Zombie Apocoloypse Survival

Jason stared at the thing, memories flooding in. It reminded him of... he couldn't think about it now. He looked at Alexandria throwing up out the window. He felt sorry for her. She didn't take this as well as he had. He dropped the metal pipe and leaned against the wall. He slid down onto the floor and ran his hands through his messy dark hair.
"That thing is disgusting," Alexandria said, having washed out her mouth and junk. She shuttered, pulling her knees to her chest. She had seen worse, but it looked like when her parents were turned, she couldn't help but get that feeling in her gut.

Jason got up and sat down beside her. He put his hand on her shoulder. He didn't know what else to do. They had both seen messed up stuff since this started. He promised himself he wouldn't give up. It was proving to be easier said than done.

The question triggered even more memories. He shook it off and looked at the body for a second."I was thinking about throwing it out the window. What do you think?"

"Sounds fine." Alexandria said, standinging up and getting ready to move it. She shuttered as they picked it up and threw it out, shaking the steel away for her

Jason didn't feel any better about picking it up. He cringed at the sound of it hitting the ground. It reminded him even more of his past. He was about to collapse if he thought about it one more time. He looked over at Alexandria. "You okay?"

Alexandria could only nod, shuttering at the smell." Now would be a good time for Lysol to appear." Alexandria said, holding her nose to keep the smell out.

Jason laughed at this note. Then he realized he hadn't tooken the time to smell anything. He sniffed and then recoiled back, pinching his nose. "My god, you're right!"

Alexandria laughed and giggled, looking for air freshener bottles around the small apartment building. She couldn't help but start to become hungry,

Jason was starting to get hungry, too. He looked for something in the apartment's pantry and found some canned goods. Jason called to Alexandria, "We have some canned food in here if you want something!" He grabbed a can and began opening it with his knife.

Alexandria smelled the food and called back a okay. She found air freshners and sprayed it every where she could to make it smell better.mshe walked back to him once it did.

Jason smiled at Alexandria once she had sprayed the freshener everywhere. "Good to know the smell is covered." He continued finishing his food and looked out the window. The crowd of zombies had gotten a bit more spread out.

Jason chuckled at the comment. "Yeah, they're definitely as dangerous as they are dumb, though." He sat on the worn out couch, which seemed to be one of the few pieces of furniture in the apartment. He stared at the ceiling. He never thought he'd still be alive.

Alexandria smiled and looked around for drinks, pouring them both some. " I thought I'd die out there, what about you?" She asked, sitting next to him with drinks in her hand

Jason thanked her for the drink and took a sip. "I didn't think I would have made it long enough to see at least one more living person. You're the first I've seen after the break out."

"Same here." Alexandria shuttered." It's like the Walking Dead came true for us huh?" She leaned against him gently, being cold and freezing from the apartment having no heat

"Yeah, it is." He seemed to be getting a little cold, as well. He looked around the apartment and brought back some blankets. He wrapped Alexandria in a blanket and sat back down beside her. "So tell me, where did you happen to be when this all started?"

"Hmm.. I think I was at home. I was sleeping when I heard a scream and my mom was yelling but when I walked out my dad was turning my mom. I grabbed a gun and took off without another word. What about you?" Alexandria asked as she snuggled deep into the blanket

The question seemed to hit him hard. "I've actually always been on the run. I was at a gas station one day and ran into someone similar to you. I let her into my life and she tried to eat me." He shuddered at the memory.

"I promise I will not eat you." Alexandria giggled gently, snuggling into the blanket. Rain began patting down outside, turning into a thunderstorm, making her jump and bury her face into the blankets. She hated storms, you could tell.

Jason chuckled. "That's good to hear." He heard the thunder rumble and rain. He chuckled seeing Alexandria burrow into her blankets. He actually thought she looked cute this way. He closed the window and sat back down beside her.

Alexa had fallen onto her side, being cold and having not liked the sounds of the storm. Sure she liked rain, but man did she hate thunderstorms. She had hated them ever since she was a little girl. She relaxed and sighed, shaking a bit

Jason noticed that Alexandria was shaking. "Are you okay?" He inched a little closer to her. He was a bit worried about her. He gently put his hand on her shoulder.

" I don't like storms. THe sound scares me." She said softly and looked at him, peeking over the blanket. "I know I'm action like a child don't rub it in." Alexandria said, burying her face again as a strike of lightning shot and light bounces in the room
