I've been wanting to do that dead horse scene since we got to the hatch, but a good opportunity hadn't presented itself until now. If anyone wants to have their character witness Raimi's emotional moment, you could have them secretly follow her to the stable or go to check on her when she takes longer than five minutes to come out with the cart. Raimi wouldn't notice them, occupied as she is here.

Or not. Just an option, up to you. Either way, Raimi is pulling the cart out front and she'll be waiting there for everyone, assuming they haven't all gathered outside already while this was happening and are waiting (im)patiently for her.
