June
She was taken a back by her hand touching her chin. Then, she felt her lips. She didn’t know what to do at first until she felt the warmth. Then, she closed her eyes found herself letting this warmth consume her. She was the fire she felt after walking in the rain for so long. She opened her eyes when she pulled away.

She didn’t know to what to do or say. She was stuck in place with her mind only wanting one thing. She reached out and grabbed her shoulder pulling her back in. She tilted her head and kissed her back. Mason may have been her first kiss, but this one she reached out and did it herself. She wrapped her arms around her, forgetting about where they were for the moment as she was falling. It felt like she was running through a fog in her mind, but the fog kissed and carcassed her. It was so gentle.

It reminded her of Mason.

She aburtly pulled back as that thought bulldozed its way through. Her breath was ragged as she stepped away from her. She looked around the dressing room as if she saw it for the first time. Then her eyes fell on Raven. Tears broke through. “I... I’m so sorry...” Was all she could muster before she covered her face. “I can’t believe what we just did.”

'oh shit' She had left the changing room, and looked through the tiny crack between the door and the wall. Her and her nosy self had seen way more than she ever wanted to. What was she supposed to do with this, she couldn't keep this from Mason. She ran out of there as fast as she could, she didn't want to be caught look into occupied dressing rooms. Leaving Melody behind buying her dress and getting the hell out of the mall. I guess being stuck at the mall with classmates wasn't so bad.....

Raven
2dcb9f2c-277c-4cce-9dd1-9cda38df4089-gif.525401

Raven for the first time was surprised when she was pulled into a kiss, however Raven wasn't in a position to complain about it. Wrapping her hands around her waist and pulling her closer, if it was even possible. It wasn't even a question on if Raven was glad she accepted the invite. When she pulled away suddenly, and stepped back. Raven looked at her with concern. Noticing the tears. Did i do something wrong? Confused on why she was crying. "What? no, don't be sorry." She furrowed her brows.

She couldn't believe it either, but.. probably for very different reasons. "..are you okay?" Did she regret it? Was it a mistake? The girl kisses you and you're overthinking everything. Stop. Raven doesn't do this, but then again Raven thought she didn't do actual.. feelings in general, but being around June somehow that thought got very blurry.

Grace laughed softly when Sawyer shook her head. Taking the bag and muttering a 'thank you' to the worker, and having no choice but to follow Sawyer out as she grabbed her hands. Raising a curious eyebrow when she led her to the parking lot. "Mischief?" Grace asked. Getting into the car, and throwing the bag in the backseat. Grace looked towards Sawyer disapprovingly when she mentioned a teacher. She knew where she was going with this. Grace shook her head in disbelief. As Sawyer asked her, She'd never played pranks before.. on teacher well.. that was a whole different thing altogether. Bad idea. "Sawyer.." she started.

Grace couldn't help but smile at her, despite her unwilling to do it.. but how could she say no? "Yeah, okay." She shrugged. "What's the worst that can happen?"

"Besides, it'd be our official first date, no?" Sawyer might've been a bad influence to anyone else, but Grace wasn't so sure. Everyone deserves to rebel once in a while.. right?"

June
She wanted to say something, but reality hit her fast and she couldn’t stop herself from crying. “I’m sorry.” She said again not even acknowledging Raven’s comment. She quickly walked past her opening the door and closing it behind her. She was pretty sure she ripped the dress a little in her haste. She ran out with her head held low. She didn’t want someone to look at her. She still felt stuck in that room. No matter how much she ran she was stuck in the room, looking at Raven. She stiffled a sob as she left the dress and walked out.

Back into the cold.

"Baby blue is my favorite color, you totally look amazing in it, but white just gets too dirty and washes you out." She started going through the contacts in his phone blocking Alex, then moving on to instagram and twitter. "There, deleted, blocked, like he never existed, but you'll have to do the photo. You have to promise me." She held up her pinky. "Pinky swear, no more Voldemort"

Sawyer
Sawyer grinned at Grace when she agreed to help her and pumped her fist in the sir dramatically. She jumped out of the car and ran over to Grace's side to open the door for her. Once Grace had stepped out and Sawyer had closed the door behind her she planted a kiss on Grace's lips and took off. With Grace in tow she made a beeline for the toilet paper isle and skid to a stop, her sneakers squeaking against linoleum.

