them, at least the pack. Looking back down at her arm, he continued unwrapping the bandage and saw the jagged puncture marks of canine teeth. “You are naive Silvia,” was all he said. “Stop believing people can change and everyone can be saved. I take it this is the wound that turned you?” He questioned as he gently prodded the wound.

“I can do nothing for this. Wash it with warm water and soap. I will go take care of this like I should have before. Let’s hope the rain hasn’t washed her scent away.”

Ordan patted his pockets begin turning to Jae and pulled something out that he put into Jae’s hand and enclosed around it, the keys to the car, his safe and the house. The slip of paper contained the combination number for the safe and instructions to take all his research on the cure in his desk. Stripping off his outer clothing and removing his boots, bike shorts and a muscle hugging t-shirt were revealed under the clothing as the alpha walked outside into the pouring down rain, shutting the door behind him.

Ignoring Achilles’ suggestion of taking over Boreal, the alpha walked a short distance down the drive as he then began shifting, allowing Achilles to help. “Finally! Can I take control?”

“Not until we are away from the mansion,”
rumbled Ordan. After a few minutes of bones snapping and body reshaping itself, a white ivory wolf stood there where the man had been. Taking a breath of air into his lungs, the wolf scented the air, seeing tracks in the mud and lowered his head to the ground to sniff the tracks in question, then looking up to check the air. Placing a paw on the ground, the alpha concentrated, Achilles shifting their body slightly and snapping at the rain in anger as a green light flowed up from the ground under Achilles paw, images of a fleeing girl rushing through the downpour, flickering and blurred with the rain. Rumbling in anger at the images and having an idea where to go, the alpha released a growl into the night as he released Anla, the wolves’ psychic ability and acitivated another, his silver eyes going dead white that not even the pupils showed, a burning sensation in them. That was the price one paid for infrared perception. The world changed before him, the surroundings becoming blue. Moving away from the house, the wolf set off at a trot as he drew from the house before muttering one phrase. “Take control.”

Achilles did so glady. Finally after being restrained to twice a month releases, the wolf side could take charge and stretch his legs! “About time!” Moving their body to the side, the wolf headed out into the darkness which was like day for the beast with its ability.

Scythia and Alice
Illyria franchise Pizzaria (IP for short)

Driving into the garage Illyria made it into the pizza place as he has loads of work to do, the man puts the car in park and turns off the engine , his locator chip has been taken out a long time ago since he is owner of a franchise and strives for independence. He Strives for it he mentions to himself as for now he is a subject of the Blood order. Opening the door for Alice she gracefully gets out and stays beside Scythia as he closes the door and closes the garage with locking the car. " follow me so I can understand about what happened. " he mutters as they go to a small office room with plushies and toys. Unfortunately for them the cut corners of the business were already showing as some of the walls lack color and even pieces of drywalll are missing. Sitting in a desk with a computer he starts to set up a email directly to Basilia for later on as he records the situation in detail of the Cusdos family pack and their location of residence.
"..And then I ran away and that's when I met you."
Alice finished her story as Scythia nods to her and sent the email.

As soon as they finished talking and they take a breather a loud snap sound was heard in the background with a child crying. " it's time to go follow me, I think you need to learn your first lesson about how we run the business. "
Scythia pulls out a pistol and cocks it before hiding it in a back pocket.

Walking out the office with Alice they met a single mother with a child that had a broken arm . "What seems to be going on here?" Scythia asks curiously and with a sweet voice. The mother stands up leaving her child on the floor as she angrily growls at scythia " your pathetic machines broke my son's arm! I will sue you for everything you got!" Scythia calmly lowers his hands and leads her to a door named medical room " now now, let's fix your son first then we can discuss, your healthy and safety matters first" he snapped his fingers and looked at Alice , pointing to the boy as it indicates to help the boy to the room . The woman eventually agreed as the situation calmed down for the crowds and he made assurance that everything was ok. As the individuals were in the room alice was kinda shakey and tried to coo and calm the kid as the woman only got more and more pissy

"DONT TOUCH MY BABY!!!"
the-mother shouted and starts shaking alice, traumatizing the girl as Alice's mind starts to get very very fuzzy, panic starting to come to her mind as she looks at the woman shaking her, out of fear she pulled out her haunted knife and stabbed the woman in the heart, instantly killing the mother as she felt very traumatized , frozen in a way as the child cries and starts to try to awaken her dead mother. From there Scythia pulls out the gun and gives it to alice,
" finish it..."

