We have Chemistry

"Well its the best I can do on such short notice you dingus."

Tadashi walked out into the brisk night air of the pacific southwest. Most of the trees had already shed their leaves but a few hardy ones still had a small amount.

Tadashi mounted his scooter and put on his helmet.

"You ready to go?"

Honey nodded, taking out her bun so she could but on a helmet. She got on after Tadashi and smiled. "Ready."

Tadashi let go of the handbrake and accelerated onto the street. Even though the Girl's dormitory was relatively close by, it was a challenge to get through the slick roads. Still, it was challenge Tadashi was willing to take for Honey Lemon.

"When do you usually have trouble?"

Around the bend was a boy's dormitory, one of the loudest and shadiest in all of SFIT.

"I don't like this place, It looks and smeels like trouble."

Tadashi slowed down at the red light. It was getting to be midnight and there weren't many people around. Tadashi nervously tapped on the gas pedal, ready to accelerate at a moment's notice.

A drunk man slowly walked around the corner, eyeing honey. She tightened her grip on Tadashi's waist, pressing into his back.

Tadashi looked at the drunken man with a raised eyebrow. He personally hated alcohol and programmed Baymax to see it as a dangerous drug.

"Well then, We should PROBABLY be going..."

Tadashi drove onto the sidewalk (there was nobody nearby) and turned right.

Tadashi swerved in and around traffic until they ended up in Honey's dormitory. Tadashi took off his helmet and looked over the building.

"Well here we are, Home sweet home."

Honey sighed as they reached her house and she smiled. Since she was Honey, and a very touch feely girl, she kissed his cheek. "Thanks Tadashi!" She called as she ran towards the house, going inside.

Tadashi smiled and laughed to himself a little bit. A little bit of lipstick was still smudged on his cheek but he didn't care. If he drove fast enough he could make it in time for dinner.

He took his hand off the brake and drove away.

Honey smiled as she got inside, for once feeling more safe than before. She giggled and looked back, seeing him drive away. She smiled and went to her room, opening the door and finding that Gogo was gone.

Tadashi hummed as he entered the doorway to the Cafe. He had just maken it in time for dinner. But today he felt a little...different. The food was great as always but something had changed in his thinking. In fact, it wasn't until he had laid his head down to sleep that he realized what he felt. He was genuinely concerned for Honey Lemon and as he thought more about it, the more he was determined to help in some way. But he couldn't be around her 24/7.

Could he?

Tadashi got out of bed and turned on his computer. He had found his new next project. He would create something that would protect not only Honey Lemon, but millions and possibly billions around the globe.

Honey smiled as she shut the door behind her. She smiled and decided to take a hot bath before going to bed.

The glow of the computer illuminated Tadashi's as he worked through the night.

"Too deadly...Too tiny...Too pink..."

He rubbed his eye's tiredly as he looked for inspiration, any inspiration.

It was perfect. The design was large enough to house the equipment and small enough to fit through even the smallest alleyways.

Tadashi turned off his computer after using it throughout the night. He was...less than presentable. He went to the bathroom to freshen up.

Honey was happy this morning. The sun was shining, birds singing, and soon enough she would see Tadashi. He was most certainly her prince, since he was always looking out for her.

Tadashi rubbed some water in his face and brushed his teeth. If he wanted to get started on his project he was going to have to go to the lab on his weekend.

He picked a coffee from the counter, said goodbye to Hiro and stood outside to wait for the Trolley Train.

Honey had already reached the lab and she blissfully pushed aside her paralysis serum to create something more. She smiled as she started mixing the perfect blend of chemicals for a new chem bomb.

Tadashi opened the door to the lab and was surprised to see Honey there. He took off his jacket and threw it on the couch. He went over to Honey's station.

"Sup, weren't expecting to see you here on the weekend."

Indeed, they were the only people in the lab.

Honey smiled. "I had a few ideas. Besides, Gogo and Wasabi where probably out on a date last night, since she still wasn't home this morning." She said to him as she poured in more chemicals.

Tadashi smiled as he picked up a few tools from Wasabi's place.

"Oh really? Do you think they- I mean I'm not saying they did THAT, its just... nevermind."

Tadashi grinned like a fool.

Honey giggled. "No but I wouldn't bet on it. Gogo can be very persuasive when she wants too." Honey said with a giggle before turning back to her work.

Tadashi let out a sheepish grin as he strolled over to his station.

"Smooth move Tadashi, you really know how to talk today!" He thought to himself.

Tadashi turned on the plasmic blowtorch and started cutting out a sphere. He had to follow his blueprint exactly or it would potentially fall apart.
