Ezra laughed a little. "It was nice meeting you Grace. I have to go. Number?"

"I play basketball and I play baseball. Occasionally, football as well. I like to keep busy." Ezra said, half smiling at her.

Ezra thought for a second, "What do you like to do?" He said, trying to make conversation.

Ezra nodded. "Oh. When my older sister left for college I was like that too. I remember I hid her luggage so she wouldn't go. I was like, 8 and the most annoying kid ever." He smiled at the memory.

Ezra nodded. He noticed that she looked sad. "Hey, are you ok? Did I say something?"

Ezra nodded. "Oh, okay. He looks familiar, does he go to Kellogg High?"

"I'm going to be a senior in the fall, I just turned 18 a few days ago." He looked where she was just looking at then back at Grace.

Ezra shrugged. "Its pretty big school, I've probably seen you. What grade are you in?" Austyn walked into the cafe and up to the counter.

"I go to the high school a few blocks from here." He notices a guy looking over and waved slightly.

Ezra nodded. "Yeah, I live about a block from the cafe." He ran his finger through his hair.

Ezra looked down then back at her. "So, are you from around here?"

Ezra half smiled. "Thank you, Grace. You're very pretty." He blushed when he realized he said that.

"Thats a pretty name. I'm Ezra." He smiled at her and looked at her.

Ezra looked up and smiled. "Sure. I'm not expecting anyone."

Austyn raised an eyebrow. "Toots? Seriously? I was saying, I'm not temporary. I will be included in council affairs if I need to be." She glared at him then turned on her phone.

Austyn rolled her eyes and sat down. She definitely wasn't going to listen to him. If she wanted to include herself in the Council affairs then she will. She looked at Juno and chuckled. "I'm not temporary."

Ezra walked into the cafe and sat down. He ran his hand through his hair and drank water. Austyn continued to walk Cassie.

Austyn looked up and smiled. "It's fine. I'm Austyn."
