The only MMORPG that I ever played was Runescape :)

#neverForget #goodOldTimes #woof

p.s. heard good things about Neverwinter

Played it for a while, enjoyed it, but didn't want to pay for things (because I'm in a few MMOs already) and it was starting to feel limited. That was some time back so I don't remember exactly what issues I was having. Possibly it was time that was limited instead of the f2p options (Elder Scrolls Online came out about the time I left, I think, and I went there for a while). Kitrin was actually created first there, as a guardian fighter. I remember I really enjoyed the class mechanics, not just for fighter but for the others I tried as well (cleric, rogue, wizard).

Well, Otiorin is proving to be moderately successful as a Scourge Warlock (it was a toss-up between that class and Trickster Rogue). I'm seeing the microtransactions coming in now though.

Kaerri and I tried it when it first came out. It was fun for awhile, but lack of guild and buddies and things to do except gear farm had us looking for another game within a year. Have fun, though! It's not a bad game! =)

I played Bria in there for awhile and I enjoyed the healing system at the time. =)

I should have a post up later tonight. Until then, be safe and cool, folks! =)

Heya folks! If no one posts by Wednesday, I will if only to move our story along. Hope you're having a good week! =)

Not related to the game (good thing this is out-of-character chat, hmm?), but I just wanted to share something I'm rather proud of.

This is my Zoid Pteras Bomber (Jamie Version) from the anime series Zoids: New Century Zero.

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_08/image.jpeg.66cbd7a10f31247cdf8afc8901145e03.jpeg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="148257" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_08/image.jpeg.66cbd7a10f31247cdf8afc8901145e03.jpeg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>
It is surprisingly detailed and there was NO GLUE involved in any of the construction, just little pegs and tightly fitting pieces with very fine tolerances. I bought it as a gift for myself to commemorate passing my return to nursing course and getting my new nursing job. It now sits pride of place by my other Zoid.

Well done, Cap'n, and congrats on passing the course and the new job!

Holy wowzercows, Cap'n! Those look awesome (especially the "Gun Sniper")! I have never heard of this series nor seen these Zoids before. Neat-o! Thanks for putting one by your keyboard so we can have an idea of scale (they remind me of a buddy of ours who once put the Lego Star Destroyer together in his living room. Not the small one. The big one. All of it).

Insert your favorite Imperial Star Wars music here. =)

As for your being a nurse, I really, really respect you for that, Cap'n. No wonder you hate the night shift so much... I would too if it were me. =)

I have one of the big Star Destroyers too, but it is somewhat disassembled since or move into our current house. There are always things that keep me side tracked from getting it put back together.

Approximately how many hours are we talking about from start to finish?

It took me thirteen hours to assemble the 3,500 pieces of the set.

I'm thinking of taking it all apart and building it from scratch again. Fun times.

Yup. There is a larger model of the Millennium Falcon that is to scale with the mini figures that is 5,000 pieces. It is discontinued at the Lego store, but if you are willing to spend six grand, you can get one from Amazon.com. I'm personally hoping that they start producing then again at a lower price.

Hey, you! I want to thank you for all of the Likes, Well Thought Outs, Great Scenes, etc. that you have been giving me! It feels great to come home and see them. =)

I think it's time I asked for your feedback again, please. What am I doing to deserve the likes? Would you provide in detail what I'm doing on my end that has Sharseya online going into our third year now? (Chapter One was written 27 July 2014! Go us!) I think I know what I'm doing right, but sometimes I really want to know what your thoughts and feelings are about that. There is another important reason too, but I'll hold that card close to my chest until after you've responded.

Thanks again for the likes! They feel great! =)

Those are some mighty-looking projects there. Especially the big destroyer. Wow. Meanwhile my current project looks a bit like this: clickmeh. I'll be making a chess set. Hopefully *woof*

To answer your question, Dann, for me it's a combination of factors. First of all, I don't join/start things on a whim so I don't easily abandon them, either. Part of the reason why I'm still here is because I like seeing things through. The rest falls equally down to the Storyteller and the players. You've all continually made me want to keep playing, in numerous ways that I shan't list so that the others have something to put in their replies. As Dann said, you likely already know *woof*

It's like love. You fall in love because the person gives you reasons to (talking about true love here, not simple infatuation). But as time goes by, you don't stay in love just because you're in love - you choose to stay in love every day because the person you love keeps feeding you reasons to. There is no lack of incentive from Sharseya to stay with the game *howl*

Thanks for the feedback, Wolf. =)

Tomorrow is the big day for RpN, so we will pick up where we left off when the site comes back up. Until then, have fun and be well, folks! =)

May this spirit wolf guide you safely there.

p.s. as you may have noticed, yes this is not the same one that I posted in the server update thread - that one's for the crowd, this is a private spirit guide for friends only
