The year is 2022 and the united states has fallen into a downward spiral. Many cities host events and Games to make money and keep the economy strong. The City of L.A. has chosen a certain game. In this game five selected Serial Killers, Mass murderess, and all about criminals are released from jail. The criminals will have a competition on who can kill the most civilians without getting caught. The person who wins is granted a get out of jail free card and a pile of cash. If the criminals leave city limits bombs tied around there ankles will explode. The Criminals are given a weapon and a randomly selected time amount. The affects of the game are televised but only after its over. The public and the Lapd (Los Angeles police Department) are unaware that the game is going on until after the game ends.
