Y’all I just. Today is my first day off in so long. Like, the small law consultancy place where my sister makes double what I do is closing so they are paying her to have the rest of the summer off even though she was leaving after the summer due to transferring colleges and my brother, who also makes more than me, works two tens a week and has the rest of the time off. Meanwhile I just worked six days last week and, despite having worked since January, have barely made enough to cover my housing at school this fall in my bank account. Life be rough y’all, and then here are you lovely people with your quick updates and amazing characters and incredibly creative stories. You guys are saving me.

Also, this is an apology for being slow getting back to everyone. I was Dead yesterday and I really appreciate the understanding. How are you all doing now that summer is in high gear?

you're cool! i get how stressful that is, i was in between jobs and had to work so much to cover bills, while also still being in school- don't feel rushed to post!

my summer is going pretty well! gotta orient some freshmen into band, so thats gonna be fun- aside from that, it's mostly working while waiting for my car to come out of the shop (some drunk girl crashed into it in the middle of the night a few weeks ago)
