I wouldn't really call it actual pixel art to be honest, though. I used Miles as a ref, then did a sketch. Then I went over it with a one-pixel thick brush for the lines. Colors were just flats with one color for shading, with very high anti-aliasing on to make it look like I actually tried.

i find it hard to use paint xD if i tried pixel art or sprites it would take me a month to make one what is only just ok. :L

I tried Roje but it ... Doesn't really look like Roje. Partly because the outfit in her ref pic is decidedly inappropriate for the courtroom so I had to change it, and partly because she was just hard to express in this style. I uh ... I actually think I'm going to do a different present. Here's the Roje anyway, though.
