Well, if someone like Sam went rogue I could see Maniacles gunning for her. In the sense they would want to run tests on her and keep building. Something maybe. They have a lot of created weapons. There are low tier ones yes, but then there are the maniacle super weapons. Their nukes.
They'd probably kill Kotsu.
