I hope he remembers to leave a trail, rangers of his level with Forest affinity don't leave one unless they want to. Intentional trail markers aside, of course.

Since the player did not mention leaving markers, there are none. If you're quick, you can probably still hear them moving, though, especially with Otiorin in your group.

Re: Just a thought. I'm going to reply using a phrase my table-top players are very familiar with: "I just work here." (In other words, "I know, but I won't tell.) =)

Awww. Funkiller! I had come up with a great way to track them, and you just gotta ruin it! I'm gonna pout!

Ok, I'm done. lol

Ok, I did tack on a Perception roll on my last post; hopefully between that and Powerpaw's hopefully good hearing we can catch up to Wolf.

I saw. I just need to know who is staying behind - Otiorin or Kitrin. =)

@Captain Hesperus Cap'n? I'm having issues finding the 5 selections of starting magic items on Otiorin's character sheet. What items did he select, please?

Otiorin, since he made good points to Kitrin. Also, she gets kitty rides this way :D

That would be because I inexplicably did not add them. They are: Bag of Holding I, Boots of Striding and Springing, Chime of Opening, Ring of Force Shield and Ring of Mind Shielding.

Captain Hesperus

@Captain Hesperus Thanks. I thought I remembered you choosing them, and then I looked and thought, "Somebody eated his magic?!" =)

Aye I forgot, which means Wolf forgot too *woof*

Such excite.

Very chase.

So wolf.

Wow.

@All. As Sherwood quickly figured out, there are Perception checks to be made (except for Luna who has rolled). Please roll those here.

Bria cheers. "Hooray!"

Powerpaw grumbles. "Awwwwww..."

Bria hugs Powerpaw. "Don't worry! That's why we're a team!"

Powerpaw brightens. "Yeah! You iz right!"

Sorry, but in all fairness, I have to keep Luna's original Perception roll.

Sherwood rolled 1 die of 20 faces, total: 8+5 = 13

For: Perception

Rolled on: December-07-2014, 07:54pm

Meanwhile, check out good Wolf Rawrrr showing us how it's done. Nice natural 20! =)

No problems. I missed that you were taking her earlier roll.

I just got back from a nine hour Hobbit movie marathon. I hadn't seen the first two of the trio yet, and this was quite the experience. If go to see the series expecting the book to be recreated verbatim, you will be irritated with the changes. Going there hoping for a visually stunning series of movies that have a good story and you will be rewarded.

@Sherwood ehmygirl also went to a similar showing. She enjoyed it, apparently. I haven't been to anything like that, because apparently Englandland doesn't like to do fun things like that.

Captain Hesperus

Jackson did impress with LOTR, but some things were downright inaccurate and I was expecting the same from the Hobbit. However, the latter turned out drastically worse in that aspect - a lot of made up stuff paid for with improved graphics. I still like the movie alot but it falls somewhat short of the real story *woof*
