Hi, Everyone my name is Tanner aka Blue I'm 31, from Fort Worth Texas, been role-playing for a little over 16 years since the good old days of Gaia. My favorite genres of RP are a mix of Horror, action and psychological thriller. Along with my wife and friend group we've built a wonderful universe with unique characters. Outside of RP I enjoy painting miniatures, building model kits and music.

I love to RP. I have been writing for years (12+), but had a take a few years off due to life throwing me a few curve balls. I have been through several RP neighborhoods but still looking for somewhere to really call home. The characters I write range from OCs, Canon Anime and Celebrities. I get in particular niches and stay for a while because I love to get thoroughly immersed in character development and world building. I hope to get the opportunity here, and perhaps find my first group roleplay to join.

some information on me; my name is Onyx! I'm a 20 yr old, cis female, she/her, pretty lax on everything! I love talking OOC and making pinterest boards, playlists, jokes, and plotting! I make some of the best friendships through roleplaying and would love to keep that going! Having a connection outside of the roleplay is a huge thing for me, makes me feel as if I can naturally flow with the roleplay if im comfortable talking about plots!

I've been roleplaying since I was about eight or nine years old? I didn't start third-person roleplaying until i was twelve though, but I have been writing fanfiction and making up characters since around eight or nine! So a solid ten-ish years under my belt of writing/roleplaying! I joined the site just because none of my ads on Tumblr were going anywhere, i'm a huge OCxCC double up fan and not a lot of people are looking for that! Which is 100% fine, i'm not gonna force someone to roleplay something they dont wanna do or feel comfortable with!

That being said, yes! I primarily only do OCxCC double ups, along with this I try to do most of my roleplays on Discord just so i can organize them better in a server! I totally get not everyone is comfy with the idea of moving sites, so it's never a must-need on the list! If we can have a good roleplay here, then lets have a good roleplay here!

I have various fandoms i'm in! loads of them are anime/manga related, so i'll be posting the list soon! Each fandom most likely has an OC already set up or one in the progress of being finished!!

• Your experience with roleplay writing and how long you have been roleplaying writing.
  • Roleplaying to me has always been about a fun writing hobby that involves more than just yourself, otherwise I'd just be writing my own characters, shorts, and stories. Which isn't at all a bad thing, but it can be said that you can learn and have as much fun with others. I have been off and on with writing as a whole since my first creative writing lesson. I have half eaten drafts scattered between notebooks and word docs, and I have probably lost access to many. C'est la vie. There's probably some cringey stories on a forgotten Wattpad account somewhere!
• What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings.
  • Seldom can I remain engaged in the purely realistic (nonfictional) genre. I need some flavor of fantasy, fictional, whimsical, science-project, outer space, elemental, anime-spoof-off -okay, you get the point. I will say that while I have always had an interest in dabbling in "what if I was in this anime/book world?" it tends to burn itself out in time if there's nothing original to it. I like a melting pot of things usually more than I like any one thing, but my prime picks are going to be characterisation & development, imagery and descriptive writing, humor and tension. I love making little info-bits about characters.
• What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby.
  • Playing games; not everything keeps me entertained so I can find myself playing something from a few days to a couple of months. I also find myself watching video game and D&D content (examples being Legends of Avantaris or Critical Role). Sleeping, sleeping as an adult is so much fun you guys I swear- I just sat here wondering why I couldn't remove a line of text (I was in preview mode).
• Why you decided to join RpNation.
  • One of the many roleplaying sites that popped up, I think I chose this one because of the fancy emblem. Yes, I am a sucker for fancy emblems. I hope the energy and atmosphere will be a fit for me.
• Write about your pet (if you have one).
  • I just got 2 kittens whose names I still can't decide on. I like to tell myself I have plenty of time to decide.
• Or for something silly, two truths and a lie.
  • I have dined in Canada, the States, and France. One of these is a lie!
