And thats just the introduction to the Operation

This is what I got from the code, which appears to be a single shift in the alphabet (even though one of the letters doesn't appear to have been done correctly)

Im not so much as a Monarch as whoever is smart wins.

Okay, sure, but, of the other nations in the NPP, at least three are actual or effective monarchic empires.

These alliances make no sense politically. I guess from a military standpoint Roma has incentive to pay lip service to their neighbors to avoid a war, but if they're riled up about the AAI all the way on the other side of the world that seems inconsistent.

Only because the "Republic" of Rome is about to become the "Empire" of Rome

You weren't exactly subtle about that fact, hence the 'three'.

And Communists aren't exactly fond of Imperialists and Monarchies either, mostly on account of Communism ultimately being an evolution of the ideals of the French Revolution that me and Addy have shamelessly parodied. If anything Camdoba should be a bigger enemy to you on account of being just a short hop across a relatively small stretch a water.

Yeah. It's times like these when we must realize that...

this is what happens when people who aren't historians or politicians play video games...

the only thing that makes sense is not dying.

Also, anyone who's playing a Monarchy whose leader doesn't have some incredibly pompous and long-winded formal title is doing it wrong.

so just going off the base...
Binary bytes, converting that to decimal would be the first step proooobably.

2+16+32+64+128=224

After that i got a hunch but considerin i just woke up fuck me actually bothering.

Deception doesn't need fancy codes honestly... the easiest deception is one flaunted right in front of everyone.

The best way to lie to someone is to lie so obviously and ridiculously that they've no choice to but to accept that you can't possibly by that bad at lying and therefore must be telling the truth.

But hey, i'm not communist, really. Closer to a more liberal version of it, with an open market.