Ever so shakily she takes the suppressed pistol and aimed it st the unaware kid's head , tears running down her cheek as she pulled the trigger....and then there were only two people left....
" you cannot go back now.. welcome to Illyria Corporation ..." he walks over to the closet in the medical room, pulling out bleach, a mop, and a few trash bags with a hacksaw , giving it all to her
" there is a trash chute in the back I know you know what to do..."
Scythia walks away leaving alice to the dirty deeds as this was only the first of many in the everyday life of Illyria corporation...

Tyress
Tyress blinked his eyes and took awhile to regain his composure. They had breaked suddenly, as the SUV had whirled around. He had nearly been thrown out of the already heavily damaged windscreen. Checking whether the pistol was still in his hand, it was, he looked on to Dominick. Looks like he had knocked his head pretty hard when braking. He was in a cuncussion, blood dripping sickly from the side of his head. Tyress heaved a heavy sigh. Here he was, with his unconscious captor beside him, chasing a black SUV. Checking whether he had any other wounds, nothing too serious, only a few cuts from the broken glass of the such that he had too.

He got out of the car, shakingly on his two feet, and streched. He heard some voices on the other side of the SUV, the door on his side had already being opened. As he started coming closer to investigate, he heard a faint beeping noise, and ducked in the bushes as the back of the car exploded, sending twisted pieces of metal towards Tyress's direction, and hitting the roof of Dominik's car. A few minutes later, the entire car blew up, sending a heat wave strong enough to shatter the fragile windscreen. Groaning, Tyress went to the vehivle and opened the driver's side door
He brushed some glass off Dominick, and cutting his fingers, he heaved the unconscious body out and laid it out in the back. It would be safer here, away from the flames.

Looking back, he saw the burning wreckage blocking the road. Seeing he had to go around, he went to the motor cyclist who got knocked off, who had shot at them earlier. He was also unconsciense, although he seemed to have far less wounds. The bike was damaged rather bad from the knock , not really suitable for use anymore. Then he heard the whines of someone, and immedeiately pointed the gun to the noise, and recieved a black pistol pointing right back at him. The scream of pain was probably from the bloody mass next to the female pointing the gun him, who looked like her stomach was ripped out of her body. He saw a little finger pop out of a mass of crunched up black coat next to her.

The woman said to him "You move one muscle, order scum, and I will press this trigger." Although she wasn't in any position to threaten, with a gun pointed right back at her, Tyress slowly lowered his gun and put in in his back pocket. Taking out a notebook and pencil, he wrote I am not from the order. Let me help her. Order or not, no.one should die like that. He showed this to her, pointing at the girl, who was now again whining and screaming, her voice drowning out the baby's own screams. The figure looked at the girl and looked back. "And I can trust you, how?" the woman replied.
I didn't kill you, didn't I? he wrote and showed her. The woman stood hesitating for a bit. Then and anguished scream from the girl, together with the scream of the baby, snapped her out of her indecisiveness. "How will you help?" she said, quizzically.
Tyress didn't answer, instead he bend down and took the limp body of the motor cyclist, whose gun fell out on the ground. Acting on his reflexes, he kicked the gun onto the burning car crash, which got a flinch from the female. He then proceeded to go and put the body along with Dominick in the back, putting both of their seat bealts on to kee them in place. He then went back and took the white faced, bloody girl, who didn't even seem to have the energy to cry out anymore, noticing for the first time as that the other female's arm was injured, but not commemting on this, he put the girl in the back too. The woman followed holding the baby in the makeshift cradle of a black coat in her uninjured arm, having put her pistol away somewhere. He then scribbled a quick note to her, You will have to drive, since I can't. Stop at the nearest building. She needs help quick. The woman nodded slightly and hesitantly, then , even more hesistantly, handed over the baby to Tyress. Tyress took it witj both hand caustiosly, it didn't seem to make any nosie now. The woman got into the driver seat, and Tyress in the passenger's, one hand cautiously on his firearm, the other grasping the babe, as the woman drove slowly out of harm's way from the wreakage, around it going off road and then came on, all with her one uninjuered hand, as the battered car stuttered along.