"I promise we'll do something normal next time." Sawyer promised Grace as she shoved packages of toilet paper under her arms, "It's just that...he was kinda of an ass the other day. Brought you up and threatened me." She turned to Grace, now bogged down by toilet paper, "I'm sick of him." Sawyer nodded resolutely and took off back to the front of the store where she paid for her copious amounts of toilet paper much to the cashiers confusion. They were in and out in a few minutes and back in the car with a backseat stacked with Sawyer's weapon of choice.

"Thank you. I know this isn't really your style and all, so I appreciate it." Sawyer grabbed Grace's hand and intertwined them between them as she drove, "You're be great, you know?"

A surprisingly fast, probably illegal in many ways, drive later the car was parked a few doors down from an imposing bricked home. A few trees dotted the area, perfect for TPing. Sawyer turned to Grace again with questioning eyes.

"Last chance to tell me I'm stupid."

Grace shook her head as they walked through the isle. "Normal's boring, remember?" Helping her hold packages of toilet paper, nodding when she brought up the fact that he's an ass. She furrowed her brows, he brought her up? What kind of weird teacher.. she shook it off. "Then he's gonna get payback." Grace said with a raise of her eyebrows.

Turning towards her when she thanked her, it wasn't a big deal.. I mean.. if they got caught it would be, but who cared? It'll be fun.. right? "Eh.. i'm down to do illegal things with you whenever." She said teasingly, raising the hand she held to her lips and placing a kiss.

Chuckling when they pulled up to the house, "We're stupid." She told her getting out of the car. "C'mon. I'm excited, It's my first time TP'ing a house." Grace said smiling brightly.

Raven tried to reach out to her, "June, wait-" she tried to stop her. Failing, Her hands dropping to her sides as she ran away. She leaned against the wall that June was previously up against. Hitting her head against her with a thud. Her gaze drifted over to the mirror, stupid, stupid. Shouldn't of kissed her.. She shook her head, raising her fingers to her lips. Wiping off any access lipstick that smeared. Doesn't matter if she should've or shouldn't of. Raven didn't regret it, not the in least bit. She also kissed you back, that has to count for something..

Rolling her eyes at the dress, and changed quickly. Zipping the dress off with no problem.. Yes. Raven could've done it herself.
After she was out of that pitiful dress, which reminded her of something, Raven made her way to the front desk. "Hi." She smiled charmingly, "The girl who walked out? Red-hair, pretty. Can't miss her. That.. dress she was wearing?" She said hoping he'd get the gist of it. "Oh." Was all he said.

Raven rolled her eyes, and moved her hand to gesturing for him to continue. When he continued he told her she just.. ditched the dress. Oh, come on. That isn't fair. June came here for a reason. "How much is it?" Raven asked. "180." He answered. Damn, okay. Upon seeing the dress she noticed a tear in it.. well. That was unfortunate.. for him anyway. After a bit of talking back and forth, she got the dress for a lower price. Happily paying for the dress, Raven said she wouldn't spend money on her own dress. Good thing it wasn't her own then..

Neck Pie

'Hey, Mason. What do you think?' Neck Tie twirled awkwardly in the costume.

RcdwG7P.jpg

The balloons bounced and screeched stupidly as he did his 360° spin. Neck Tie was pretty proud of his creation. He'd used up the whole roll of tape to make the lattices of the crust over the triangular pieces of cardboard. His cheeks ached from blowing up all the blue balloons by himself. The whole costume took him just a little over an hour to complete, and he did it all from the steps in front of Mason's apartment, where he was watched by a couple of passersby.

'Do you like it?' he asked. How could Mason not like it? It was done to perfection. Neck Tie's stomach growled just by looking down at his own mouthwatering costume. It didn't help that he wasted his sandwich at lunch and had been put to labour on an empty stomach.

They were now ready to make money. Mason had come back bearing boxes which contained the pies. Neck Tie bumbled alongside the older boy to where the latter had prepared the stall. Had the balloons been filled with helium he would have just floated away back to England. He thought Nick and Josh would have been hysterical if they saw him in the pie.

