Elinore walked back to camp, passing by the relic truck on her way, "What do you think is in there AD?" she asked as she plopped another chunk of Ursa meat in her mouth, "I bet it's cool.... And dangerous." she added with a grin.

 

[WiLeo]

"Okay! Just calm down and rest in this tent as I go find Loki by myself." William said as he patted Aires head to calm her down. "I'll make sure to find him and bring him back safely, since I kind of need to tell you guys something important."


A.D scans the container through the scroll's camera and starts analyzing his finds from the scan. "I don't know what's in that container Luna, but it's probably one or two hundred years old from what I could get from my scan on it. If I was to make a educated guess on its identity though... it's probably some old military weapon or something along those lines." As A.D was saying that though, several guards were suspiciously looking at Elinore as she passed by the truck. They then look away from her as she went further away from them, all of them losing the intense atmosphere surrounding them as they started talking among themselves. "Yup... totally something cool and dangerous in that container right now. Otherwise they wouldn't have reacted like that all."

Loki walks back into the camp his left arm tucked into his jacket. His head is bleeding and he spits some blood onto the ground. He has a slight limp to his walk as he shuffles towards the medical tent. He walks in his face stoic and unresponsive. "Can you look at my head please, and see if i still have all my teeth. I'd appreciate it." He sits in a chair as one of the medic's checks him.

 

[RushWing]

"LOKI!" Aires shouts as he enters the medical tent. "What happened to you?"

He smiles slightly then winces. "Left to explore, got attacked on the way back. Apparently my father's reputation proceeds him, and some of your mercs decided to attack me too get his title. Since as his son and controller of his weapon, i currently have said title. This isnt the worst part of it actually. Some ursa's and beowolf's got me after i left the mercs and did this." He pulls out his left arm, and it is missing from the elbow down. "They knew i was there, they are watching us. They can sense the relic, and what it does." He looks at will and frowns. "Now Will, tell me. Why are we transporting a massive payload, capable of leveling this entire area."

Elinore turned to look at the relic again, her bright blue eyes scanning the truck for any weak points. It was time for espionage. A mission within her mission. A hundred year old war weapon that was totally cool and super awesome? Heck yeah. One of the guards took notice of her again, Elinore smiled and hightailed it out of there. It was getting dark anyways, and she really didn't want to be alone in the dark

 

[RushWing]

A medic goes to help but she says, "No" breathless. Aires quickly granbs some herbs and paves them on Loki's left arm. The blood dried up instantly with help of her dust, created by her mother. "Loki, why . . ." She whispers trembling and with holding her sobs.

"Congrats on finding out the identity of the relic you stupid bastard. Now do you still got that missing part of your arm with you? The medics here could still attach it back and you probably could still use it again if it's not too late." William said as he sat down across from Loki, who now had several medics treating him as they lay him down onto a bed as Aires sat next to the injured student. "But to answer your question, were traveling next to a huge bomb created during one of the old wars that occurred in Vytal about one to two hundred years ago. Nobody knew about its existence until they dug out of the ground recently and is still active as we speak. So the general wants us to ensure that the bomb makes it to the LZ for deactivation, while having it all kept hush-hush among the public." He then stands up and waves Elinore over to the tent as she passed by it, before looking back at Loki. "Now is there anymore questions you might have or does that information satisfy you now?"

 

[Loki467]

"No it's fine, i'm fine. Thanks." Loki gets up and walks out of the tent. He walks past Luna and heads over to his trident. "Aires can you grab this for me. And take it to our tent, thank you." He unwraps his new large lance and picks it up. He starts swinging it, and growls. "Will I'll be back in the morning, i swear. I will see this mission to the end. I can guarantee that." He walks to the edge of the camp and starts practicing with his new weapon.

 

[RushWing]

Aires nods sighing. "You shouldn't of wandered off." Imagine me without my wings and Loki without his arm. She thinks. . .

Elinore watched as the couple walked by, then hurried over to the tent William was at "Where are they going?" Elinore asked quietly, "do they not know they're injured?" she asked as she watched the two walk away. "I guess it's pretty well guarded around here..." she mumbled. It was safe enough for the two of them to walk around the place. But still, she had the feeling they weren't taking the danger level of this mission as seriously as it needed to be

"Yeah they know. But just leave them alone for now since they both lost a part of themselves recently... and literally." William said as he got out of the tent with Elinore and as they walked back to his tent, he explains the entire situation to her just as they arrived to his tent outside. "...so make sure the other students know about the situation too when you get the chance. Now lets start making your tent now Elinore, it's time to sleep it seems." He then looks around the slumbering camp before looking up at the night sky, seeing the shattered moon give off light to the darkness in the forest around them.

