"...Okey..."

Name:
Ness

Age:
13

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):
Earthbound

Gender:
Male

Species:
Human

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
Originating in the town of Onett. Ness was your regular little boy who lives by the mountain side, next to Onett. One night he slept cozily like every other night of his life. Sleeping peacefully in his room. That night was the night he was chosen to do something greater. Not just for himself but to the world! He was destined to be one of the chosen four who will embark on a quest to defeat a cosmic evil being called giygas. An evil creature that was sent to bring chaos to all the universe. A magic bee named Buzz Buzz was sent to message Ness that he must find the rest of his chosen allies to defeat Giygas. This magic bee was sent 10 years back from the future just to tell him that he needs to embark on a journey to defeat Giygas. Thankfully Ness did as he is foretold and left his home to begin and finish his dreadful journey to defeat giygas.

Along the way he met new friends and his chosen allies. Ness discovered that he is no ordinary boy for he can use PSI that will help him defeat giygas and all kinds of evil along his way. The journey was long and tiring. He went almost halfway across the world from big urban cities to snowy lands. Ness soon faced the cosmic sanity-breaking cosmic horror Giygas. He fought Giygas with pure success and brought peace throughout the universe.

Personality:
Ever innocent and well reserved. Ness is friendly by nature. Always in a mood to help out those around him. He falls on Lawful neutral. Ness typically pure at heart. He hardly talks and only does it when necessary. A boy of a few words. Just like every other RPG protagonists. Ness does know how to say no from time to time but mostly a really friendly kid.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):

Uncanny combat skills- For some reason he knew how to fight with yoyo's and baseball bats without any solid proof. He prefers baseball bats and uses the to whack enemies with brute force. It seems like he is also combat wise too. Knowing what to do in the middle of a fight.

Sociable- Ness is very friendly. Being able to approach literally anyone (Including animals) without hesitation. It could be because of his passive aura and nature or his rather friendly face. Despite not being able to prolong long conversations.

Dodgy- After fighting for so long he foresee most typical attacks coming at him, thus dodging them. Any new techniques or high speed attacks is like his weakness despite being tough at health already.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):

PSI- A special magical type of energy that Ness uses in both battle and non-battle things. He can convert this energy to any of the following abilities listed below. If you can notice there is a PSI move that has a couple of symbols next to their name. It's because starting from Alpha to Omega. The effects of that PSI will increase depending on which version of PSI move the used. Let's say PSI Healing α. This is a very weak version of the move. If he uses the Omega version of PSI Healing then it will have a greater effect on it's target but the better the version. The more PSI point's it will consume.

*PSI Lifeup α, β, γ, and Ω - It simply heals one party member health, rapidly. (Except Omega it heals all)

*PSI Flash α, β, γ, and Ω- A strong flash of light that targets all enemies that will cause the enemies to cry uncontrollably, feel strange (Similar to Pokemon's confused status ailment) β version causes a low probability of destroying an enemy completely. The later version increases the higher probability of destroying all enemies in a single flash while keeping the other effects mentioned

*PSI Rockin' α, β, γ, and Ω- A very powerful psychokinetic wave generated by pure concentration that targets all enemies. Destroying their minds which can kill. The higher the version the more deadly it gets.

*PSI Healing α, β, and γ- Unlike Lifeup. This does not heal up health but rather status ailments like Col, Sunstroke and slep. (Alpha can heal most of these) In addtion effects of Healing α, Healing β cures poison, uncontrollable crying, Nausea and feeling strange. Omega can do both Alpha and Beta including being Diamondized (Don't ask), paralysis and a 75% chance of reviving an unconscious friend but not in full health.

*PSI Hypnosis α and Ω- Simple he can eject a psychic wave that will put an enemy to sleep. Although enemies with a higher IQ or just smart in general can dodge this. Omega targets all while Alpha targets one.

*PSI Paralysis α and Ω- Just like Hypnosis this stops enemies from moving completely. Causing them to be numb. Both this and Hypnosis is temporary status ailments. Unlike Hypnosis. This cannot be dodged, not with a high IQ but speed.

*PSI Shield α and β- This ability gives Ness the ability to reduce 50% of damage by creating a shield of light, enveloping them. It's not a pure protective force field kind of shield but better than getting hit 100%. Compared to Alpha. Beta can create a "Power shield" which is just the same shield with the same effect but it has a reflective effect. Projectile or not. Some of the damage returns to the attacker. Unlike most shields. This shield slowly fades away for a short time. He can also use this ability to protect his other friends.

*PSI Teleport α and β- The last ability of Ness's PSI disposal. I know what you're thinking, probably. This is one of those kinds of teleports where he just snaps his fingers and he disappears in thin air. Not exactly. His kind of teleport is rather odd and different from the typical teleport of others. Instead of teleporting in place. He has to run and gain enough speed to teleport to the last place he has been in. This type of teleportation isn't easy. He must be undisturbed when he is teleporting. Not even slowing down by one bit. (Think of the Back to the future's Delorean speeding) If he collides with a object or person. He will exploed (No damage tho) and will be covered in black soot. He has to perform the same thing again if he wants to really teleport. Of course that is what alpha version is but there is an easier way to teleport around and that is all thanks to Teleport β Instead of running in a straight line. All Ness has to do is run in circles till he teleports by a portal. Did i also forget to mention that Ness can also bring 3 more people with him and gain the same speed and effect?

Weaknesses (If anything notable):

Limited PSI energy- Despite all the cool stuff he can do with his PSI powers, sadly he cannot continuously use them as for the don't regenerate easily. Unlike mana. He has to eat certain specific food that will regain his PSI or better yet sleep and rest. There is also a specific magic butterfly that grants him more PSI if he encounters one. Given by the setting... That is unlikely to happen.

Human- Sure for a kid. He's got great powers but lets remember that Ness is still just a kid. A fleshy human kid.

Homesick- A rather uncommon trait for someone who fights for good like him. Every time he thinks of home he slowly gets unmotivated until he loses all will to fight. Making him pretty useless. Peeps who have played Earthbound knows this curse.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):

*Ness sometimes reaches 1% of his health. If he survives a deadly attack from another opponent move that likely one shots anything. In-game terms this is called "guts" Which is luck. Ness has a small rare chance of surviving a one-shot kill attack. (Just wanna share this in case if it can be applied in the RP)

*This Ness i'm playing is a late game Ness.

*Ness can also use basic telepathy using his PSI, freely. (Although it doesn't cost anything) Communicating to those around him with ease. Sadly those targets he chose to speak with cannot speak back unless they can or have PSI. This telepathy is short ranged. Ness's friend Paula is a natural born master of this skill.

Name:
Frisk

Age:
Somewhere between 9-12

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):
Undertale

Gender:
???

