Fantasy Anything Goes

Zodiac held up his hand. He bent his index finger onto his thumb and closed the rest into a fist. He then pressed his fist hard into his chest. The Six Circle's formal greeting gesture. "Greetings, I am Zodiac." He spoke in a calm, but hoarse and raspy voice.

Victoria lets out a small sigh and looks back down at her sketchbook. She lays out an array of pens and pencils and continues to work on her art.

Zodiac breifly turned his head at the girl who had looked at him, but he dismissed it and looked back at Hunter. He let out a breath and continued.

"I have traveled quite some time, and now I have no idea where I am. Some directions to..." Zodiac cut himself off.

"Nevermind, you mustn't know."

Victoria listens to the man curiously. He was different. They all were, really. But he was extremely different than anyone else she has ever met. Keeping her face directed at her art, she moves her eyes to glance at him every so often.

Zodiac stepped back into his chair, keeping his blank stare at the women who kept eyeing him from time to time. He looked at his forearm as he thought and he saw a gap in the bandages on his right arm. He quickly pulled up a strip of gauze onto the exposed skin and looked around nervously.

Victoria takes a drink of her coffee and looks out the window next to her. Her shoulder blade twitches and her grits her teeth. "Not now," she says under her breath and suppresses the feeling.

Zodiac tilted his head in question at the small involuntary spasm the woman made. Intrigued, he walked to her table and did his greeting gesture.

"Miss, something seems off about you."

Victoria jumps and looks at the man. A small grown escapes from her throat and she quickly clears her throat to cover up the sound. "I am okay."

Victoria eyes flicker to a cat-like form, then back to human again. "I can assure you, I am fine," she says quietly and looks back down at her drawing.

"Whatever, lady." Zofiac turned and sat back down. Arms folded in his lap.

Earth was a weird place, and Zodiac didn't like it.

Victoria growled a deep, loud growl at the man. "Don't disrespect me, boy," she says. Her eyes flicker back to their catlike form, but they don't change back. Her shoulder blades twitch again.

"Boy? I've been around longer than you. I'm practically four decades your senior."

Zodiac smirked and scribbled on his palm, some strange pattern displayed upon his hand once he was finished.

As Hunter watched this small argument, he noticed a small crowd had begun to form, he decided to stop this before it got out of hand, so he stepped in between the two shifting his beacon signal to that of a titan, one of the most feared and ancient creatures in existence, while not on par with the real deal he is close enough to shake up very powerful demons and a few dragons "Ok, ok that's enough from you two, if you're gonna deal with you're love life do it in private" he said with force making sure to put the most pressure of the signal on the two.

Hunter froze for a moment 'dragon' was the first thought that ran through his mind as they were the only ones really able to sense a shifters presence under a beacon signal "This isn't the time or place for a fight dragon, especially with human around in a small café!" he hissed out quietly enough so only these two could hear him.

"If I can't be here, neither can you," Victoria hisses. "You're the same as me. Just like her." She nods towards the girl he was talking to earlier.

Zodiac watched from the dark corner, smug and amused. He always liked to watch people's tempers flare. He found a strange sense of comedy in these conflicts.

Zodiac shuffled a few papers into a stack, strolling out of the cafe calmly, in the intense silence of the small building. He slammed the door shut just to create a sharp pinch on everyone's senses.

Zodiac strolled back in and sat back down at his own seat.

"Excuse me, I forgot to order something." He made a strange movement with his palm and picked up the menu.

Hunter shook his head slightly as went back to Aya ,"Sorry about that some people can't control themselves with certain people around" he said to her with a far away look in his eye, as if remembering something.

Victoria's eyes turn back to their normal shape and color and her shoulder blades stop twitching. She takes a deep breath and stares out the window.