Mason

How could he not be impressed by the costume that Stu had so beautifully created? It wasn't a pie that Mason would take a bite of, and it smelled faintly of the dumpster, but it was still enough to make people stop and turn their heads towards what the boys were doing. And that was all the two needed. Mason's plan was simple: Get attention, guilt people into spending ludicrous amounts of money on pie.

"You know what, Neck Tie. You're not as uptight and stupid as I thought." Mason told the kid, and that was the closest he'd ever get to complimenting Stu. Or probably anyone. And yes, that rather rude comment was a compliment in Mason's eyes. Probably the best compliment he'd ever dished out to someone.

"Alright. Get up there and start acting sick like you got some kind of rare flesh eating disease or something." He ordered as he made his way to the pie stand, looking at the many loving pies that had been prepared for this moment. Any that weren't sold would probably be his and Drake's dinner for the next week, so Mason felt even more inclined to sell as many as possible. He hated pie, after all.

"You!" He yelled at a random passerby, who looked over at the garbage pie and Mason with a rather startled expression. "You like pie, right? Of course you do. Everyone fucking loves pie. And you are going to buy this pie because otherwise, you will sentence my little brother there to death." Mason gestured towards Stu dramatically as others stopped and started looking at the spectacle. "We need to raise money so we can get the necessary help he needs to cure his flesh eating disease, before it kills him and spreads to others."

Elizabeth

The girl smiled shyly, as her eyes briefly looked up at Shiloh's. When he glanced at her and gave her that smile, she turned to look at the dog, feeling a blush spread through her cheeks. She was getting this vibe from him, and it was making her feel... anxious, almost nervous. But then she caught a glimpse of him reaching out for her to grab his hand. She froze for a moment. Should she accept, should she ignore it, should she pull her hand back into her pocket? The first option would be the most optimal, since he would be okay with it, but then again, she would just turn into a red beet. The second one would be the most sane for her, but not for Shiloh. And the third one was... just rude. So the girl, listing out her options and choosing one, gently rested her hand on Shiloh's.87

Elizabeth then listened to him talk about his dog, and her mood lightened for a moment. She looked at Dolly, and giggled as she saw her look up at the tree.
"She really seems to hate squirrels, doesn't she... but yeah, who doesn't love parks? My Chicka loves running around, but she is so small. She's a dachshund, about 4 months old. She almost came to the school with me today" Elizabeth gently laughed, remembering her dog's mastermind play.

Neck Pie

DnEQw7v.gif

Neck Tie’s initial optimism turned into bewilderment the moment Mason started shouting and swearing at pedestrians to buy their pies. What the hell was he doing? They were getting strange looks all around. To make matters worse, Mason was telling everybody that Neck Tie had a highly contagious flesh-eating disease. As if the people didn’t already have enough reasons to stay away from them!

And so they were there for an eternity, the sun beating down on them as the clouds moved. Mason was still shouting, still scaring all their potential customers away. Neck Tie sighed. This sucked. They sold like a dozen pies the whole time they’d been there. It was getting hot and sticky in the pie and he just wanted to go home. Hell, two of his blue balloons had already popped. Soon he wouldn’t need to act like he was dying anymore; he would already look the part.

Mason probably was getting sick of it too. The older kid went back to his apartment, said he was going to freshen up for a bit. Meanwhile Neck Tie was all alone. Lonely Pie. He managed to plonk himself down in Mason’s chair, bending the costume a little. He sat quietly and stared at the pies they hadn’t sold. He started to feel really sorry for Mason. Not just about the pies, but about his scholarship and football, too.

Squirming in the pie, Neck Tie reluctantly squeezed his wallet out of his pocket. And he pulled out all his allowance and scrunched the notes up and stuck them into the box along with the coins. Then he grabbed a couple of pies, got up and stuffed them into his backpack, that way Mason wouldn’t suspect where the money had come from.

