I am sure that there would be some sort of library in the city, regardless of it being noted in the lore or not.

I mean I introduced Dhalia, the Elven bartender/unofficial niece of Belegor out of the blue and it didn't raise any issues, so you should be good! =) I think the only time you need to run a pc you want by Avari is if they might have some major impact on the rp beyond your charrie

That was very good. I love the debate between the Reconcilist point of view and the Brutalist. The kind of language they use when they speak to each other really reminds me of some middle ages philosophers like Thomas Aquinas or St. Augustine.

SoooOoooOooo just to reiterate you do not currently get an Inquisitor sicced on you for not worshiping the Spirits. It's kinda difficult to deny their existence, but you wouldn't even get an Inquisitor for that. The purpose of the Inquisitor is to destroy those who:

• Worship Myrkul
• Are "corrupt" IE, a vampire, Werewolf or some sort of other parasite/abomination.
• You're actively working against Church interests in a "I'm going to destroy everything" sense.

Of course, no doubt a bunch in the church who think that kinda blasphemy should be acted upon, and perhaps in the early days they did. But not right now, and Lucina and Ulfric are both too moderate to allow it. - Lucina especially - Currently unknown what the High Inquisitor thinks, she's not around and doesn't really deal with politics.
