"The frozen apocalypse has actually done well for Scorn, as she was born albino and now feels like she fits in a bit better with the driven white landscape. Very few people know this fact, and most are doctors or medics."

Could the last part of that be explained to me please?

I don't get it either. No logical sense.

It's a psychological factor. Albinism is a rare trait, often leaving people, as with most things divergent from the norm, feeling excluded or isolated from most people on some level or another.

To expound upon that, the subfreezing temperatures would cause much snowfall leaving animals outside of the domes to have to adapt, many of them more than likely taking on white hues to adapt to the new climate and adjust to their natural camouflage. This now happening, everything is becoming white, and now that she's regularly running the wastes as opposed to before when she stayed under the domes she's come to feel like she, as another stark white creature, has found a natural place in the world.

In other words, there's an underlying psychological issue of displacement that subverts what seems logical and replaces it with its own form of understanding.

Hmm, insofar I'm imagining that Scorn has spent much of her time largely sneaking through the city with her own plans, but I'm trying to finalise what they'd be.

I mean, tracking Frank or defending Hush and the twins could be fun, though it's take some work to figure out how I'd play her ability to defend against Frank's overwatch. Then again running across Branislav or the Outcasts would be an interesting stand off given her masque and pseudo reputation. Or she could fight to protect the city alone.

-.-

Decisions decisions.

Wow, I really have been staring at those dates for so long to try and make everything fit, that I seem to have gotten almost everything wrong. Only now do I realise that the Wolfpack is only 13 years old, instead of 113. That changes some things :P

@Veirrianna Valentine It's all possible :) Right now HoneyBear and me are working on a (not so) little colab post for their meeting, but if you do descide to go after Frank (A confrontation with another member of the Wolfpack from that time would be interesting, even if she doesn't want to stop him) you should realise that he's going after all of Wolfpack, not just Hush and the twins. That said, it would all depend on the reason your character left the Wolfpack in the first place to start thinking whether or not she and Frank could look eye to eye.

The Outcasts don't have a lot of resistance right now (unless of course Wolfpack decides to start meddling), so going after them also brings a new dimension to the story. They would probably have heard about your reputation :)

Looking forward to whatever's going to happen :D

I already told you how Hush became leader Obi, Hush founded it when he was 22 years of age. Also like I said before - Frank would've been part of the original 6.

Hmm, my memory must be keeping out on me. You're right, I do remember you saying that. I just hadn't made the connection yet that the Skehan that founded the Wolfpack was the same one as your character :)

Probably due to the confusion I had with the time the Wolfpack was founded as well. My goodness I've been confused about a lot of very clear and obvious things.

Ok, I'm back now. Prepared to make complete misunderstandings about simple things again in the near future ('OoO')

Haha, good to have you semi on-track.

See, and I left it ambiguous on whether or not Scorn had been a part of the Pack for that exact reason. I have a couple different choices depepnding on what I want to do with the character too.

Besides, even not being a aprt of the Pack, having people believe that you are or were is a powerful gesture.

As for the Outcasts, even if she was moving to aid them, the aforementioned belief that she is or was possibly Wolfpack would add an interesting take on how they respond to her.

Just throwing this in there, you tagged two people (Penance and Genieva Von Bubbles) who left the role play, and forgot to tag me, who's soldiers your killing (Branislav) :P

Also, the Outcasts weren't the ones who made the initial hole in the roof of the Dome, though your character might not know that so that would make sense. The initial hole in the dome was a collapse of the roof. Though we did make a hole in the side with an Rocket launcher, there are only ten outcast soldiers who are heavily armed (no radio specialists, just infiltrators.) And are all in one group killing anyone in sight.

I don't have a problem with your post or you killing the soldiers, I just wanted to let you know so your further posts make more sense with the ones I'm making and what's actually going on in the role play. :)

I'd meant to tag you, I was just a bit rushed to get the post out due to real world goings ons. Also I wasn't aware they'd left either. From what I'd managed to gather reading , the outcasts had broken in and called for reinforcements upon doing so.

Whoops, I misunderstood that as well. I thought you had multiple small groups rampaging at will. Sorry for killing half your squad!

Sorry everybody. I had planned to post today anyway, my first day off in forever. Hope I didn't miss much.
That's something else you've missed, me messing up just about every detail I'm trying to get right in the past week or so (-n-)