Sawyer
PhonyPrestigiousBasenji-small.gif
Sawyer was glad that Grace seemed on board for her little shenanigan. It probably wasn't the best idea and if they were caught Sawyer would end up getting both of them in trouble, but she was willing to risk it. They climbed out of the car and Sawyer shut the door as quietly as she could before making to grab their supplies and tossing a few rolls to Grace. She did a series of quick, unintelligible hand motions before starting toward the target. She paused momentarily to make sure no lights were on in the house before looking back at Grace and shooting a thumbs up at her. With the coast seemingly clear, Sawyer began throwing the rolls up into the trees and spreading it around the front yard.

"TPing is a fine art." Sawyer explained as she launched a roll up over the porch covering, "It takes a good eye to make a masterpiece." She laughed. In the cover of darkness it was hard to see but her eyes were sparkling with amusement. Serves him right. No one gets to talk to her like he did and get by clean. No way. Just as Sawyer was about to throw again a light flicked on in the house and then another and another. Sawyer tossed the roll to the side and took off toward a conveniently placed bush, but not before grabbing Grace and pulling her along. She pulled them both down behind the bush just as Mr. Schmidt, in all his robed glory, opened the front door. The porch like flicked on and the man's eyes widened considerably. He bkubbered for a minute like a fish out of water but soon regained his composure.

"Stupid kids! When I find out who did this you're going to be in a whole lot of trouble!" Mr. Schmidt kicked a roll off the porch with a huff as he peered around the front yard. Behind the bush, Sawyer snickered quietly as they watched through the branches. Her snicker would turn into silence when another man appeared next to Mr. Schmidt and placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry about it, honey. They've had their fun. Come back to bed, we'll worry about this in the morning." And with that, the two of them reentered the house. Sawyer was completely quiet for moment, looking over at Grace with raised brows and then promptly falling over in the grass laughing.

"Holy fuck. Holy fuck. How did I not see that coming?" Sawyer clutched at her sides and tried to breath, "Ow, ow, ow. Fuck." Her laughing subsided and she just let herself lay there with a grin on her face. That had been more than worth the trouble. Sawyer was satisfied with herself and now she knew something totally unexpected about her oh-so-friendly Physics teacher.

"Thank you, babe." She lifted her head to wink at Grace, "That was way fun."

Grace took the rolls from Sawyer, furrowing her brows when she did the hand motions. “I don’t know what any of those mean.” Grace wasn’t staying quiet and that was probably a bad idea. “Right. Sorry.” She spoke in a whisper. Acknowledging her thumbs up with a small nod. And following Sawyer’s lead as she threw the paper.

Grinning when about she talked about ‘fine art.’ And a good eye. “I got this.” She told her as she threw it. Wincing as she completely misjudged it and instead of throwing some of the paper she threw the whole roll in his backyard. Whoops. “Guess not.” Upset with herself that she didn’t do it right.

Biting her lip as she tried again and this time hitting it’s mark. Grace smiled in victory, though it quickly faded when Sawyer tugged her away. Looking towards where she was. Grace understood why, and stood quiet as Mr. Schmidt exclaimed, widening her eyes when his husband came out to calm him down, and they eventually went back inside. Grace was sliently praying she wouldn’t regret doing this, but when she looked over at Sawyer and she started laughing, Grace smiled amusedly. She highly doubts she’ll regret it.

Giving a nod at the thanks, she laid in the grass beside her. “I.. suppose it was enjoyable.” Grace didn’t want to admit it. But it was way more fun than just enjoyable. “Although it was a certainly memorable first date.” Turning her head towards her and smiling.

June
June had somehow survived it today, but she knew her luck was thinning. After the kiss, she had been avoiding Raven somewhat. But now, she had no choice. She told herself to forget about the kiss. Right now, it was time for Mason and her to enjoy themselves before going to homecoming.

She got out of the car and looked back at Grace’s mother. “Thank you for dropping me off.” She could tell it was only because she was going on a date with a boy. Which she had no clue how to feel. Once the car drove away, she turned around and looked at the carnival seeing little kids walk inside with parents as well as some older people going in to enjoy the fun. She walked over and paid for a some tickets. Her eyes looking behind and seeing all the booths of games and food stands. She looked up to see some makeshift coasters going around as well as the Ferris Wheel. Somehow, this daunted her. She had no choice to smile and put on a performance. She couldn’t be upset. Today was suppose to be a day of joy.