Species:
Human

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
I think most of us know the story of Frisk, right? No? Okay... Frisk's past and origin is unknown but i think there is clues about their past, i think. Frisk came to mount Ebott and fell to it's very hole where the sealed Monsters are taking residence the most. Frisk fell from the Underground, blah, blah, blah. Frisk meets FLowey and Toriel. Two of the game's first characters who will influence the story. Frisk wasn't the first Human to have fallen into the ruins. Many others have did too. The Monsters needed Frisk's soul, in order to be free from the underground. Frisk wasn't no ordinary child either. They have the power to SAVE and load the world. After through many runs Frisk ended up doing a genocide route.

Personality:
Due to past experiences. Frisk seems to remain gray in the moral compass. Able to betray and befriend between both good and evil without even a half thought. After the Genocide run. Frisk may have gone neutral again for mysterious reasons. Truly an enigmatic human. Due to Frisk's unreadable face. Frisk expresses whatever they feel. Whether it is honest or just plain rude. Frisk's motives remain unknown but they seem to be becoming less aggressive lately. Although just to be sure... Just because they do no harm doesn't mean they are very reliable.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):

Master social communicator- Frisk has the skill to sympathize and manipulate others to themselves. Surely, there's no social outcast Frisk cannot reach. Some maybe... Frisk is able to understand feelings and knows when to say something important and necessary. Frisk has a vague humor that both good and bad can catch on. Frisk will protect those in need but sometimes helps the evil benefit themselves. Frisk is a true double agent. Some say you can't serve two masters at once but Frisk proved otherwise. Frisk is an emotion turner. Making gloomy atmospheres brighter and making themselves look menacing towards others too.

Combat wise- Thanks to Frisk's past experiences. Frisk has learned to dodge most attacks that normal kids like them wouldn't survive. This includes fireballs, spears, missiles, etc. Frisk is careful when they fight. Sometimes. Acting is part of their combat style. Frisk is able to do betrayal kills which does more damage when enemy is being compassionate or has their guard down. Frisk has knowledge of equipping all the right items at the right place. Frisk has a "one strike" fighting style.

Athletic- Frisk In-game seems to be very agile as they fight. They are not the typical RPG character with the "Feel it in your face pain" type of standard. Frisk prefers to move out of the way of most attacks.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):

SAVE- Frisk's one true ability. Simple yet a powerful ability that will give Frisk the upper hand on things both battle and non-battle scenarios. Frisk is able to reset time and revive themselves back to the last SAVE point. Frisk can only reset back to the last save state if they die. If Frisk decides to give up entirely, that is the declaration of their true death. Frisk also can also use a True Reset but at this RP. I don't think this SAVE thing won't be available. Let alone won't be able to save. Everytime Frisk resets to the same Save point. Frisk may gain Meta knowledge and those around them, especially the ones who are aware of the forth wall.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):

Human- Just like most. Frisk is Human. Taking down a human child is nothing to hard, right?

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):

*Frisk is equipped with a Knife and Locket

*Frisk is level 1 at this RP

*They can seem to walk around with eyes closed

Name:
Madotsuki

Age:
13(?)

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):
Yume Nikki

Gender:
Female

Species:
Human(?)

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
That's kind of a bit hard to explain... The game literally tells you nothing about the game's plot or anything about it. All that it has left us is that Madotsuki refuses to leave her room for unknown reasons. She can only do one thing and that what she does the best. Dream. Dream is able to go to her Dream world and collect effects which are egg shaped objects that that transforms Madotsuki.

Personality:
Truly enigmatic, unpredictable and mysterious. Madotsuki is more unreadable than the last guy. Compared to most kids. Madotsuki is Hikokomori. Meaning she is closed off to social interaction and lacks social skills. She super unreadable to the point that she never follows orders from anyone. People might even question if she is human. Madotsuki doesn't seem to comprehend most things normally, she sees for she has a VERY different perspective of the world around her. Thus affecting her interactions between others. Madotsuki seems to be restricted in language. For all she understands is Japanese. (The dream world has Japanese Characters written somewhere) so trying to talk to her in English will make things a bit hard unless they know how to Speak Japanese. Staying to my statement earlier. She is extremely unpredictable. She is cannot be trusted too much for her behavior sometimes resorts to violence even though one's approach is gentle. Madotsuki does what she seems to desire without anyone telling her what to do. It takes a miracle to befriend this girl. In fact this girl never speaks nor grunts. She doesn't make any noise at all. She is one of Indie games most mysterious main characters.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):

None- Other than walking miles and miles, without going tired. Madotsuki doesn't have anything interesting.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):

Effects- Madotsuki possesses multiple egg-shape figures that changes her appearance. Each egg has special effect that will help Madotsuki affect her surroundings or just pure cosmetics.

8f996d4bcbbef7bb5dc934ec0240acbf.png

*Flute effect- Madotsuki gains a flute recorder. She can play a few tunes.

*Frog effect- Gives her the ability to jump at high places like a frog. She also gains the traits of a frog.

*Umbrella effect- Gives Madotsuki a umbrella and rain around 25 feet within her area of radius will be affected by drizzling rainfall. This rainfall doesn't stop until she un-equips the effect. The rain also happens indoors too, regardless of situation as long as Madotsuki is around to cause the rain.

*Hat and scarf effect- Madotsuki receives a hat and scarf.

*Yuki-Onna effect- Madotsuki transforms into the legendary Japanese legend "The Yuki-Onna" This effect gives her a snowy Kimono, white snowy skin and long hair. It will begin snow around the same range and effect as the rain effect but this time it's snow.

*Knife effect- Madotsuki's most iconic effect. This effect gives her a very sharp knife that let's her assault anyone. Most of the target she kills only seems to die in one shot but she knows the risks and simple concepts of when to use it. Madotsuki seems to be limited in her combat skills.

*Medamaude effect- Originally this will bring back to the Nexus in the original game but in this RP. This can only be used to teleport into short distances. Her head is replaced by a giant hand with a creepy eye on it's palm.

*Midget effect- She turns 4x times smaller than the original madotsuki. She is now about the size of her regular sized shoe. Not only that she can also spawn more mini-Madotsukis with her. The total limit is 7 including the original.

*Neon effect- Madotsuki becomes a multi colored neon skinned version of her.

*Nopperabu effect- She becomes faceless...

*Severe head effect- Self explanatory but she still crawl around in a very slow pace.

*Towel effect- Self explanatory

*Cat effect- Madotsuki will receive cat ears and tail with a Koban coin in hand. This effect is used to attract animals or call the attention of others by meowing.

*Lamp effect- Her head is replaced with a lantern for a head. This is used to light up dark areas she could not see. Light's tog-gable too.

*Long hair effect- Self explainatory

*Blonde Hair effect_ Also self explainatory

*Poop hair effect-...

*Ghost effect- Madotsuki will wear a triangle kerchief on her head and will gain ghost invisibility powers. Becoming invisible to all.

*Witch effect- Madotsuki becomes a witch. Costume and broom. She can use her broom to over things, at some points can even fly.

