She swallows hard at the mention of her parents. She has no idea where her father was even in her world, and recently even her prayers to Hecate go unanswered. She’s frankly rather terrified about if they’re alright or not. She gives a forced smile, trying to hold up her mask of everything being alright. “Oh, I’m sure they’re around somewhere.” She says vaguely, getting to her feet.
“Thank you all so much for taking care of me… I hope I see you again.” She murmurs, bowing her head politely. She can’t stay. She can never stay, and it hurts.
