"Yes indeed. We're going to play tug of war."

"Oh, fun!" shouts Simon.

"Now then, I want you to take over his mind, and then I'll tell you how we'll be playing, alright?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Ok Mommy" Her eyes glowed blue and she tried to hijack his mind.

 

[JessieSune]

He's not expecting it, so it only takes a moment before he's under Danielle's control again. It seems like his mind has gotten a little larger -- if not stronger.

"Now go make him stand on that line that I've scratched onto the floor, alright?" Balaa gestures.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Ok" the Pichu replies, and walks towards the line.

 

[JessieSune]

"Okay, now, I'm going to try to make him walk to the other side of it. You have to keep him on your side, okay?"

Sure enough, he starts to shake a bit -- and your grip loosens.

 

[AmethystRoze]

Her eyes began to strain a little as she struggled to regain control

 

[JessieSune]

Simon begins to walk to Danielle's side. Seeing this, Balaa intensifies her gaze, causing Simon to wobble again.

"Fight, Danielle! Fight like it's a battle for your mind!"

 

[AmethystRoze]

She did, mommies words slightly frightening her she tried as hard as she could.

 

[JessieSune]

This time Simon practically dashes to one side of the line -- Balaa pulls -- the Vulpix can feel the opposing will trying to control Pichu's brain, but by holding fast she's able to make him hold still.

"Ungh...you are very strong, dear..."

Balaa strains, seemingly surprised.

Danielle thought she was faking it to make her feel better, Mommy was way to strong for her to be trying hard, but she still strained not able to talk physically or mentally because of her focus

 

[JessieSune]

And then it happens. With a gasp Balaa lets go, causing Simon to flop onto your side of the line.

"That was...incredible, Danielle!"

 

[AmethystRoze]

She opened her eyes. I..i won.... Mommy must've let me win. She thought, but even still she overjoyed and jumped around a little before she collapsed, she hadn't realized how much of a strain it put on her body as well as her mind.

 

[JessieSune]

Still gasping some, Balaa walks over and begins to lick her daughter's mane.

"Nicely done, sweetheart. I did not know you were so strong! We will practice again later, but for now... we should both rest."

Simon looks at the two tired Pokemon, confused about how they could look so sleepy.

"Are you both alright?" There's obvious concern in his voice.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Yeah we're fine we just both have a case of the sleepies" she said before yawning, her eyelids felt kind of heavy.

 

[JessieSune]

Simon doesn't protest, but the look in his eye shows some

 

[JessieSune]

Confusion.

"Can I help you with anything?"

"You've been very useful, Simon," says Balaa. "Come and rest."

And with that she wraps the smaller Pokemon back up again.

 

[AmethystRoze]

Her mothers blankets filled her with warmth and she yawned again.She falls asleep rather quickly not having any time to probe around Simons brain.

 

[JessieSune]

Simon, meanwhile, thinks for a bit.

"It seems like things have changed since I joined this family. I think they still love me, but...I never know what's going on. I wish I was smarter...then I could keep up and be a better friend! I need to train but...z...."

Balaa begins to doze.

The vulpix, though she was still sleeping, seemed to stir and nuzzle the tails, and at Simon.

 

[JessieSune]

They make an unusual trio, not that any passersby would be able to notice. Balaa has the front entrance disguised.

The next day rolls through and Danielle wakes to see Balaa looking very excited.

"Big day, sweetheart. I think your training has done a good deal of good -- so I'm giving you a very hard challenge."

Simon looks excited, though confused.

Danielle was extatic she bounced a little where she stood, though she was still a little sleepy. "What kind of challenge?"

 

[JessieSune]

"Me." Balaa says with a proud nod. It doesn't take telepathy to see what she means.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"You mean... you want me too control you?" She asked not out of fear, but out of utter disbelief how could she control mommy?

 

[JessieSune]

"I want you to try. I want you to try to take completely over my mind. I'm going to resist, so you'll need to try very hard."

Simon is flabbergasted, but cheers on his friend."Go, Danielle! You can do it!"

She closed her eyes and a blue glow could be seen underneath the lids, as she tried to enter her moms mind.
