Lilly looked up at Riley Blue, watching her as she slowly slipped away from the group. She suddenly felt a longing for her older sister but before she could get too caught up in it she heard Quinton’s voice challenging her to a hugging competition. She tore her gaze away from Riley Blue to look at Quinton with his outstretched arms and beaming smile. Lilly smiled shyly and silently accepted the challenge. She practically launched herself at her uncle, wrapping her arms around him and squeezing him tight, burying her face in his chest.

Riley Blue turned around and looked at her father for a moment. She didn't know how he knew that she was feeling sick and starting to get a hunger migraine. Maybe it was just his intuition. Or he was just bugging her so he wouldn't have to carry so much food around. "I don't drink soda, dad." Riley Blue mumbled petulantly. "It's bad for your kidneys and for your teeth." She still went over to him, not taking the soda but not really flat out refusing it.

Anthony heard his Dad's reply to his announcement. He knew the scheduled times. "Um...Most likely, The other bands come in early to set up & rehearse and then we come in later. Hang out with the other bands for a while until the doors open, We play at around 8 pm & it ends at 11:50 pm. Also, I need to talk to you & mom about something when we get home." He said with a twinge of fear in his voice. He heard Veronica's response & smiled serenely. "Thanks, Sis."

Anthony rubbed his shoulder as he looked down at the floor. He looked back up & thanked his Aunt for congratulating him. He was feeling pretty Hungry, That's when he heard Uncle Quinton offer Veronica a trip to the food court. So he decided to jump on it but didn't wanna stop talking with his aunt. He asked his uncle in a desperate tone of voice. "Hey, Uncle Quinton. can Aunt Hannah & I tag along with you guys?"

Quinton received her, standing up and lifting her in the process, lifting her up from under the shoulder but then...

Quinton almost shouted, as he began tickling her viciously.
After a moment, Quinton stopped his tickling assault, then giving her a proper hug, as he lowered her to the ground and letting her go from his grasp. He then gave her a smirk, before offering Lilly a hand.
Just the, Anthony said somthing to him about him and his aunt coming with him to the food court.
"Aight, but if your aunt wants somthing she's gotta buy it herself, cause I gotta pay for the three of you...anyone else want in?"

Lilly squealed as Quinton sprung his ‘trap’. She giggled hysterically, trying desperately to escape her tickle monster of an uncle. In the moment he stopped and the two hugged, he would probably have been able to feel her heart pounding in her chest. When Quinton put Lilly down and offered her his hand she grabbed hold of it almost instantly, smiling up at him. She then used her free hand to rub her eyes, wiping the tears away that had appeared due to the little tickle session.​

It was exciting when she got to see the kids. Honestly it made her feel needed, made her forget that this was something she could never have for herself. She at least got a part in raising these guys. As she was talking to Anthony Dan started madly waving at her “Hey Danny, Anthony is talking about his show tonight!” She answered one of the rapid-fire questions he was asking before her attention was stolen away by yet another couple of kids Lilly and Riley.

As she spoke to them, Anthony began explaining to his dad that he’d be at the concert tonight. “Hello girls” Hanna said to the two of them, giving them the warmest smile she could muster> Lily and Riley looked so adorable together. She just wanted to squeeze their cheeks like a true embarrassing aunt. Maybe she got too much from her slightly overbearing mother in that way. Veronica said hi to them both as well, she was looking at the food kind of put out.

Quinton beat him to it, and offered them a trip to the food court. There was some mixed reactions, with the youngest being for it, and Riely being a little less than enthused. That one ate like a goldfish, it was a little concerning. A growing child should be eating properly. Maybe she could swindle her into eating something.

Anthony turned back towards her again, having tuned into the conversation between the kids and Quin, and asked if the both of them could tag along, clearly wanting to continue their conversation. She was about to answer but Quin decided to speak for her. She punched her brother on the shoulder “Hey, don’t make me out to be a mooch!”

Julia grinned sheepishly as Quinton enthused that it was good for them to be experiencing society. Looking around, her kids were... kind if a mess sometimes. Of course, that's to be expected when there's five of them all at the cusp of their neurological and socio-emotional develomoment, but man, they could be embarrassing sometimes.

Soon enough, all the kids had been swept up by her younger siblings, Anthony and the girls preparing to run off with Quinton. Where to, she didn't know, but she expected they wouldn't be going far while they waited for the plane to arrive. She turned back to James, brief expression of relief crossing her face. At least with the kids occupied, they could focus on the situation at hand. 'I'm going to check if the flight was laid over.' She signed to her husband, pulling her phone back out of the pocket of her cardigan and searching the airline's website, then the airport...

Dan narrowed his eyes ever so slightly, tilting his head to the side as if he could barely understand his aunt's answer to his question. He could have sworn they'd want to catch up on something more interesting, but adults were adults. To Dan's chagrin, Hanna didn't seem to have time for the rest if his swarm of questions, or maybe she just didn't know the answers. He would have bugged her again, but they'd all moved on to talking amongst each other. They may as well have been speaking Greek. This was a daily occurrence, of course, but it stung not knowing what was going on. He felt lost, but for whatever reason couldn't work up the motivation to try and force someone to talk to him. He sat back in one of the old waiting room chairs, crossing his arms across his chest, glancing back up at the digital screen on the wall. A couple of other flights were boarding in other areas of the terminal, but otherwise the text was unchanged. He glared up at the screen as if it were somehow responsible for the heavy, stagnant dullness that seemed to cling to his brain.