She walked inside and waited at the gate, constantly checking her phone wondering when they will arrive.

Raven

“Are you sure? I don’t know.. maybe i shouldn’t of done it.” Raven said squinting her eyes at herself in the passenger mirror, moving bits of her hair to the side. It wasn’t the first time Raven ever cut her own hair, but it was her first time going short. She wanted something new it’s just hair it’ll grow back.. “Relax. It’s looks great.” Nancy told her, turning her head slightly to give her a smile. “Just because you don’t have luscious hair like mine, doesn’t mean your hair looks bad.” Raven rolled her eyes at her ego, but stifled an amused smile. “Yeah, okay.” Grinning at herself in the small mirror.

Raven wasn’t particularly excited to hang out with Mason, or.. Shiloh who was her date. Poor guy. Hopefully he wasn’t getting the wrong message with her. Of course like it was planned June will be there too. They haven’t talked since the kiss, and Raven had wanted to. But It was obvious June been avoiding her. Was it because of Mason? Oh, please. They weren’t even dating. Homecoming means nothing. “Thank you, Nancy.” Raven gave a grateful smile towards her.

The woman just nodded, giving her thumbs up. Stepping out of the car and walking her way up to the gates, for the past few days only that kiss had been on her mind. It was an amazing kiss. So why did she cry? God, this is why Raven don’t do relationships. Why did I even.. do i want a relationship with her? Spotting the red-head at the gates, she didn’t notice her yet as she was too busy checking her phone. No doubt Raven had that she was waiting for Mason.

Raven sighed heavily looking at her from a distance, before putting on a smile and walking over. “And here i thought you wouldn’t show.” Quickly changing the subject before June decided flee from the conversation. “Did you..uh have any luck finding a dress for tonight?” It was a fake question. Raven had bought the dress the other day and sewed the part that was ripped. Giving it to Grace and pleading with her to not say anything about it. She weirdly agreed, that girl was too nice for her own good, and it honestly freaked Raven out. Besides that.. Raven wasn’t gonna let their kiss ruin her homecoming. She obviously was excited for it, no reason to let her down.

He had a wad of cash in his pocket that he'd made from the pie sales. Sure, he gave a few bucks to Stu for the trouble, but for the most part, Mason had pocketed their weak earnings. Their weak earnings, and the fact that he now knew that being a salesman was something he'd never be able to do. This was why Mason wanted a factory job. Work nights or whatever, never talk to people. That was the dream, and at least it was kind of easy to get with just a high school diploma.

Anyway, he paid the entry ticket and then caught sight of Raven and June. Carnivals and double dates were two things Mason had never enjoyed -- or even dates in general. They all just seemed like a cheap waste of money for small, fleeting moments of enjoyment. And yet here he was, completely wasting his time. And for what?

Well, for June. A small smile played across his face as he came to a stop beside the two girls. "Where's that fake date of yours, Rivera? Let me guess: he found someone better. Not hard to do." Mason smirked at her. He was fully expecting Shiloh to not show, in which case this would just be... well, this would just be sad.

He then turned his attention away from Rival Rivera to look at June, the smile stretching as he did so, and his eyes softening. "Hey. Are you excited for this and for the dance later? Stu helped me get some money so like, everything is on me tonight. This is going to be the best date ever, I promise."

