Gaius Danius Griinia From what I gathered earlier, you claimed to want a wish that enforced a magical and more scientific way of life. Am I right? Maybe something simpler would be he has a magical ability, or something of the sort.

Or he simply has the power to enforce these things, but it is determined in the roleplay. Either way.
