Zombie Apocoloypse Survival

"Temporary Home by Carrie Underwood." Alexandria said, her stomach growling loudly. " I think we should start moving. We don't want to be in one place for to long."

Jason knew Alexandria was right. "We should get something to eat, first." Jason was also hungry.

"Mhm. I'll go see if there's anything I can makeshift cook." Alexandria searched, finding batter, butter, and eggs, making pancakes over a gentle fire.

Jason sat up on the couch and stretched. He looked out the window and saw very few zombies on the street now. He leaned against the wall and watched Alexandria cook.

Alexandria draped the blanket over her shoulders, going to find some plates and silverware. She pulled some from a cabinet and put the small yet large pancakes on the plates and gave them to Jason

Jason thanked her for the plates and began to eat. He would occasionally glance over at Alexandria and smile.

Jason smiled even more when Alexandria giggled. He finished eating and took another look out the window, planning their move.

The only thing Jason couldn't decide was where to go. He had just found this place. "You know where we should go?" he asked Alexandria.

"Sounds good." Then Jason had an idea. Though, he was having second thoughts about it. "How good are you with heights?"

Jason grinned at the situation when he turned around and saw Alexandria raising an eyebrow. He had to keep from cracking up. "I honestly think traveling by roof is our safest option."

Jason grinned even wider. He always did love to think of himself as deranged. "Well, I'm asking you which one sounds better. The zombies or heights?"

Jason laughed. "If you say so," he said. He walked over to the metal pipe he had used to wack the zombie last night. "I'm not leaving without my pipe." Jason grinned.

Alexa shook her head, "You are a silly, silly boy. We'll take the roofs, it'll be safer camping and not as many zombies," Alexa said, offering the idea.

"Mhm," Jason agreed, walking over to the window to open it. There was a fire escape outside. "After you." He gestured to the open window.

Alexa of course didn't tend on going first but did so anyways. She didn't want to look like a total wimp in front of him.. Or maybe she did. She shook the thought and began climbing up the ladder

Jason followed her, just then beginning to wonder if there may have been another person who thought about using the roof. Once they finally reached the top, Jason was pleased to see noone up there.

Jason looked around. He had never actually done this before. He was pretty excited, though. "Which way is the hotel?" he asked.