Audrey/Nisha
Location: Outskirts Ithawell
Audrey didn’t register much of what was going on around her, at some point Nisha quit crying altogether and just went silent, even though the infant’s stomach rumbled with hunger though she had swallowed the meat of her mother when ripping through her. Audrey’s skin was pale now, paler thannormal for a vampire of Caucasian or lighter ethnicity. Isabella taking Nisha from her arms didn’t register with the teenager. Soon even Isabella’s form blurred before her, not even fighting trying to protect Nisha, the alpha wrapping the child in a black coat and setting on the ground beside the collapsed girl who had done so after following in a daze bck to the road.

Audrey didn’t really note the strange male coming towards the trio of females, both the teenager and her newborn daughter crying, Audrey only just registering the blood flowing out of her stomach as she dropped a gloved hand to to her stomach, only to the white silk stained in blood. Half her dress was gone from where that...monster had cut it with a knife before taking her son from her. Seeing the blood pooling out of her stomach only seemed to intensify her screams, her mind working up whatever horrible fate her son could be suffering at this moment. Audrey’s only comfort was that she had not lost her daughter as well.

What Audrey didn’t notice, her dark side did. Not that the stranger was a dhamphir but that it was pointing a gun at the wolf. The girl’s eyes were flickering between silver and red before staying red, trying to get up but unable to do so, the girl putting a hand close to Nisha instead. Audrey blinked her eyes as her screaming trailed off, her throat raw from screaming her son’s name, the glimpse she had of her son as he was lifted from between her legs into the monster’s arms and running off, his crying echoing in her ears and swimming in front of her face. Audrey wasn’t following what was being said, the teen’s eyes awash with pain and confusion, the girl snarling as she was picked up by the man who carried her back to the car, two other bodies being unconscious and in the back of the car. Audrey was set in the back seat and strapped in, the girl’s head lolling back onto the seat, eyes closing as she stopped screaming, only issuing harsh breathing.

Nisha was picked up and carried to the car in the unknown person’s arms, stomach making growling noises as the infant was hungry, needing milk or at least blood. Passed over to the man who had picked up her mother, Nisha was held in the man’s arms as the unknown woman drove towards wherever.

Hearing Ordan get madder and madder, Jaehwa shrunk in on himself, hands held firmly in front of him as if he was about to bow. When the alpha looked to him, he met his gaze, eyes immediately filling with distress. He was picking up on the same train of thoughts; that the little girl would need to be taken care of if they had any chance of staying together like this for much longer. Who knew how big of a threat she was?

Jaehwa winced upon seeing Silvia's wound, the marks so fresh he could only imagine how much it hurt. "We have fresh bandages, t-too," he said, but, instead of focusing on the person he was talking to, his stare was resolutely set on Ordan.

"Wait--" he began, knowing the alpha was about to head out. He stopped, though, when he was handed something. Ordan clasped his fingers around the objects and he could tell from the shape and texture alone what they were: a key and a slip of paper. The omega recognized what that insinuated. He swallowed and tightened his grip around the key and paper, determined not to cry in front of Silvia. That would only go to show how weak he was, and, if they were going to be left here by themselves, he wanted to be a rock for her.

The omega stood put for a moment, fingers unfolding to reveal the objects. He stared down at them, vision getting watery. Stubborn, he blinked away the tears, feet already starting to move on their own. He burst out through the front door and into the rain, plodding through the mud with a speed he didn't know he had. But it was too late, Ordan already out of sight. Jaehwa could only hope that this wouldn't be the last time he'd see his alpha.