She was actually offended by her father's words, but said nothing in reply as she felt that familiar burn in the pit of her stomach. Her jaw clenched, and her knuckles turned white as she gripped the handles of Anthony's chair, before she looked to her uncle. "You're the best!" She said, though it was obvious she was struggling to hold something back. Veronica wasn't sure if she had taken her meds this morning, as most of it was a blur that really just didn't make a whole lost of sense. After she spoke to her uncle, she got quiet. Her jaw still clenched and her knuckles still white, she tried to block out the surrounding conversations as she tried to calm herself down. Though she knew her efforts were all for naught, but they were in public. She couldn't just start having a "tantrum" for seemingly no reason. Veronica was often scolded for doing that, though she hardly had any control over it. People at school understood a little, and her friends, especially Jade, knew how to calm her down and not take any of her anger personally. But...Veronica managed to take a deep breath, however...it didn't really help.

"Hiya, Auntie Hanna!" Lilly said in response to Hanna's greeting, returning her Auntie's smile, she was starting to calm down a little bit but she was still nervous and worried about her sister. Lilly turned to look over at Riley Blue, who had now moved over to their father and was talking to him about something. Lilly was about to look away when suddenly her whole demeanour changed. She subconsciously gripped onto her uncle's hand a little tighter and looked down at the ground which caused her hair to fall down and cover her face, and she fell completely silent. Her heart started to beat faster and her palms started to sweat and her breathing became slightly more erratic. Her cheeks reddened a little, matching the colour of her hair which was hiding her face from view.​

Quinton smiled, looking over to Lilly, who now had her hand in his.

“Hey, don’t make me out to be a mooch!”
"Oof..." Quinton said, looking at her younger sister as he raised the arm that his sister had punched. "...ya know sis, ya lucky to have me as your brother or I would have booked you for battery..."
Quinton said that with a sly smile on his lips and a bit of a chuckle.
"Alright, alright...c'mon you lot, all aboard the express to the food court..." Quinton looked over to Anathony, then glanced over to Veronica, who was...?
"Everything alright there Bruiser?"
Quinton said turning his head to look at Veronica, but then he felt a little squeeze in his hands from the little one next to him. Looking down, he noticed that Lilly seemed...unwell.
"Oh, not you too...Uh, James, something's up with Lilly here." Quinton said, as he squatted down to level with her, though he kept hold of her hand. "...What's the matter short stop? Something wrong? C'mon, ya can tell your Uncle Quin."

Lilly shifted her gaze to look up at Quinton as he lowered himself to her level. She seemed frightened which usually wasn't that strange in a place this crowded, but she must've had a noticeable reaction for Quinto to have noticed. "N-nothing... I'm fine." Lilly mumbled though she seemed slightly distracted, she kept glancing over Quinton's shoulder. She looked back to Quinton's face, he was right, she could tell him but... "I-I just saw..." She paused, guessing how she should phrase it, "someone from school." she said, finishing her explanation. Now that she's said it out loud she realised how overly extreme her reaction had been, yet she still couldn't shake her fear of the individual. She glanced over Quinton's shoulder again, looking over towards her classmate but quickly focused her attention on Quinton again, hoping to god that her classmate hadn't noticed her.​

James felt a twinge of pride at his daughter's refusal of the soda: a smart girl, smarter in some ways than her old man, but while for him the caffeine was an addiction, in her case, right now it would be medicinal. "Well if you don't want soda, we also have tea, the cafine kick will help with the headache, and if nothing else have some lemonaid, even just an infusion of sugar will help somewhat," Her dad explained.

Riley Blue sighed heavily and shook her head. Her dad just did not get it. It wasn’t about the coffee, not really at least. She didn’t drink anything but water, almond milk, and cranberry juice. The third was her “guilty pleasure” of a kind. It was far too sugary but she told herself she was helping her kidneys every time she drank it.

“Dad, you know i don’t drink that stuff.” Riley Blue mumbled. She stuffed her hands in her pockets. Of the options, tea was probably the healthiest. Riley Blue has tea on occasion. “I guess the tea would be okay...”

'You know how they say, Disney is the happiest place on earth? well, in this case, Disney can piss off because The Food Court just took that title.' Anthony looked over at Veronica, Who seemed on the verge of a Livid meltdown from their dad's objection to Anthony & her going to get some food. Anthony saw next to Uncle Quinton, that Lilly seemed upset about a classmate. He hated seeing her like this. He knew how bad her Social Anxiety was. He struggles with it also. He wheeled his way over to her, leaning over his uncle's shoulder. he spoke calmly. "Uncle Quinton, let me try to talk to her." He looked down at Lilly, rested his hand on her shoulder & tried to coax her into revealing more about the classmate. "Lilly, who is that person from school? a friend or does that person pick on you? It's okay to talk about it, I know how that feels too."

