This new feature might be useful when Shalia gains another level
Magical Guidance
5th-level sorcerer feature

You can tap into your inner wellspring of magic to try to conjure success from failure. When you make an ability check that fails, you can spend 1 sorcery point to reroll the d20, and you must use the new roll, potentially turning the failure into a success.

Yeah, There's a lot of skills like that in a lot of books. Some of them feats from the PHB.
 
Keep in mind, that was a 50ft jump so although you aren't going to take damage it IS going to hurt
 
Well at least it wasn't as scary as I first thought it would be for failing two saving throws in the same turn.

Funny thing is, they both had a DC of 5... so it's not like they are hard to make.... the dice just are being hateful today (tonight?)

totally think Evora would take this feat at 6 since it would allow her to fix that odd dex score and allow her to use Toryk's guns

You have a quick hand and keen eye when employing firearms, granting you the following benefits: Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20. You gain proficiency with firearms (see "Firearms" in the Dungeon Master's Guide). You ignore the loading property of firearms. Being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn't impose disadvantage on your ranged attack rolls
 
I'm not getting any either, But it doesn't seem like any of us are missing much, just preparations to return to the mortal plane.
 
Yep, COVID is still getting in the way of our social lives for us Americans. Christmas is also going to be something that's going to need to be handled with care