*Demon effect- She becomes a demon. She'll receive red skin and her hair will shorten. She will also wear a yellow animal cloth.

*Fat effect- Self explanatory

*Stoplight effect- Every living thing stops in time as Madotsuki transforms into a big stop light with legs. If the stop light turns red. Everything stops. Green makes things go. Now before saying that this is OP yes i kinda think so too. But Madotsuki really can't do much if everything is in stop except her.

*Bike effect- Self explanatory

*Buyo-buyo effect- She becomes super fleshy and squishy to the point that she has no bones. Slipping through things that should be impossible for human beings.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):

Human- For all i have to say is that despite her strange ability. Madotsuki is still human (Proven at the ending of the game) Besides she is not combat oriented.

Social restriction- Madotsuki restricts herself from the people around. Thus making things harder for her if she needs a friend.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
*Mado means window in Japanese
*She scared of multiple things.
*If one wants to interact safely with Madotsuki. Keep thyself distant from her. It is safer and she is more likely to be comfortable interacting in a far distance.

WIP... Sorry :( (Got sleepy)

I think you need to keep the CSes seperate for the OP to accept them

Name: Asriel Dreemurr

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): Undertale (bite me.)

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Heterosexual, I guess.

Species: Monster/Boss Monster

Born to Asgore and Toriel Dreemurr, Asriel was their firstborn and only child. It's not known how his earliest years were spent, though it's safely assumed it was as happy of a childhood as could be for the Prince of Monsters. Asriel was present when the First Human, Chara, fell into the ruins of the Underground.
Asriel then guided them to his home, where his family adopted the child. While not the best person, Asriel and Chara became best friends despite this.
After an unknown period of time, Chara hatched a plan to free monster kind. After poisoning themselves with buttercup flowers (Author's note: this is an ungodly painful way to die. Don't look into it if you're faint of heart.), Chara would die and Asriel would claim their soul to cross over the Mystical Barrier erected by the Humans after their war with the Monsters.

The plan was only partially successful. Chara's death was attributed to illness, and Asriel's actions that of a grief-stricken friend. However, the plan started to go awry as the two quickly figured out that Asriel was no longer in complete control, with Chara having some control over their combined actions. Chara picked up their dead body, and they proceeded to Chara's village on the surface. This is where the plan failed. The residents of the town, after presumably years of believing monsters were myth or being taught that they were a real threat to monster kind, reacted violently to Asriel/Chara's presence. Asriel found himself under attack from the villagers and could do nothing but take it as he wrestled for control of his body, with Chara advocating for them to wipe out the entire village.

Asriel prevailed, and they simply walked away. However, it was too late. Asriel had sustained injuries too great for even his magically-augmented body to handle, and died soon after re-entering the Underground. When monsters die, they turn to dust. Asriel's body suffered the same fate, and his dust spread over Asgore's throne room.

Another period of time passed, and the Underground had changed for the worse. Asgore had declared war on humanity in a fit of rage over the deaths of his children, with Toriel going into self-exile as a result. The death rate rose as monsters normally free of aging (Monsters age if they have children or if they have parents, with the child drawing upon the parent's soul to mature and slowly killing the parent as a result) "falling down" as their souls gave up hope.

The Royal Scientist, Alphys, then researched into a substance simply dubbed "Determination". She traveled to Asgore's throne room, where he had planted Golden Flowers (similar to buttercups in appareance, but unlike buttercups, were not harmful to ingest and were even used in Asgore's favorite tea.) to mark Asriel's death. Alphys then injected the Determination she had gathered into a vessel in the throne room, the first golden flower to grow in Asgore's garden.

However this did not create what Alphys had believed it might be. The flower animated, and having grown from Asriel's dust, retained his memories.
Asriel then went into the worst period of his life, as what he re-dubbed himself as "Flowey" (Asgore was horrible at creative names, Asriel's own name a fusion of his and Toriel's name. Asriel seems to have inherited this.). Flowey had Asriel's memories, and initially, personality, but lacked a SOUL. This left Flowey incapable of love, compassion, and most positive emotions. Over time, Flowey slowly grew insane from boredom and a resentfulness at the circumstances he was in. He also gained knowledge of how to "SAVE" and "RESET", as he had the most physical Determination present within him.

Flowey's Determination allowed him to create multiple timelines where he either saved all of the monsters via unknown means, or killed them all.
Like everything else, he grew bored, with not even the events of six separate humans falling into the Underground making many ripples. Until one day, a human by the name of Frisk fell. Flowey would discover to his chagrin that Frisk held much more Determination than he, being not only a human, but a human with the soul of DETERMINATION (The seven human soul types are BRAVERY, JUSTICE, PATIENCE, INTEGRITY, KINDNESS, PERSERVERANCE, AND DETERMINATION).

However, with that in mind, he was no longer bored as even he could no longer predict what the human would do.
Along the human's journey to free themselves from the Underground, Flowey worked in the background to orchestrate his resurrection as Asriel. The human eventually gathered every monster in the underground at the end of a second timeline, and unknowingly provided enough magical power for Flowey to completely return as Asriel. (Flowey had attempted something similar earlier with six, but was only able to incarnate as a more horrid and grotesque version of himself at the time. Every Monster soul in the underground, though individually weaker than a Human's, was combined equivalent to that of a human.)

Now back as Asriel, he attempted to kill Frisk in order to collect their soul and RESET the timeline to repeat everything again.
However, with his newfound ability to feel emotion properly restored, Asriel realized with his power he could do what he initially set out to do so long ago, and free the Monsters. He used the power of the Six human souls and the monster souls to break the Barrier and return the souls to the Monsters he had stolen them from.
He then retreated to the beginning of the Ruins to hide from his parents, not wanting them to see him and have their poor hearts broken all over again (his form was seemingly temporary, as without the power of the souls he was unable to use his magic to keep the form up.)
Then, he waited for return as Flowey.

Personality: As a Monster, Asriel is unusually kind, caring, and loving. However Asriel has experienced a hell that no Human or Monster can claim, and is a lot less naive.
Now, he is more jaded, despite his positive outlook on the world.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): Asriel is a master manipulator. As Flowey, he spent much of his time trying to figure out what certain people would do in certain situations, and as a result is able to read into people's expressions and actions much more clearly, and adjust his own to help shape how the situation would turn out for him.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): Asriel is a Monster, and has a soul of magic. For him as a child, this simply manifests in magical bursts of fire that cannot seriously harm anyone outside of repeated attack.
However, should Asriel gain access to at least one non-Monster soul, he can then use the magic to transform into a much more devastating and physically developed form.

In this "God of Hyperdeath" state, Asriel's magic is now potent to the point where a few hits can easily kill. Asriel also gains a set of longer horns, black marks in his fur, and his eyes change to a more threatening black with only glowing white slits visible in this state. His clothing will also change to a more traditional set of robes with shoulder pauldrons, emblazoned with his family crest, the Delta Rune.
asriel_dreemurr_by_unamusedyami-d9p8meu.png

His attacks also gain new shapes, such as star-shaped projectiles that explode on impact, magical swords, a cyclindrical device that fires those star-shaped projectiles much faster and in a shotgun-like spread, and a caprine-shaped skull that acts as a magical vacuum to crush opponents with the debris kicked up.

