Well, lets see, first off all the police were taken out by Bob, a police officer who was told to help the Government's Avengers, this allowed everyone to openly talk about the resistance, Maria Hill then called up Conner, who refused to sign up. Maria let him go so that way people didn't judge her for killing Captain America's son. Afterwards the resistance showed up and things went to hell. Chaos escaped and Ivory and Cassandra are about to escapee, however Cassandra lost her suit in the process
