I don't really know about Decius in terms of where he would want to go. He would either stay with Nia in order to protect her, or go with the decoy in order to make it look like he is protecting Nia. The arc I have in mind for Decius (demon axe huehuehue) will eventually lead to him splitting from the group and going solo overall, turning into a bit of an antagonist. I might make the transformation sooner rather than later, depending on the pacing of the RP and whatnot.

That is definitely ok, but remember that if you’re dropping the old man you’ll have to plan for what he’s doing. He’ll become part of the world with his corpse business and medical practices. Simply have what he’s been doing in mind in case anything happens so that he’d be relevant again. Or he could stick with us. Your character, your decisions.