Asriel's weakness to attack is also mostly negated in this state, with weaker attacks simply not even hurting him. However, as he has died before in this form, it's safe to say adult humans with either firearms or strong melee weapons can still harm and kill him.

Weaknesses (If anything notable): Asriel is a monster. He cannot take much more punishment than a housefly in combat, and his own magical attacks are laughably weak to the point where a campfire fueled by his magic can't even burn you if you put your hand in. Asriel, like all other monsters, are also incredibly kind and caring to the point where they may also be taken advantage of in certain scenarios, even despite Asriel's own social prowess.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
Also, until such point as Asriel is adopted, or is reunited with his family, he is ageless.

None- Other than walking miles and miles without going tired and hshe also has eyes behind her back.

*Despite having her eyes closed. She seems to have eyes everywhere around her. Being able to see what's behind her back.

[/SPOILER]

Frisk won't be doing any SAVEing and LOADing, right? That stuff is a bit too crazy. And also, since Frisk has DETERMINATION, I was wondering whether or not you were going to apply that, and if so, how effective it would be.

Aren't all of these abilities limited to the scope of the Dream World, anyway, or is your point to have her be able to transform in the real world as well?

Frisk won't be doing any SAVEing and LOADing, right? That stuff is a bit too crazy. And also, since Frisk has DETERMINATION, I was wondering whether or not you were going to apply that, and if so, how effective it would be.

Aren't all of these abilities limited to the scope of the Dream World, anyway, or is your point to have her be able to transform in the real world as well?
The Saving and the Loading, yes. They won't be doing that here. Unless the world has a exact same save point that it has the same save point replica and same function. In this RP this ability is pretty much useless. So now they are just a kid with a knife.

Well... Sort of. Yes, she can only access these abilities to the Dream world but in the ending of the game. There is a creature that appeared in the real world in the very end that only appears in the dream world.

"Purification in progress..."

Name:
The Batter

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):
OFF

Gender:
Male(?)

Species:
Demented purificatory incarnation. (Whatever that is, he is not human)

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):

The origins of the batter is a real mystery but he exists to do one job. That is to "purify" the surrealistic world of OFF from being infested by Specters which are ghostly type evil spirits that lurks the world made of plastic and meat. He has one goal. Purify all zones from the Specters and switch the OFF lever which turns of the whole world from light. Despite being labelled as a good guy in the story. He seems to making very questionable moral choices as he ventured more and more to the world. Causing bad things to happen naturally for the "better" and has even killed his own son/world creator just to fulfill his very vague mission.

Personality:
He appears reticent and unfeeling, often speaking in as few words as possible. The Batter quickly gets to the point in his conversations and is determined to finish any given task given to him.

Observant, the Batter is very smart and can solve puzzles with ease. He appears to be meticulous in the way he goes about completing his mission and does not like to be held up by distractions. He remains vague to both the puppeteer and the people around him.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):

Combat wise- Born a natural fighter. The batter is a master of using melee weapons, preferring mostly baseball bats. He is quick and dangerous up close. Combined with his high intellect. The batter is no joke when in battle. The batter is fast both physically and mentally.

Knows two languages- The game was originally in french but it had a English translation. In the English version the game still has a few french phrases and sentences. It could be that The batter understands both languages.

Puzzle solving intelligence- He has a bright mind that can decipher most puzzles that boggles the brain of most humans.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):

*Competence- Similar to Magic and Mana. This type of energy is almost the same as PSI. It does not generate but it has faster results and has a more physical approach

*The batter's abilities

-Save 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Base: This is most basic ability. He is able to heal himself or others. It gets stronger in every base. In fact the 3rd base is able to heal all allies while forth one revives a unconscious ally

-Furious, Special, Magic and Ultimate Homerun: Instead of healing. This says it all. From furious to Ultimate. The batter can gather all his strength into his metal bat to inflict stronger damage.

-Run with...: The batter has advantages on four unusual elements. Metal, Plastic, Meat and Smoke. In the world of OFF. This is what makes up the world. The batter is able to smash through these materials using his special ability infused to the bat.

1. Courage- The batter is able to smash harder against metallic based enemies or armored enemies in General. This close impact ability vibrates the metals. Thus brruising the flesh of the enemy

2. Grace- Similar to Metal. The batter can break almost anything that is made of plastic. PVC pipes and plastic chairs.

3. Dementia- This ability specializes smoke. He can take out almost any smoke type enemy by hitting them physically. He can also clear out smoke filled areas by using this ability and using his bat. As long as it's anything smoke related.

4.Belief- Their most useful ability by far. The batter can inflict more damage into flesh and meat. He can bring extra pain and possibly tear out flesh too.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):

Magic- The batter is weak against magic based abilities. His physically superior but he lacks magic defense.

Long range combat- Since he is a melee type. It makes sense that he weak against ranged combat.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):

*The batter has a master named The puppeteer which is technically the player but he won't be mentioning them much.

*Some say the batter looks different in another persons eye but he will remain the same in the eyes of others

"I've been waiting for you to come along for quite a while. And waiting makes me... hungry."

Name: Rudolph "Rudy" Jones/Torval Freeman (Parasite)

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): DC New Earth

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Heterosexual

Species: Human (Mutant)

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
Rudy Jones, alias Parasite, was originally a menial laborer who was transformed while working as a janitor at the Pittsburgh branch of S.T.A.R. Labs. Unknown to anyone at the scene, Darkseid, the lord of Apokolips, remembered the Parasite who had existed prior to the Crisis on Infinite Earths(Maxwell Jensen) and manipulated events in order to turn Jones into a new version. Under Darkseid's influence, Jones opened a waste container believing it contained something of value he could steal, and was exposed to a strange form of radiation which changed him into the bald, green-skinned Parasite. Jones now had the ability to absorb the life energy of others, leaving behind a smoldering skeleton. This power was necessary for his survival, as his own body is in a constant state of hunger for energy that it can't sustain on its own.

Firestorm

During this time, Martin Stein, one half of the Firestorm matrix (Ronnie Raymond being the other half) learned he was slowly dying, and decided to destroy all the nuclear weapons in the world. This did not sit well with Earth's governments, particularly the United States, who sent the Suicide Squad to Times Square, where Firestorm was holding a press conference.

Things quickly got out of control as the Squad and the Justice League, both intent on subduing Firestorm, fought one another, and the Parasite (who was brought on the mission despite the protests of both Amanda Waller and Colonel Rick Flag Jr.) is released. He goes on a rampage and apparently kills Multiplex, and was brought under control by both teams. Later, he attacked the new Firestorm, who easily subdued him and left him near death.

