hi! i'm vixen. I'm not sure if this website is still active but here I am trying it again anyway.
i've roleplayed since I was about 7, although i'm still improving and having set backs in my writing. i'm usually more into lore based stories but i'm down for anything as long as you don't cross my boundaries (which can be discussed before starting a roleplay). Imy main style is literate, however I always try to match your style too!
outside of rp, I'm a huge music enjoyer. I have a wide variety I taste stretching from pop to opera. I happen to write my own music as well. I play guitar, drums, bass, and flute in my high school marching band. I like drawing and playing video games, and I have a huge hyperfixtion on teenage mutant ninja turtles, especially Donnie.

My name is Starry, I’m a pretty long time rp’er (been doing it for about 2 or 3 years now), and I’m currently super big into the Project Moon franchise! Lots of fun characters and settings, so I’ve really been looking for someone else interested in them to try some stuff out with! Hey! I'm jeebie. I'm new to roleplay forums, but not to roleplaying itself.
I've been roleplaying for about 10 years now. My primary interests in roleplay are fantasy, adventure, and drama/angst, and I love creating and reading about Original Characters. Recently (within the past 2 years), I've embarked some on creating my own universe to do roleplays in.
I get a lot of inspiration from poetry from the romantic era, fantasy JRPGs, gothic literature, and nature.
Outside of roleplay my hobbies include ball-jointed doll appreciation, literary criticism, and olympic weightlifting.

Hi everyone! I'm Ven, and I've been writing for a bit now, probably since I was about 13. I've only found myself getting better, and roleplay has actually gotten me even more interested in writing for real! I am 19 for reference. I love post-apocalyptic settings, which is definitely why Fallout is a series that will always catch my eyes. Alongside that, I really enjoy fantasy, but more specifically D&D/D&D adjacent type plots and settings (I'm sorry to the D&D nerds, I don't really care to be fully accurate as long as the universe is interesting). I also love to incorporate exploration, horror, and/or romance into these plots! I think it really can set up for a good universe.
Aside from roleplay, I really like gaming, music, and walking! I'm in college, but when I'm not doing schoolwork or at work, I'm doing one of these three things.
I couldn't find any other good roleplay areas, so I'm here!

You can call me Lani! I’ve been roleplaying for… oh, gosh, about 17-ish years now. I’m hitting 31 in just a few days and still remember when I started to roleplay in highschool! It continues to be one of my favorite hobbies.


Other than writing, my other main hobbies are reading, playing video games, and thrifting for retro toys! I’m dabbling in the ‘toy repair’ field, but I still have a lot to learn.


I’m lit/paragraph/novella style (the name for it keeps changing, doesn’t it?), but I try to prioritize quality over quantity. So long as the story is flowing and replies are a joy to read, I don’t stress over length. I write original content mostly while being interested in a handful of fandoms. Right now, my main focus is Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles / ROTTMNT! It’s surprisingly hard to find other adults to roleplay with in this fandom.

Hello I'm Lyca. I have another account here but I'm planning to migrate everything to this one (everything being characters and other important stuff in my workshop). It's an attempt to separate personal from my writing/hobbies.

I'm enjoying Genshin impact again with a hydro, dendro, pyro team. But I'm still so far behind from the current content. What is your experience with roleplay, and how long you have been roleplaying?

I have a few years of experience with roleplaying, doing it on Discord for a while. I have been doing it since 2019-2020 (since the pandemic) and I normally use that with my writing. Since 2019-2020, I have roleplayed Marvel and then the list of fandoms (or movies/shows I decided to watch) have grown since then.

What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings?

The interests I have whilst roleplaying is mostly with fandoms, like Doctor Who, Marvel, Harry Potter and other very niche fandoms. Other than that, I sometimes do other genres (outside of fandoms) like romance, fantasy and all that. But that's because I have a few original characters that are not affiliated with any fandoms, or ones that can be used in other roleplays like that.

What interests you have outside of roleplay?

Other than roleplaying, I love writing stories about things that interest me, especially reading other books like romance, fantasy and genres that are out of my comfort zone, like thrillers and horror. Besides writing, I also like playing various video games (on Playstation as I'm currently upgrading my laptop to play games and stuff like that), cosplaying as different characters that I like, and making edits for my TikTok followers!

Why you decided to join RpNation?

I did join RpNation a while back, but I have been dealing with mental health issues. Also, I've been mainly roleplaying on Discord, so I decided to join back on here!

Hello! Please call me Moon/Moonie. You can call me Nev/Nevy only if we’re close! I’m a 19-year-old cisgender woman, and I use she/they pronouns. I’m African American, with English as my first language, and I’m trying to work on learning more Spanish.
I started roleplaying in 2022, so I have about 3 years of experience. It’s been a while since I’ve roleplayed with another person, so I’ve been practicing with AI chatbots to improve my vocabulary and skills. I consider myself semi-literate, typically writing 2 to 3 paragraphs. I also tend to adapt to my partner’s style, so if you write longer replies, I’ll do my best to match that. I prefer to roleplay with people that are 18+ because I don’t feel comfortable roleplaying with minors.
I mostly enjoy roleplaying with LGBTQ+ themes, especially WLW and MLM romance. However, I’m open to exploring new genres. I’ve tried slice of life, action, drama, and comedy in the past. If I’m interested in the genre you want to roleplay, we’re good to go! I don’t have a strong preference for settings, as long as they fit what we’re trying to write.
Outside of roleplaying, I’m working on getting back into hobbies I used to enjoy. I used to draw my fictional OCs and practice realism, and I also did a lot of journaling. I still play video games often and listen to music almost non-stop on Spotify—I don’t stick to one genre, just whatever sounds good to me. I’m also a huge anime fan, so many of my roleplays may revolve around that.
As for fandoms, I prefer anime-based roleplays. I’ve mostly done roleplays for Danganronpa, Obey Me!, and Demon Slayer (though not as much lately). I haven’t roleplayed for The Last of Us yet, but I started playing the game last year and really loved it, so I’m definitely interested in trying that. I’m also open to roleplays for other anime-related fandoms I’m familiar with. I’m also open to using OCs for roleplay if fandoms aren’t your thing, but they should be created in an anime-inspired art style; it’s just my preference.
Honestly, I joined because I’m bored and alone. I’m hoping to find people who share my interests, and maybe even make some friends. We can be just roleplay buddies or more, depending on how things go. I’ve been struggling to find people to talk to, so I’m hoping this community will help.
I’m a huge cat lover—cats have been my comfort animals my whole life, and I adore them. I have three cats: two females and one male. Two are adults, and one is a senior. If you love cats too, then I already like you! I care about dogs, but they’re not my favorite. That said, I still respect dog lovers. Besides cats and dogs, I also have a female red-eared slider turtle and a lot of fish!
