When browsing this site from my phone for the past couple days I find myself unable to use any of the formatting tools. They're there but blurred out and I can't press any of them.

Answered Is something up with the toolbar in the text field of this site right now?

This isn't a bug, more like a not very obvious feature.
Above the text field look for 3 dots.
When you press them, a few buttons will appear, one of them looks like [ ]
Press it, and the text editor will be enabled.
It's to switch between text editor and code editor.