During a period of incarceration at Belle Reve Prison, doctors attempted to cure the Parasite of his condition, but succeeded only in changing his skin color from green to purple and increasing his absorption power, enabling him to feed on other forms of energy such as electricity and heat.

History With Superman

After a number of years, the Parasite became involved in the plot to save Superman from overloading on solar energy. Rudy and Superman battled on the moon, where Superman uncontrollably unleashed an immense blast of heat vision that the Parasite absorbed, causing him to mutate even further into a huge, hulking monster with teeth resembling a leech's. This mutation (Parasite 2.0) again increased Rudy's draining abilities, allowing him to absorb fast-moving objects' inertia; it also made him impervious to telepathic attacks to an unknown extent, since he could now drain energy through a mental link (as he displayed when Dubbilex telepathically attacked him). His extra size and power did have a downside, however; he needed to absorb more energy more frequently in order to stay alive.

Torval Freeman

Unfortunately for a scientist that was tending Rudy during one of his terms in imprisonment, he was tricked and somehow absorbed into the Parasite. This joining was different from Rudy's others; he actually retained the scientist, Dr. Torval Freeman, as a part of his own mind. This combined intelligence made the Parasite even more menacing.

Personality: The Parasite consists of two beings with two separate personality. Rudy Jones, the dominant personality who is more brawn than brain. And Torval Freeman, a scientist Rudy absorbed during a prison breakout, afterwards unlike many other victims of The Parasite he retained his mind, though he became corrupted.
Rudy doesn't think too much about his actions, his constant hunger for energy is what guides him. Gladly choosing to force his way through things rather than use his brain. Despite Torval giving advice that would likely have kept them out of jail numerous times, Rudy ignores him in favor of getting more power.
Torval on the otherhand is far more intelligent than Rudy, at times calling the shots. Calculated though not cold as he is more likely to leave a non-hostile person on the brink of death rather than draining them dry. His plans usually involve trying to keep energy absorbed for a longer period of time, decreasing the need to feed. As the submissive personality though, he's usually trying to get Rudy to get tasks done that would regulate energy hunger rather than feeding all at once in the spur of the moment.
Working in sync they're a force to be reckoned with.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
Torval has scientific skills though other than that, none without absorption of another being

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
Energy Absorption: Parasite is able to absorb the life energy of other beings leaving withered corpses. He is also able to absorb virtually any other energy form and use it. After contact with the Strange Visitor, Parasite's powers changed enabling him to keep the energy he took longer.

Power Absorption: Parasite is able to absorb the powers of his victim (also known as "Power-Theft"). He can only sustain a certain amount of powers at a time, otherwise previous powers will be either temporarily disabled or weakened. This ability can also cause him to go through: body changes, power fluctuation, knowledge assumption and more.

Regeneration

Enhanced Strength

Enhanced Agility

Enhanced Stamina

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
Energy can be overloaded

Power he has stolen runs out over time

Power-Theft must be in short range for a small amount of absorption to occur and to fully drain direct contact
must be made and held

Gains the same weaknesses as those he's absorbed from

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
Usually talks out loud when internal thought is going on from the other
Torval refers to Rudy by his first name and Rudy refers to Torval as Doc

Headcanon voice

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
Mr. Hero is a steam-powered automaton created by the villainous Henry Phage. Intended to be a force of evil, he proves noble instead.
Henry Phage created Mr. Hero as a sleeper agent to send to Earth until such a time as he wished to conquer Earth. He was discovered in the 1800s by a farmer, who later sold him to a magician. The magician trained Mr. Hero to box and used him as a prop in his act. Using Mr. Hero's second head (the "Ratiocinator"), Mr. Hero would give advice to the audience. Then, his less rational but more physically able head would be fitted to his body and he would engage in Queensbury Rules boxing with a member of the audience.

During the boxing, a member of the audience would be challenged to knock out Mr. Hero, while he would not attack. However, at one event he mysteriously lost control of his left hand, and inadvertently attacked an influential participant. This ended his career in shame, and he was crated and put into storage.

Name:
Jason Todd, "The Red Hood"

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):
DC

Gender:
Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional):
Heterosexual

Species:
Lazurus Ressurrected Human

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
Jason Todd was born an orphan, his mother a drug addict and his father a mobster killed in his line of work. He lived off stealing the rims from cars an pickpocketing, and he was damn good at it. So good, in fact, that he stole the wheels off the Batmobile. This impressed Batman so much that he recruited the boy to be the new Robin after Dick Grayson was fired and became Nightwing. Jason was...well, a hotheaded punk. He killed several criminals, considering them scum and beyond redemption. Batman tried to steer the boy in the right direction, teaching him discipline and that killing people is wrong. But Jason didn't listen.

One day, everything changed. His mother suddenly came out of hiding, only for Jason to be lured in and captured by the Joker. He was brutally beaten to near death with a crowbar, before he was blown up. Batman was devastated, and didn't take on a new Robin for years. But this wasn't the end for Jason. Far from it. You see, Ra's Al Ghul, Batman's former mentor, felt sorry for the brutal murder of Jason, and as an act of mutual respect to Batman, ressurected Jason using the Lazurus Pit. But the Lazurus Pit has an...interesting side effect. It temporarily drives the recipient mad, and Jason nearly killed himself in his madness. But he was able to recover, being trained by the League of Assassin's before deciding to hesd back to Gotham to do what Batman couldn't.

Personality:
Jason, like his old self, his cocky and hotheaded. But he has been able to channel a lot of his anger into something meaningful. He's a brilliant mastermind, once controlling the entire Gotham drug trade by himself. He doesn't believe in moral absolutes any more, and in his own words, he only sees "worse, or worst." He sees what he's doing not as the good thing to do, but as a necessary evil to keep a savage and brutal race in check. He likes to berate his enemies, and makes the worse ones suffer, as evident when he nearly beat the Joker to death with a crowbar.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
Jason is a brilliant acrobat, having been trained by Batman and honed further by the League of Assassin's. Batman a!so taught him various forms of fighting, and he's a master marksman, being able to use most kinds of guns with extreme ease. He's proficient in most explosives, escape artistry, and many other skills needed for his line of work.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
None, but the Lazurus Pit rejuvenated him, meaning he will probably live longer than the average human.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
He can easily get carried away with his punishments, and he has an extreme disdain for authority. And he's simply a human, and he can die like any other.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
Jason adopted the Red Hood moniker after the Joker's original title, as a symbolic way of saying he too was a monster made by Batman.

Name: Hiravias

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): Pillars of Eternity

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Straight

Species: Orlan

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
His youth was spent traveling with the Circle of Hawk and Ivy, in keeping with their role as migrant stewards of the land and protectors of the more obscure Engwithan ruins. His arms still bear the scars of the migration trail. As he was raised among nomads, he has never owned a bookshelf or chest of drawers, consumed by perpetual wanderlust. Although he dreamed of becoming a hunter, Hiravias was usually skipped over when it came to hunting expeditions. When the anamfath came to visit the Fisher Cranes, he was left out of the grand chase and told to be the cup bearer to the old wise one while the rest of the tribe hunted.

