Alyiah unconsciously leaned against K'tal's hand when he touched her,comfortable with the sensation of his fingers against her cheek. When he pulled his hand away,she almost asked him to keep touching her.





When he mentioned going after a demon,she immediately seemed scared for him. She held his hand tightly.





"If you're going,I will go with you. I won't be able to stay put while you throw yourself in harm's way." Her voice seemed determined,and Alyiah wouldn't be conceived of not going. But she did have an idea. "Hmm...you might want to...have some of my blood before you go. It's...much stronger than that of a human. And it also will boast your powers."





She blushed at how intimate the idea seemed.

K'tal flashed a small grin and squeezed Alyiah's hand back. He took time to calculate the risks. I mean, a demigoddess plus a vampire fueled by said entity's blood, versus a demon. Victory seems pretty likely, but how many souls has Crowley absorbed? How powerful is he? We have a slight idea, given how he's been trying to overthrow Murmur, and he's a duke of hell. Not a lord, so it's not like we're fight Belial or anything, but... K'tal nodded, and held Alyiah's hand in both of his. "Very well," he said with a smile, "but let's save drinking your blood for absolute emergencies, okay? But first, I'd like to get clean." K'tal got out of bed, and headed to the shower. When he walked out, he had a black tuxedo with a tie equipped. "Alright, you ready, or do you need to shower?"

Alyiah smiled at K'tal's formal clothes as he left the bathroom.





"You look very good with those clothes,K'tal. But you are just drinking my blood,we're not getting married."





Her tone was playful as she went to the bathroom herself and took a quick shower. She didn't have to dry herself with a towel afterwards,her body heat made the water evaporate in a few minutes.


Alyiah left the room wearing a long,golden coloured dress. She quickly moved to the vampire's side and smiled to him.





"I'm ready."

K'tal looked down with a sheepish smile in response to the compliment. "Well," he said with a chuckle, "I need to make a good first impression on Crowley to convince him to stop stealing souls." While Alyiah was in the shower, he thought about them being married. It seemed nice, but it was too soon. When Alyiah got out of the shower, he couldn't help but gawk at her beatuy, and the dress that seemed to be woven with threads from the sun itself. He nodded and held her hand so that she can be warped with him.


Shadows began to rise and envelope the demigoddess and the vampire. The darkness lasted only for a mere few seconds before warping to Crowley's location. K'tal straightened his tie, and called out, "Hello? I'm looking for a 'Duke of Hell, Crowley'. Is anyone here? I have urgent matters to press."
