Hello, there.

I'm quite new to this website, as I am 21 years old, but I'm glad to be here. I am a novella roleplayer, meaning I am detailed and I write a lot of paragraphs, and where I have roughly 9+ years under my belt. I have an overactive imagination and writing, or roleplaying, helps me express my creativity to those who wish to read what I put down on paper. Currently, I cannot roleplay, since I’m focused on writing my book/fanfic, so I will be lurking around.

I suppose the genres that I find the most pleasing to me have to be adventure, romance (especially slow burn), fantasy, sci-fi, and just that slight sprinkle of horror. I’m currently only interested in the Lego Monkie Kid fandom, since I have been on the brainrot train for quite some time with watching the series, but also reading “The Journey to the West.” I’ll be happy to ramble about my OC all day long!

Outside of roleplay, I’m a sucker for sports. Anything to do with golfing or swimming, and I’m your gal! I also have a huge love for reading, and I do sketching in my spare time, too. I joined this site out of curiosity, seeing as there quite a few people here. But, If you ever wanna talk, I’m here!

Hello, I'm Ash or Alien, you can call me either. I'm new to this site specifically but I've been rping for maybe 2 to 3 years now. I can do most genres of role-playing except pure romance. Not generally open to 1 x1 rps unless you have like a really good idea for one. I do draw my own characters sometimes but if I don't feel like it I will use a character maker. Uhhhhhh yeah that's it

Hello everyone! I've been roleplaying since 2017, so I’d consider myself quite experienced at this point. I enjoy exploring a wide variety of settings and genres, though my favorites often depend on the game or show I’m currently invested in. I'm a big of Final Fantasy (especially FF7/FFVII) so if anybody is out there who would like to roleplay with me, let me know by sending me a message. Oh, I'm also a fan of other videogames and animes like AoT, Demon Slayer, Bleach, MHA, JJK and such!

Outside of roleplaying, I’m a bit limited on hobbies due to my university/college schedule. However, when I do have free time, I love spending it roleplaying, gaming, or simply browsing social media to unwind and catch up on things.

I decided to join RpNation because I’ve heard it’s a great community for connecting with fellow roleplayers and expanding my creative horizons. I’m excited to meet others who share the same passion for storytelling and character development as I do!

Some of my interests are anime (MHA, FMA, and Demon Slayer, just to name a few!), Cartoons (The Owl House, Adventure Time, literally anything either on disney or Cartoon Network is what I am getting at here, haha!), Games (Literally anything, with some more!

I don't quite know what to exactly say or put here, even with the prompts i'm a little confuzzled! Oh well!!

some information on me; my name is Onyx! I'm a 20 yr old, cis female, she/her, pretty lax on everything! I love talking OOC and making pinterest boards, playlists, jokes, and plotting! I make some of the best friendships through roleplaying and would love to keep that going! Having a connection outside of the roleplay is a huge thing for me, makes me feel as if I can naturally flow with the roleplay if im comfortable talking about plots!

I've been roleplaying since I was about eight or nine years old? I didn't start third-person roleplaying until i was twelve though, but I have been writing fanfiction and making up characters since around eight or nine! So a solid ten-ish years under my belt of writing/roleplaying! I joined the site just because none of my ads on Tumblr were going anywhere, i'm a huge OCxCC double up fan and not a lot of people are looking for that! Which is 100% fine, i'm not gonna force someone to roleplay something they dont wanna do or feel comfortable with!

That being said, yes! I primarily only do OCxCC double ups, along with this I try to do most of my roleplays on Discord just so i can organize them better in a server! I totally get not everyone is comfy with the idea of moving sites, so it's never a must-need on the list! If we can have a good roleplay here, then lets have a good roleplay here!

I have various fandoms i'm in! loads of them are anime/manga related, so i'll be posting the list soon! Each fandom most likely has an OC already set up or one in the progress of being finished!!

I enjoy writing and also collaborative writing. I used to roleplay a bit more often, but not I don't do so much nowadays, but I suddenly felt that I really want to get back into it, even if a little bit, so here I am. decided to pick a forum since I'm looking for something more post-by-post
I usually enjoy non-fandom stuff, since I don't consider myself to be a part of any. but I might try something out.

  • Your experience with roleplay writing and how long you have been roleplaying writing.
    • Roleplaying to me has always been about a fun writing hobby that involves more than just yourself, otherwise I'd just be writing my own characters, shorts, and stories. Which isn't at all a bad thing, but it can be said that you can learn and have as much fun with others. I have been off and on with writing as a whole since my first creative writing lesson. I have half eaten drafts scattered between notebooks and word docs, and I have probably lost access to many. C'est la vie. There's probably some cringey stories on a forgotten Wattpad account somewhere!
  • What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings.
    • Seldom can I remain engaged in the purely realistic (nonfictional) genre. I need some flavor of fantasy, fictional, whimsical, science-project, outer space, elemental, anime-spoof-off -okay, you get the point. I will say that while I have always had an interest in dabbling in "what if I was in this anime/book world?" it tends to burn itself out in time if there's nothing original to it. I like a melting pot of things usually more than I like any one thing, but my prime picks are going to be characterisation & development, imagery and descriptive writing, humor and tension. I love making little info-bits about characters.
  • What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby.
    • Playing games; not everything keeps me entertained so I can find myself playing something from a few days to a couple of months. I also find myself watching video game and D&D content (examples being Legends of Avantaris or Critical Role). Sleeping, sleeping as an adult is so much fun you guys I swear- I just sat here wondering why I couldn't remove a line of text (I was in preview mode).
  • Why you decided to join RpNation.
    • One of the many roleplaying sites that popped up, I think I chose this one because of the fancy emblem. Yes, I am a sucker for fancy emblems. I hope the energy and atmosphere will be a fit for me.
  • Write about your pet (if you have one).
    • I just got 2 kittens whose names I still can't decide on. I like to tell myself I have plenty of time to decide.
  • Or for something silly, two truths and a lie.
    • I have dined in Canada, the States, and France. One of these is a lie!

Oh, I should do this! Hey there! I honestly find introductions quite hard, so I'm just gonna try my best. My name's Link, or you can call me Lawliet, I really don't mind at all. I'm in my early 20s, and my pronouns are he/him. Ooh, I also have autism, which may explain more than it should in context, lol. I used to write a lot more than I do now, and casually roleplay from time to time, but wanted to get a little more serious about it as a hobby, so here I am.