~ Shiloh Mitchell ~

Shiloh took his time in getting ready, enjoying the age old classics of country music that were pumping through the speakers in his room as he showered, his mom and sisters were out to dinner with some work friends so he had all the time in the world to get ready and enjoy himself. He always liked getting ready for an event, taking a long shower to wash away all the grime from the day and meticulously put every last hair into the perfect position. Tonight's outfit was simple, almost like the outfit he had always worn to church, a simple black shirt with clean jeans and his black leather cowboy boots that had been thoroughly polished. He took a long look in the mirror at himself, rubbing the rough scruff that was now covering his face, it made him look old but it gave his face a serious shadow that enhanced the sharp angles of his his cheeks. "You look good..." Shiloh mumbled to himself then grabbed his hat, it was newish black one that he rarely ever wore, instead using the old brown Stetson that had been passed down from grandfather to grandson. Dolly gave him a parting lick on the hand and he was out the door, running just a few minutes behind but he wasn't rushing like a mad man, just enjoying the ride into town as he blasted his music and rocked in the cab of the truck. Small town carnivals always seemed to make him feel light on his feet, the little town he had moved from always had an apple festival in the fall with a whole little street carnival and the whole works, while all those memories were swirling in his head Shiloh found a place to park and headed inside. It wasn't hard to find his little group, June's red hair was a dead giveaway, no one had hair like that. Shiloh felt different, almost icy, as he approached the group like a stalking cougar, materializing beside Mason. He cocked his head to the side, "Mason, Raven..." His smile was chilly like his eyes, arctic blue eyes that were almost shining like fire due to the low lights, his eyes were almost like a demon but no demon had blue eyes like him. "Hi June." Shiloh was warmer with June though, she wasn't here for anything but to have fun, could she tell that these two were vying for her affections? He didn't know but he wouldn't say anything cause it wasn't his job, she was a smart girl though and she probably knew. His warmth slipped away though as he took a step backwards, leaning on his heels with his thumbs hooked in his belt loops.

Ryder

tumblr_inline_pdnlaaiedq1vdiecd_1280.gif

"Hey Lasky, I'm headed out to the fair down at the boardwalk." Ryder called out as he headed down the stairs, grabbing his keys and wallet off the counter. After apologizing profusely to Ash over the phone about his little lunch room incident, she'd finally given in and agreed to go on a date with him today. Or...at least he thought it was a date. There was still a bit of uncertainty as to what their relationship was, but he intended to treat this as a date and planned to impress her. Maybe then she'd make up her mind about dating him.

'Oh, just gimme a second to get my shoes on!" His twin called from the living room, hurriedly turning the T.V. off and rushing towards the door to throw on her converse. It wasn't exactly what Ryder had meant when he'd informed his sister of his plans, he'd meant it as a I'm taking the car sorry not a Let's have sibling bonding time. This was his first unofficial official date with Ash, which meant no annoying sisters allowed.

"I'm actually picking up Ash..." He apologized, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. Alaska quickly realized she'd misread the situation, feeling silly for assuming Ryder would have wanted to hangout with her. While they'd made up since the whole Kanen fiasco, there was still a little strain on their relationship.

Ryder felt bad as he watched her face fall, no trace of the previous excitement she'd had plastered on her face mere moments ago. It made him feel guilty. The twins had spent more time apart in the last month than they had their entire lives, and Ryder knew it was time to fix whatever awkwardness still lingered.

"I'm sure Ash won't mind, c'mon." He said, wrapping his twin in a quick side hug before walking out the door, shooting a quick text to Ash.

change of plans, sis is tagging along, srry :P

Okay, okay, so yes, Ash had let Ryder apologize numerous times for something that at this moment, she wasn't even really upset about. Either way, there'd be no doubt about her going on a date with Ryder. She'd been waiting for him to actually ask her, and it was finally happening... even if it wouldn't last super long thanks to Homecoming later that night. Yes, she was still slightly annoyed about him getting suspended from that, and had made sure to let him know.

Ash had spent way too long getting ready, quietly debating on what to wear. Finally, she was ready and was flopped down on her bed, waiting for Ryder to get there... when he sent a text saying that Alaska would be coming with. Now, Ash liked his twin -- even if they'd had... issues in the past, but that was the past -- but the way she saw it, this obviously meant that Ash had misread something and this wasn't actually a date. Right? Why else would Alaska be coming?

So she groaned, rolling out of her bed and heading downstairs to wait for Ryder and Alaska for the not date. Once they arrived, well, Ash couldn't really hide how excited she was to see Ryder. She hopped in the car, offering a quick hello to Ryder and Alaska, and then looked back at her phone to see if there was any new Homecoming things she should be worried about. Other than, well, the game which she had to go to later and see boys slam into each other.

Luckily, Ash didn't live super far from the boardwalk, and soon they were at the festival. She hopped out of the car, breathing in the sea air, and grinned back at Alaska and Ryder. Okay, so even if this wasn't a date, Ash could still try or... something, right? Right? "Ryder. I challenge you to a game. I don't know what game, but a game, and I will win."