As can be expected, Hiravias latched on to the anamfath's attention and the two ended up talking until the hunters returned. Impressed with the young one's wit - or perhaps his bravado and cocksure attitude - the anamfath gave him an iron medallion fashioned in the likeness of a hound's head. It was an icon of Galawain, patron of the druids. Per the anamfath's instructions, Hiravias was trained in the ways of druids. He still carries the iron locket with him, rusted as it is, to remember his roots, even though is allegiance switched to Wael. The shift occurred in the final stages of his druidic training, as he struggled with spiritshifting. In the style of seekers of old, he went to the forest alone, to ask Galawain for guidance.

The god of the hunt gave him guidance, in the shape of a vibrantly-colored stelgaer that pounced upon him from the underbrush. Although one-fifteenth of its size, Hiravias fought back. Just before the stelgaer delivered the killing blow, however, Hiravias spiritshifted for the first time. He turned into a mirror of his attacker, sprouting razor-sharp talons and growing fifteen times. By the end, the beast was dead, ripped apart by Hiravias' newfound form. His celebration was short-lived, however, as upon his return to the village he demonstrated his newly acquired form... And was promptly cast out. The riow of his druidic circle believed the autumn stelgaer, as his form was known, was a soul-destroying abomination. As the first form a spiritshifter assumes is considered special, Hiravias couldn't complete his studies.

It all puzzled him to no end. Did the Seeker God punish him for seeking? If so, why not turn him into a stoat, true to his nature? Is he truly a soul destroyer or is that a myth? Should he eat a person whole to verify that? The questions that plagued him prompted his turn to Wael in the first year of his exile, to find answers that Galawain could not - or would not - provide. The symbol stitched on the eye patch was a form of initiation into the Brotherhood.

In search of answers, he took to traveling the Dyrwood to continue his studies and training. New trees to document, new animals to sketch, new sights, and of course, the possibility of journeying to Eir Glanfath to meet wiser druids who could answer the questions that plague him.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): Skilled at hunting and tracking

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): Shapeshifting, some Druid magic

Weaknesses (If anything notable): Only has one eye

P-please... D-don't make me angry ... I-i-i'm scared ...
Maria Banner speaking softly when her eyes are green
Name: Maria Banner
Universe From: A.U Marvel Universe( Next Generation: Infinite Potential )
Age: 16

Gender: Female

Species: Human

Background: She was born ironically the very same day that Hulk transformed on, which to Bruce felt like a terrible case of irony . It also felt like a Bad Omen, like something on the horizon was there. Bruce Banner hoped that the child didn't inherit the curse of the Banner family. However, unfortunately that definitely proved to be the case. When a toddler, a little boy was seen messing with her doll. Maria tried to politely say " Please, let me have my toy back " . Unfortunately, the bully made a awful remark about she doesn't deserve nice things considering her heritage. At this, the child was seen trembling. It wasn't of shyness, which was something quite common to the child . No . It was in-fact very much of rage. Her eyes glowed green, something that made the entire room panick that the Hulk was about to be reborn here and now . Bruce Banner arrived on the scene, as he was still in his car at the time, and came to calm his daughter down. As he sat there, putting the little girl to sleep with a simple lullaby , he said incredoulously " Her power at this time was beyond any ally , friend , or foe I have ever had encountered combined ... (Keep in mind this is Post-Earth 616) And it's only going to continue to get stronger as I do when I become the Hulk. We need to take her somewhere she can be safe and alone " .

Bruce decided to home-school her for the time being. She actually appeared to have inherited her father's brains, being able to help him with a lot of the experiments that he was working on and had an incredible aptitude for learning. It also seemed that while she was at home, her powers didn't awaken . However, it was about 10-12 years later that it occurred again . When she was going to be sent to the Red-Ark tower, she started breathing heavily and started losing control of her own emotions. As this happened, her eyes glowed green .As she did so, a unearthly scream shook the house. Before this could escalate any further, she was told a stern " STOP IT " with a tone letting out some of the Hulk externally . She cowered quite a bit , her eyes returning to normal. So, once again her father was the only one shown capable of keeping back her Hulk Side.

Personality: Maria is known as a taciturn individual, usually going for long periods without so much as uttering a word. She is portrayed as very shy and unassuming in appearance and stature . She also portrays herself as cowardly, meek , and overall a fragile entity while she is non-Hulked out. This isn't any sort of act and is in fact very true. She can be seen as a very sensitive individual, shown as capable of crying at the most sarcastic jokes pointing at her. The verbal abuse given to her due to her heritage has made her lack self-confidence in herself, and as such doesn't believe she has any value being alive . She can be easily overwhelmed, so she usually carries headphones with calming music in-case she feels the change coming to her . She is very scared of what she'll become after transforming into the Hulk for the first time, and hopes and prays it never happens.

Skills:

  • Immensely Smart & Resilient: Unlike the previous incarnations of the Hulk, and very similar to She-Hulk, she doesn't appear to be any dumber upon transformation and in-fact retains the same intelligence she did pre-transformation. Pre-Transformation, Maria is described as just as smart as her father, if not a little bit more so , albeit more gullible and soft-spoken. She is also very creative and can think on the spot in threatening situations, which in this new environment will do quite often .
  • Culinary Skills: Described as beign a relatiely great cook in terms of main dishes and sides. She is an excellent baker however, which is something she takes some pride in.

Powers and Abilities:

  • Immense Physical Strength [When Hulked out]: Described as being the most powerful entity the Avengers have ever fought by Bruce Banner, then confirmed by The Previous Avengers . Was stated to be far stronger than the other variants of the Hulk combined despite her lean appearance. Can defeat Post-Earth 616 Hulk without any issue and in a curbstomp fashion, who also was well beyond any threat Earth-616 encountered directly at this point, Canon Non-Canon Fashion . Was stated to be well above God Quarry Thanos, even if he obtained the Old King Powers along with it .
  • Immense Speed [When Hulked out]: Stated many times to be insanely fast. Should be at the very least comparable to her father previous levels of speed, which were well beyond the Speed of Light simply via scaling to Thor's highest ends.
  • Healing Factor: Described as comparable to her father in the regeneration business, which is comparable to Wolverine .
Weaknesses: Her Hulk Transformation is Unstable because of it's insane levels of strength and power, and thus won't be active for longer than a few hours at the highest . It will get better as she uses the transformation, to the point this won't neccessarily be a weakness in due time. She can be reverted if they call her name out, unlike the other versions of the Hulk. Also, Marianna is the Nickname of this Hulk, as they are split personalities. If you yell 'Marianna', it will be forced to be drawn out in a few minutes later. Like the previous Hulk, has all the weaknesses . Magic hits her a lot harder than most other forms of direct combat, and has difficulty fighting against it. High amounts of stress is possible to trigger the transformation. While it's base power is extremely grand, it won't utilize the full extent of it unless it believes the opposition is ready to far stronger.

