Hocus is a mover and a shaker for games, they can really screw with Hardholders and make it difficult for anyone they don’t like. Cults are fanatical and good ones spread like a virus. Plus if you try and fight it physically, you just make martyrs!

Hocus is fun and adds a lot of social flavor into the game, just gotta keep them on your side.