June
June looked up immediately when she heard someone approach it. She bit her lip when she realized it was Raven. She frowned when she said she was surprised that she showed up. “I set this up. Of course I’m coming.” Then she paused at her hair. She really liked it, she wanted to reach out and touch it. However, she needed to resist and hold her hand down. “I...” She did get a dress and it happened to be the one they kissed it. The mention of the dress made her think... then Mason showed up.

She looked up and smiled. He did look handsome and she glanced at lips before looking back up at his eyes. “Yeah. I couldn’t even sleep.” She said with a nervous laugh and then looking away at the ground. It wasn’t even long before Shiloh showed up too. The whole gang was here now.

She looked down at the tickets in her hand. “Alright. Well, let’s go find something. Maybe we can go through the mirror maze?” She suggested stepping away from the group already. She was just going to march her way to the mirror maze until she saw Mason’s open hand and held it. She pulled him over and into the line. “I guess whatever couple can get out faster wins.” She told Raven and Shiloh, her eyes lingering a bit on Raven before looking at Mason. “Let’s win.” She whispered to him and attempted a better smile.

Carter finished her shift at the boardwalk, pulling her pony tall out and taking off the ridiculous button down she had to wear. She shoved everything into her bag, she really could of gone home, but something was pulling her to stay. She knew Mason had the date today, she was wondering if it was even still on. Went and grabbed an ice cream from her friend Dana, and started heading towards the entrance. And leaned over the counter of the balloon dart game chatting with another coworker. When she saw Ash, Ryder and Alaska make their way in, not who she had been looking for, but at least she maybe she wouldn't look so awkward walking around by herself. "Hey! Alaska!" She started sauntering over towards her "What are you doing here?" She smirked, pretending that Ash didn't exist. "Ryder, your brother right?" She pointed towards the other twin. "Attractive.." She looked him up and down "But you're right, you are the hot one." She laughed lightly.

Raven eyed June at Mason’s comment. How did she not see that he was an ass? She grinned in his direction. “Mm, learn your facts Rivera. It’s extremely hard to find someone as good as me.” Giving a small shrug. While Mason talked to June about their date, she just stared at June. Was it her plan to just.. forget about what happened?

Her eyes drifting to Mason for a split second as she wondered what he’d do if he found out about the kiss. Raising a brow at Mason when Shiloh showed, Raven didn’t doubt he would, she wouldn’t get stood up. Although taking a double take at Shiloh, he wasn’t as..chipper. As the was the other times they’ve talked, but Raven shook it off. “Shiloh.” She acknowledged him with a nod, grinning at the cowboy.

Furrowing her brows. ‘mirror maze’ didn’t sound very exciting, narrowing her eyes when June grabbed Mason’s hand. Raven crossed her arms, ready to decline the offer altogether, when she mentioned the challenge.. that changed things for better. Why miss an opportunity to leave Mason in the dust? She grinned. “Let’s see just how fast you can be stallion.” Throwing a wink his way.

"Please. I know plenty of people better than you." Mason said, rolling his eyes, but otherwise ignoring Raven. As Shiloh came up it was easy to tell that he wasn't, well, the most comfortable, but Mason didn't question it. Chances were he was just catching on to the whole Raven using him thing. It was easy to tell, after all.

"Hey, Shiloh." Mason greeted, trying to sound at least a little bit friendly but let's be honest -- every time Mason opened his mouth, it came out sarcastically. Well, at least he tried, as he took June's hand and squeezed it. This was... well, weird for Mason. He'd been on zero double dates, and had no idea how this was supposed to be work.

"Mirror maze. That's the one where you walk into mirrors and break your nose, right?" Okay, so Mason had never actually broken his nose, but Drake in his idiotic childhood had run into a mirror and broken his nose. True story. Weak boy. He wasn't particularly thrilled about the idea of playing games, but Mason would play for her. Reluctantly.

Mason followed her towards the mirror maze, glaring at the stupid mirrors. "How are we supposed to race? Isn't it like one person at a time or something?"