Taking a step back, she crossed her arms, her hands gripping her upper arms as she tightly squeezed. She winced a little too tlremants of bruises in the same places as she was squeezing... why the hell was she getting so angry? All he did was call them angry, what the fuck was wrong with her? Why did she have to do this is, it made no sense. A childish outburst it just...her briefly relaxed her jaw as it began to hurt, but Her anger wasn't passing as it normally did. "Yeah...I'm fine," Veronica muttered, clenching her jaw again despite the tense pain. She was so stupud, acting like this in public, stupid stupid stupid! Why the hell can't she calm down? She knew that for some reason, it was her father that triggered this, but she knew it was an over reaction to something completely childish. But seriously, they weren't hobbits. Clenching and unclenching her jaw several time, Veronica's hands, whole gripping her own arms, began to shake.

Lilly took a deep breath in an attempt o calm herself down but it wasn’t very successful. She was still angry at herself for being pathetic, having what was not too far away from a panic attack because she saw someone in an airport. Just then Anthony appeared and Quinton stepped aside, allowing Anthony to speak directly with Lilly, though Quinton kept a hold of Lilly’s hand, a gesture that she appreciated far more than she could explain in her current state. Lilly looked up at her brother. “H-his name is Oliver... Oliver James...” she replied to Anthony’s question, her voice quivering with each word, her eyes moving to glance at Oliver. She still didn't understand who she was having such a violent reaction, she'd never reacted this badly at school... well... she didn't always react like this at school. But now she was with her family, so why was she worried? It wasn't likely that Oliver was just going to walk up to them or anything. Lilly returned her gaze to Anthony. "H-he kind of... picks on me..." Lilly mumbled, looking down at the ground. "A little bit anyway." She added quietly. She glanced over at Oliver, freezing for a moment as he was looking back at her. She looked down at the floor again, once again trying to pull herself together.​

Anthony listened empathetically to his little sister's response, While he listened, It brought back his own memories of being bullied in Elementary school. And how upsetting it was for him, especially since he's disabled. As she finished speaking, Anthony could sense how scared she was. He tried to calm her nerves and attempted to comfort her with his reply. "You know when I was little. Kids would tease me about my eyes & how I was in a wheelchair. They used to call me names like Frankenstein, Quasimodo, just really mean things & I still feel sad about it sometimes, But I always try to remember this. that in time, you'll start to see that the things that make us different, Are the things that make us awesome." Anthony had an idea on how to cheer Lilly up. "Wanna drive my Wheelchair with me?" Anthony asked with a smile.

Lilly looked up into Anthony's eyes as he mentioned them, one was a deep blue while the other was a warm brown, the result of heterochromia, a word that Lilly didn't really understand or fully know how to pronounce. To her, his eyes were completely normal, she forgot that it was only a rare thing and Lilly knew all too well how insignificant physical characteristics seemed to be a favourite attack point within the ranks of bullies. Then Anthony suggested that she drive his wheelchair with him, something that they did from time to time. It was always fun, and a bit of a laugh, they may have gotten into trouble once or twice for bumping into stuff or something along those lines but it had never stopped them before. But then Lilly remembered where they were, she glanced around making a mental note of how many people were here as well as Oliver. "B-but what about the people?" She asked. She was obviously torn, she desperately wanted to take Anthony up on his offer but she was also aware that there were lots of people around who may find it a bit odd.​

'Hey, dork. What's up?' Riley Blue signed to Dan. She knew he must be beyond bored. She sure was.

It wasn't like like anything particularly thrilling had happened over the last hour and a half, so Dan simply rolled his eyes, making a face. 'I just wanna go home... I've been to school assemblies that took up less of my time.' He answered indignantly. He didn't ask what they were talking about before, or where most of his siblings were headed off to. He had only just noticed they'd started to disperse, but spitefully decided that if they didn't want to tell him then they didn't want his company, either. But, hey... maybe now that he had someone's attention, he could finally have some fun. He looked back to his older sister, a sly grin crossing his face. 'Do you ever wonder what it takes to set off a metal detector?'​

'That's a really big mood.' Riley Blue signed back. She hated school assemblies; she hated waiting around for stuff to happen. She understood exactly what Dan was going through. When she was younger, Riley Blue would often be utterly unable to sit still. She had a lot of her impulses under control now, but she didn't use to. Then Dan mentioned setting off a metal detector, and Riley Blue couldn't help but laugh. She couldn't help but want to try that with her little brother. They could get into a lot of trouble, sure, but it would be better than just sitting here and waiting. 'I have no idea. Want to test it?' Riley Blue signed back.

"That sounds good," she replied to Anthony's question with a smile. After a small pause, she spoke again. "Does anyone know when Uncle Adlestone..." She trailed off, realising her pronunciation mistake. "I mean, Aldstone will be here?" She finished her question, her pronunciation may not have been flawless but it was certainly better thanks to Riley Blue. In all honesty, Lilly was a little desperate to get out of the airport.​
