FYI, quick summary of key events from that post.

1) WillfulWren IG42 Roland healed the injury to Marcus's arm and, to help him find and fight Tannur, lent him some of his power in the form of a boost to his strength, speed, and stamina
2) ReverseTex Arryn collided with Daniel when Raijin sent him flying and knocked him off of Silver before he could scratch her. I wrote that, despite Arryn knocking into him by mistake, Daniel's still fixated on Silver and chooses to chase after her to try and grab her again before she can escape rather than attack Arryn.

If any of these things cause problems for anyone, let me know and I can edit and/or delete the problem sections as necessary.

Do you think Daniel's grip would have been strong enough to cause some injury like broken ribs?

If he were gripping her hard enough to break ribs, I imagine that would also require his claws to dig in deep enough to scratch her, though maybe that depends on how he was holding her and how long his nails are.

I’m down with Marcus doing it. It would make up for him stopping the kill, and Daniel wouldn’t be mad at him regardless.

But as a head up to everyone, after Daniel returns he’ll be very fragile for the rest of the prologue. Since he truly hates himself inside for what he is, he’ll be very ashamed and very passive. Arryn or Roland may need to cheer him up a bit lol.