'Quote' (optional): "Time to eat nuts and kick butts!"

Name: Doreen Green

Universe From: Marvel

Gender: Female

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

Species: Human Mutate with Squirrel Blood

Bio: ahat you are reading now is the bio of literally the best superhero ever! Not only does she have the proportional strength and speed of a squirrel, but she smells like chestnuts and has super strong teeth. Plus who else do you know who can talk to squirrels? No one, that's who! Plus there were those times when she beat Thanos, Doctor Doom, Deadpool, Wolverine, M.O.D.O.K., Galactus, and, oh yeah, the whole Marvel Universe! (That's all canon, by the way!) (Also she's called The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl.)

Doreen got her superhero career when Iron Man was fighting Doctor Doom. After he was captured by that metal maniac, Squirrel Girl with her Squirrel friends beat Doctor Doom by utterly overwhelming him with the power of squirrels (an army of squirrelz beats most things.)

Squirrel Girl has been a part of the Great Lakes Avengers (she quit because the team relied on her to win too much and weren't able to grow on their own.) Later she was enlisted for a very important task by the Avengers: babysit the child of Luke Cage and Jessica Jones. She was, of course, the best babysitter and stopped many baddies! She also had a stint with the New Avengers formed under Sunspot with a newly reformed A.I.M. (along with official Avenger Tippy Toes!)

Nowadays she mostly spends her time kicking baddy butt and studying in school for her tech degree. That was until some rude space dude came and took her to another plane of existence! Juat another day for your the Slayer of All That Breathes.

Personality: Squirrel Girl isn't complicated by a brooding backstory or tragic loss of parents (her mother actually embarasses her with awkward baby photos quite often.) She'll take on any baddie and any challenge! She loves Squirrels and ia pretty cool with humans, aliens, mutants, and non-corporeal entities!

Skills: Skilled with technology (especially Stark tech,) good negotiator, has people skills, hard studier, quick thinker

Powers/Abilities: Prehensile tail, claws, can talk to squirrels, mild fourth wall-breaking, high jumping, is considered one of the strongest beings in the Marvel Universe according to Marvel.com.

Weaknesses: cannot stand to see any squirrels hurt (also humans. But mostly squirrels.)

Andrita Andrita Could you tone her down a bit? The strength and speed is too much; Hulk is no where near the Speed of Light and being stronger than a guy who can split the Earth in half with a step is a bit much

Name: Kirby

Universe From: Nintendo

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation: ???

Species: Unknown

Bio: Kirby is a juvenile Star Warrior from the Planet Popstar. Though occassionally at odds with the planet's King Dedede, the two have been known to put their differences aside for the greater good. His nemesis is Nightmare, a creature seeking to take the power of the Dream Fountain and spread his twisted visions. Through Kirby, with thr help of Metaknight, he is able to stop him in his tracks!

(Author's note: it's Kirby. There's not much backstory to speak of.)

Personality: Kirby is bubblish, bouncy, and exuberant. He has an insatiable appetite and has been known to eat creatures many, many, many times his own size. He tends to be brash and jump into the frey without much planning, but his durability and adaptibility always give him an edge. He's innocent, positive, and always willing to fight for justice.

Skills: can dance.

Powers/Abilities: Kirby has the ability to copy the powers of anything he absorbs to utilize in a variety of fashions. He is able to inhale air to increase his buoyancy so that he can float for an extended amount of time. Exhaling this air is powerful enough to harm foes. Additionally, he is able to uae his star phone at any time to summon a warp star for travel at light speeds.

Weaknesses: Kirby is soft and squishy. Too much damage causes him to lose hia copy abilities. He has a child-like mind and has problems following complicated ideas. He also lets his appetite get the better of him.

Theme music:

I thought a told you not to do that.

Okay then. If Hulk won't be accepted.. I guess I go with my original plan and go with complete fodder like I don't know... Dan Hibiki ?

I don't mind him at all actually. Though... I'll just submit another character.

Making a memorable character will leave a better impression than a character than the same kind of character with a different, but still powerful move list.
Q and Skullomania might not be as powerful or popular as Akuma, but they have sizeable fanbases.

"If we run out, then we just take more! That's what it means to have a mountain of wealth."

Name: Jo’on Yorigami

Universe From: Touhou Project

Gender: Female

Species: Pestilence God

Bio:

One of the main antagonists of Antimony of Common Flowers, and the younger sister of Shion Yorigami. In Spring 2017 in Gensokyo, the Yorigami sisters abused the functionality of the Dream World, causing the “Perfect Possession” phenomenon and the resulting incident that followed. Together with Shion, the poverty god, Jo’on robbed many innocent denizens of Gensokyo of their valuables by scamming them and cursing their financial wealth. Moreover, if the tag-team hadn’t been stopped, they would have completely broken down the barrier between Gensokyo and the Dream World through the continued abuse of perfect possession, which swaps a person with their Dream World self. This would have caused a state of mass chaos between both realms and a host of volatile Dream World clones to rampage across Gensokyo.

Upon being defeated by Reimu and Yukari, the sisters were forced to do “community service” by Yukari, who commanded the Yorigamis to clean up Gensokyo by beating up the Dream World versions of the many Gensokyo residents and rounding them up for her to send them back to the Dream World from whence they came.

After redeeming themselves from the trouble they caused and Jo’on apologizing to her sister about belittling her and taking advantage of her powers, the sisters parted ways. Shion made a new friend in the celestial, Tenshi Hinanawi, whose extreme luck was the only thing potent enough to counterbalance Shion’s aura of misfortune. The two went on to become one of Gensokyo’s most powerful duos, and they caused mayhem and mischief on the surface world whenever they wanted to.

Jo’on, on the other hand, took up a job as a cleaner at the Myouren Temple under Byakuren Hijiri for some money to live off of, but she quickly grew to resent the manual labour and fell back into her usual habit of scamming gullible human villagers, unbeknownst to the nuns. Growing bored with Gensokyo after many months, Jo’on learned and performed a ritual to help her leave the confines of Gensokyo. However, what she came face-to-face with afterwards was a surprise...

