Fantasy Anthrian Experiment (OOC)

Alright you guys, I think it's finally time we start this thing. I got the new additions made for the RP at long last. I'm a little sad that with the new update to RPNation it got rid of some colors our characters speak in, but I guess we'll have to work around it somehow. Anywho, I'll get to work on that starter.

I'm sure we will work our way around the whole colored text situation, but otherwise sounds good. I'll be looking forward to the start of this.

Hopefully we can add colors in and use them like on another site I use. But we'll have to wait and see. I'm glad to see that you're ready for this as well King. I'm surprised a lot of people have stuck around this long. I apologize for the rather long wait to final begin the RP. Once the starter's done I'll post here and let you all know.

It's going pretty good. I'm stuck on what I want to do for the starter though. I have two ideas in mind and I'm not sure which to fully carry out.

One idea is that our characters will be in their cells in the dungeon part of the building. I was thinking that would give our characters a chance to get to know each other since they're all in the same room--shattered around in different cells--but still, same room all together.

The other idea I was thinking of would to begin things off in a type of battle area. It's where Cordax and the others watch over the mutants that fight. New creations are normally brought there to fight against other experiments to test their skills to see if they'd be worth the whitecoats' time and effort to turn into a killing machine.

I could easily mix the two together, but I'm not really sure on that neither?

Honestly, I'd say a sort of mix between the two ideas is probably a good bet. Starting off with the holding cell area with the mutants and then transferring them over to the testing facility/battle arena. This way the mutants who make up the majority of the characters have a bit of time to interact and establish some character relationships before they are forced to do combat with eachother.

I think that would be a good idea as well. It gives the characters a chance to get to know each other before having to fight with their new friends. I might go with that then. We'll see what Wolf thinks.

Stuff going on at home with my mom. It's taking a total on me recently, which is why I haven't been active or online a whole lot. Things are getting better-ish? It seems like it is, but at the same time, it doesn't. Honestly, don't know what to think about it or really do right now. I don't mean to be away or quiet for so long, but mental health hasn't been the greatest due to what's going on.
