My friggin slow data is screwing up the post orders for me. I have no idea what the heck is happening. XP

I'll figure it out once I get home

Oh, I decided a while ago that Roland would work in a tattoo parlor, what with his mad drawing skills. Arryn will find his smithing skills woefully under par to do any modern day work at a forge. Also, forging not as prevalent in the modern day and all that. So he'll probably end up working at a construction site or in demolition once he figures those things out.

I stick by my plan for Raijin to accidentally start a band by picking up random musicians on the street with some bongos he bought.

Lisa: *Bows* We thank you for your patronage.
Customer: Oh! Uh... You're welcome?
Hannah: Wow. Why'd ya bow? That's pretty retro.
Lisa:... Shopkeepers always bow where I came from.
Hannah: Huh. That's kinda neat! Like, it's traditional yknow? Where ya from again?
Lisa: Uh... Texas.
Hannah:..... Neat.

Takes Lucrezia to one of his performances to impress her. She low key uses hypnosis and gets him a huge crowd.

She's a great mum.

A TATTOO PARLOR?
Well, I was very confused about what to do with Silver, because she'd probably struggle to get a job considering the fact that she's illiterate, but despite being unable to write, she can draw and paint really well
So maybe Marcus can plead ask Roland to help Silver get a job at the tattoo parlor. If that's okay with you.

You know, I kind of pictured Silver ending up as like a model who moonlights as a serial killer. One of those old things.

But yeah, I'm cool with that. Although, if Roland knows who she actually is, he would be more inclined to kill her than help her. So, best Marcus introduces her as a friend he met in this world and hope Roland doesn't recognize her as the woman who murdered one of his closest friends. The two will work together without Roland knowing who she actually is.

He'll be pretty pissed when he finds out. That'll be a nice ticking time bomb waiting to go off.

Marcus: Yeah, I tend to have a lot of albino friends-
Silver: *gets distracted by a butterfly and tries to chase it, but then ends up saying hello to a cat and trying to talk to it*
Marcus: ...*facepalm*

Honestly I love it whenever I get a chance to write the two shapeshifter kids together
because Marcus loves his sister so much but he also hates her so much. It's amazing. And she's so oblivious.

Roland: There's nothing suspicious and I'm okay with this.
Silver: Oh, I remember you! Didn't I -
Marcus: *puts his hand over her mouth, wincing as he gets repeatedly bitten* She's quite simple minded, I'm sorry. *tries to drag her away*

I doubt Roland - as an apprentice - would be in a position to offer Silver any sort of employment.

In the very long term perhaps.

She would do well with animals. Perhaps she could volunteer at an animal shelter or some such until she's learnt how to read.

Ha ha. I'm cool with pursuing this idea. Though it might have to happen in the second chapter, because I don't think light and dark characters are supposed to meet yet.

He couldn't offer her employment, but he could put in a good word with his boss, who wouldn't mind having another talented artist on his payroll. I'm thinking he works in this really small shop that was started by one other older guy who worked by himself. I have it all planned out how he gets there, but suffice it to say for now, he sees Roland's drawings and he's like, "Woah, I been looking for a part timer and this is great, you want a job?" He starts out just creating designs, for which he draws heavily on banners he remembers from noble families back home, and is gradually trained to do actual tattooing.

Tannur is probably just going to end up stealing junk and get stuck with community service.

Constable: Son, your lawyer is here.
Tannur: I don't have a Lawyer...
*Lucrezia comes around the corner*
Tunner: I would like to take the jail time please.

Silver just loves to draw and paint
As much as she can. It's one of the things that makes her feel calm. She's scarily good at drawing things like flowers and butterflies (nature things)