Loki does nothing but practice and practice, his movements and speed getting better and better. "Nothing can stop me, i wont let anyone stop me." He looks at Aires and smiles, "tired? want to go to bed now? I could use the sleep probably." He plants his lance in the ground in front of their tent and goes inside. He lays down and looks at his arm. "A price to pay for my negligence."

 

[RushWing]

Aires stands guard outside Loki's tent. "You sleep. I'm not tired." She smiles and quickly enters his tent placing some herbs worth her secret dusty on his arm and injuries. "Don't get up. That's an order and a request." She stares at him and bites her lip worried. She sighs and gets ready to go back outside.

He grabs her and holds her tightly. "i am sorry, too worry you. i was trying to protect you. I thought that if i knew what we were up against i'd be able to protect you better. I wont let you down anymore. I swear to you, we will come back from this mission a-okay. Please forgive me." He lays his head against hers and sighs.

 

[RushWing]

Aires sniffles a bit. " Loki, you're hurt under my watch." She looks away from him, "I'm sorry. . .I failed you." She says covering her face and wiping her tears away, "but I swear, I'll protect you."

Elinore nodded and followed along with William until he mentioned setting up her tent. She stood in her tracks and smiled nervously, "Well it's getting late, it'll probably be too dark to see what we're doing part way through building it" she said with a quick nod, you should just let me sleep in your tent, I won't take much space, and I promise I'll be quiet" she said as she made a small cross over her heart with her finger.

 

[WiLeo]

"Wait... what? You want to sleep in same tent as me tonight? Like sleeping together on the same bed?" William asked as he was shocked by Elinore's suggestion on sleeping together in the same tent. He never thought he'll make it this far in the relationship to be able to sleep next to Elinore on the same bed, mostly after dating for almost a week. "Umm yeah, it's okay to sleep together tonight. But go in first and change into your PJs or something like that as I wait outside for you to finish." William then opens the tent and motions her to go inside, sweat going down his face as he did that.

 

[RushWing]

After waiting diligently by Loki's side Aires makes sure he's asleep and she steps outside the tent. She gasps as she stares at the night sky. "Beautiful." Please help Loki heal, and help me protect.

"N-n-n-n-n-n-n-noooo" Elinore said as she put up her hands and shook her head and a deep blush "I could just sleep in the corner or something like that" she quickly replied, "I-I-I just...don't...wanna be alone in the dark" she mumbled under her breath as she crossed her arms and looked away. "Y-you know what, I'm just gunna go find Tav and see if he'll sleep with me in a tree or something" she couldn't even handle what was happening. Tree sounded like a sound idea.

 

[RushWing]

She sees Luna walking past and tells her quietly as not to wake Loki, "Luna, I'd sleep with him ya know, no that kind of sleep with him, but you never how much longer you have with him. . .plus I wouldn't go out from this campsite" she looks behind her at the tent, "I mean I don't want anyone else losing a limb or their life."

 

[WiLeo]

"Wait a minute! I didn't mean it like that! I mean like you take most of the bed or I'll just have my head sticking out of the tent as we sleep... E.L. Why is it hot in the armor?" William stuttered as more sweat was coming out of his skin, his armor feeling like it was lava itself. "There's nothing wrong with the suit's temperature control Creator, but your body heat alarmingly increased from nowhere. Are you okay? The A.I asked William just as Elinore started walking away from the tent to go find a tree to sleep on. "No... I don't feel good anymore E.L. I just feel stupid instead..." He then goes into the tent by himself and takes off his armor quickly before laying down on his bed with sweat all over his skin.

 

[Dak]

The ship that Markus was on docked. "Alright my faunus friends, there is something that we need. A relic. I know that they are transporting it, and that they are transporting it in these woods.... Move out." The faunus, numbering in so many. They began to move into the woods. It was good that they have night vision, to see even better.

Elinore looked at Aires and smiled, "I may just..." she said with a small nod, "I just...need some fresh air, I'm going for a walk." she said before continuing on her way. She needed some fresh air, and some time to calm down. Now if only it wasn't so dark. She kept walking, taking comfort in the sound of rustling in the trees next to her. Stupid Tav should have been a squirrel instead.

Loki gets up and walks out of the tent. "Aires go with her, she needs back-up. And if anything happens, let me know. I will come running." He frowns slightly and yawns rubbing his head. "Or i can go with, either way it's up too you angel. I'm awake and fit enough to go, but still." He laughs slightly and picks up his lance. "Also i would like to give you something later, it might make you really happy."