Personality: Jo’on is a remorseless thief who has no issue with using her ability to rob anybody and everybody of their wealth, having no concern at all for their well-being. She doesn't even care much for her own older sister, using her as a tool and constantly belittling her. She takes pride and finds satisfaction in being called one of Gensokyo's most hated residents. She's a spendthrift who can never maintain her wealth, as she's always making impulsive and extravagant purchases. She's also incredibly wasteful and can be seen throwing away money and valuables in many of her attacks.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
  • Deception: Jo’on is a skilled talker who has managed to pull off several different schemes to coax people out of their savings. She can put up a good front that makes her come off as likable and amiable to strangers.
  • Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Jo’on is notable among the colourful cast of Gensokyo as someone who excels in close-quarters combat, which is rather uncommon among the several people who prefer to spam waves of explosive magical energy (danmaku, or “Bullet Hell”) instead. She fights like a boxer—light on her feet and quick with her punches.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
  • Flight: Self-explanitory. Almost every resident of Gensokyo has the ability to fly in some capacity.
  • Danmaku (Bullet Hell): Have you ever heard of the term "bullet hell" before? Jo’on, like many Gensokyo residents, has the ability to produce a great amount of projectiles at once in order to overwhelm her target with the sheer number of shots. Many users also add complex patterns in the form of spell cards to make dodging even more difficult. These bullets are both physical and spiritual in nature, and they can perform both forms of damage at once. A danmaku user has the ability to fluctuate the lethality of their bullets, making them range from doing less than tickling the opponent to exploding upon impact. If a bullet collides with an opponent, it can bypass conventional durability to a certain extent and attack that opponent's spirit directly, which can make them grow fatigued, cause them to faint, or even kill them. Danmaku is not simply projectile spam, though; the attacks it is used for are often meant to have beautiful patterns and look very showy for observers. In the context of spell card duels in Gensokyo, danmaku is used more as a "girls' play fight" than a fight to the death. If the bosses really wanted to kill the player, then a 10:1 bullet-to-opponent ratio wouldn't be necessary. In situations deemed to be deadly serious, however, “Spell Card Rules” are not in effect, and all attacks are aiming to maim or kill. This means that beautiful spell card patterns are axed, attacks become overwhelmingly fast, and attacks are designed to be impossible to dodge. To top it all off, there is no arbitrary time limit for any of these attacks anymore.
  • Supernatural Physiology: As a god, Jo’on is a being brought into the world by faith. Gods have no bodily organs and only resemble humans in shape and behavior. As spiritual beings above all else, a god’s physical avatar is merely cosmetic and can become intangible at will. In addition, since her human-like appearance is a meaningless form, Jo’on is able to duplicate herself as many times as she likes without a loss in power. Finally, gods are naturally able to bestow blessings to those who give them faith, and they are also able to curse those who anger them.
  • Ability to Cause the Consumption of Financial Assets: Jo’on isn’t just a naturally smooth talker. She’s the god of smooth talking. Her very presence supernaturally causes others to want to give up or waste their valuables. Moreover, she is able to gradually sap luck and fortune away from the target while doing so, leaving them as nothing more than an empty husk of their usual selves after they eventually spend everything and leave themselves in financial ruin. As such, she can also be considered a god of misfortune, much like her sister.

Weaknesses:
  • Jo’on can’t seem to hold onto any of her amassed wealth because she’s always spending it frivolously. She’s not above throwing gold coins and precious stones in her attacks like they’re worth Venezuelan Bolívars, either. As such, she may fall back into poverty before having to pick another victim or two.
  • Without her sister working alongside her, she is only half as effective as she once was, and with Perfect Possession now taken care of, the two sisters are not able to carry out their “unbeatable” strategy.

Others (Optional):

The Most Despicable and Disastrous Younger Twin Sister
Joon Yorigami
Species: Pestilence god
Ability: Causing consumption of financial assets

A god of pestilence who's strangely liked by people, but always brings misfortune to those around her and is resented in the end.
Has a strong desire to dominate. Prideful. No self-control.
She takes hold of her targets with her fast talk, then makes them use up their money as if they're offering it of their own free will.
As they lose their assets, their luck dwindles as well, and in the end, they're reduced to a husk of their former self.
Then, when there's no more money left to drain, it's said that she wanders off in search of another human.
Since she possesses humans with money and brings unhappiness to them, she could in that sense be called a god who controls financial ruin.
This time around, she came up with "a plan where they'd be guaranteed not to lose," using her elder sister like a tool.
She'd have her sister forcibly Perfect Possess their opponent, and steal all their luck in victory away from them.

"Viva la Balaho!"

Name: Bapab

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): Halo/OC

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Heterosexual

Species: Grunt/Unggoy

Born on the planet of Balaho to parents unknown to him, Bapab was just another cog in the Covenant war machine. His life and details were unimportant, and as such are not documented anywhere within Covenant or Human databanks. However, it is noted that while he took part in the battle of Installation 05, the second battle of Earth and The Battle of Installation 00, he was not loyal to one side. As with the rest of his race, he allied with whomever would lead him and see to it that he was fed, watered, and given the requisite methane needed to breathe and survive.

After the war, Bapab was caught up in a Banished raid on his home planet of Balaho, and spirited away like many of his village.
However, his considerable (among grunts, that is) combat prowess and quick thinking (again, for a grunt) made him a candidate to pilot one of the few Grunt Goblin mechs the Banished had in their inventory. After the events of Atriox's battle against the forces of the UNSC Spirit of Fire, Bapab assumed that he would be caught up in a long series of battles.
However, instead, he was caught up in this mish-mash of worlds and places. Thankfully, he has his trusty gear and mech, and might even survive this.

Personality: Unlike many of his kind, Bapab is unusually courageous. He tends to stand and fight so as to avoid punishment after any battle he survived.
Like many of the Unggoy, Bapab is also somewhat sympathetic towards Human culture and tends to be rather friendly to any Human not shooting at him.

Needler: Small hand-held weapon used by Grunts. Fires pink crystaline shards of an unknown material that can home in on biological targets through unknown means. The needles explode after burying themselves within their opponents and can even damage lightly armored vehicles

Plasma Pistol: Small self-defense weapon used by grunts. Fires superheated bolts of plasma, and can be overcharged to massively increase damage, at the cost of a cooldown period

latest

Covenant mech made of unknown polymers that can stop rockets, standing at 9 feet tall. Equipped with a heavy needler, a Shardstorm homing needle launcher, and a recharging energy shield. In addition, the mech is also equipped with a short-range plasma grenade launcher. The mech also comes with thrusters to maneuver in space or grant short periods of airtime to give chase to foes or create space from an opponent. The "Cockpit" is an area of the mech where the shields are concentrated the strongest and can be broken with enough force, though it is powered independantly of the main body shield.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
-Above-Average Marksmanship
-Quick thinker
-Has knowledge of how to treat minor wounds to himself
-Has knowledge of how to repair and maintain his mech.
-Fluent in not only his native language but also standard Human English

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
-Above-Average reflexes
-Above-Average strength (while considered weak, an average Unggoy could overpower most humans)
-Resilient to harsh enviromental conditions like cold and crushing pressures

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
-Reliance on methane (Unggoy, instead of oxygen, breath methane)
-Methane rebreather suit required (The suit is very easily breached and can be destroyed with a well-placed bullet, either suffocating or setting the grunt ablaze)

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
Grunt Blood is blue, fun fact.
Unggoy are also knowledgeable on human culture, and might recognize certain things in Human media and cities.
