Gorse’Cloud looked at her,slightly shocked and kinda worried. ‘And who is that tom?..’ He try not to show the sorrow in his voice and kept calm.
Owl’Whisker walked in,her tail slightly swaying with worry then she sat down,tucking her paws under her tail.

"Why do you seem worried, Owlwhisker?" Stonestar asked. Hareleap sat beside his mate, hiding his excitement.
"Oh... well... it's someone you know really well..." Goldencreek said, embarrassed. She looked at her paws and very quietly said "its you."

Owl’Whisker slightly glanced at Hare’Leap then looked at Stone’Star. ‘I’m expecting another litter..’
Gorse’Cloud stopped in his tracks,he stay quiet after a few minutes then spoke up. ‘I like you back too.. ever since Reed’Stem was a medicine cat apprentice i liked you..’

"That is great news. Are you ready to move into the nursery?" He asked. It was tradition that queens move to the nursery as soon as they knew they were expecting kits. "Speckledwing would love the company, I'm sure."

"You do?" Goldencreek said, shocked. "I've liked you since I was an apprentice myself."

Owl’Whisker smiled and nodded. ‘I am but i wanna go to the gathering tonight before i move in,since it would be my last gathering for a while so if its fine with you,i like to go..’

Gorse’Cloud smiled and walked over to her,touching his nose to hers. ‘Well.. will you be my mate Golden’Creek?.’ He smile

"You can come, if you get the okay from Reedstem." Stonestar said, curling his tail around his paws. "But if a fight happens, you must protect yourself. Do not fight unless it is needed." His advice was well meaning and wise. His previous mate had died during her early pregnancy due to battling a fox that got into the camp.

Goldencreek's fur pricked and she purred, "yes I will!" She rubbed against Gorsecloud, never feeling happier.

Owl’Whisker nodded and dipped her head. ‘I know. i will do everything to protect my little ones.’ she lift her head and got up. she soon laughed. ‘Looks like you have two visitors.’

As a small bundle of light-ish brown cream and black spotted kit came in,the kit hissed. ‘Blossom’Kit! u know what mom said! we can’t just jump into here without permission!’ His voice sounded worried and with fear.

Gorse’Cloud smiled and rubbed his head on hers,licking her head. ‘I promise to protect you every-way i can.’

Stonestar laughed as a cream she kit with chocolate swirls pounced into the entrance with her fur puffed up. "I dont care. This is important." She told her brother with confidence. "Oh! Owlwhisker and Hareleap are here. Good!" She exclaimed and ran over to Hareleap.
Goldencreek purred. "I promise to keep you safe." She twinned her tail with his tail.

Leopard’Kit fluffed up his fur and pouted,soon looking at Stone’Star and ran over to him and smiled brightly. ‘Stone’Star! Hi! how are you today?’ Owl’Whisker laughed and smiled ‘Speckled’Wing has some very hyperactive kits,maybe our kits would be like that’ She lightly punched Hare’Leap’s shoulder and smiled again.

Gorse’Cloud purred back and putted his paw on hers. ‘I will protect you more.’

"I'm going good. How are you, Leopardkit?" He asked his son. He looked at his daughter and shook his head. Blossomkit was bouncing around Hareleap and pawing his whiskers. "They sure are hyper. Maybe they will calm down when our kits are big enough to play with them." Hareleap said. "Your going to have kits?!" Blossomkit squealed. "I have to tell Speckledwing!" She twirled around and bounced off to find her mother.

Goldencreek enjoyed their stroll as mates. "I have to tell my father." She said.

‘I’m doing good! and wow!! Kits?!?! What are you gonna name them?!’ He jump over to Owl’Whisker and Hare’Leap and looked up to them. ‘Maybe the name Fall would be cool! or Cloud?!’ He was being extra hyper from the thought of play-mates. Speckled’Wing was already walking to Stone’Star’s den since she knew the two little rascals would be there. she look down at Blossom’Kit and smiles. ‘Hello Blossom’Kit,what you so hyper about?’

Gorse’Cloud laughed slightly and smiled. ‘And i gotta tell Reed’Stem.’

"Owlwhisker is going to have kits!" She said excitedly, bouncing around her mother. She ran back to Owlwhisker, "or Hawk or Feather! I like those names!" She purred, and pawed her brother's ear.

Speckled’Wing walked into Stone’Star’s den and sat beside Stone’Star,smiling. ‘Congrats ya’ll two.’ She dip her head towards the two then watched her two kits. Leopard’Kit hissed and playfully bit his sister’s ear.

Gorse’Cloud looked at her and softly nuzzled her cheek. ‘Hey it will okay,the clan will be proud to have another couple.’

"I really hope they are and approve of us." Goldencreek said. Goldencreek had a gentle nature and loved having her clan around her.
"Yes, congratulations." Stonestar said, then put his nose to Speckledwing's shoulder. He watched his kits jump around the expecting couple. "I do like both of your names you've picked, but that is up to Owlwhisker." Hareleap told the kits.

Gorse’Cloud smiled as he touched her nose. ‘They will,They accepted Stone’Star and Speckled’Wing as mates a few moons ago didn’t they? it will be fine’
Speckled’Wing smiled and curled her tail around him.
Owl’Whisker looked at the two kits and smiled. ‘I like them both. maybe we can do Feather’Kit for one and then Fall’Kit for the other?’ The she looked over at her mate and putted her head on his shoulder.

Goldencreek pressed against Gorsecloud's side. "Let get some rest before dawn patrol." She suggested.
Stonestar and Hareleap shared a knowing look and then nuzzled their mates'. "Tomorrow is a big day. Let's all get some rest." Stonestar suggested.

Gorse’Cloud nodded and licked her head then walked back to camp.
Speckled’Wing nodded and got up. ‘Come on Blossom’Kit,Leopard’Kit. ya’ll two need to sleep and leave ya’ll’s dad alone.’ She smile as she walked out.
Owl’Whisker sighed and got up,looking over at Hare’Leap. ‘You sure you be fine sleeping without me in the warriors den?.’
Leopard’Kit nuzzled Stone’Star before he ran after his mom.

"Of course I will be." Hareleap said sadly, walking next to Owlwhisker.
Blossomkit rubbed against his leg and chased after her brother, swiping him on his side as she caught up. Stonestar laughed.
Goldencreek followed at his side, happy and worried all at once.

Owl’Whisker laughed slightly and punched his shoulder softly. ‘You will see me in the morning! don’t be so sad!’
Leopard’Kit puffed up his fur and chased after her,jumping onto her.
Gorse’Cloud looked at her and licked her head. ‘Hey it will be okay. ur father and mother will understand and be happy for you.’

Hareleap laughed and headed down the path with his tail against Owlwhisker.
Blossomkit rolled under her brother and squealed.
"I hope so. " she purred. She mad her way into the warrior's den. "Lay next to me?" She asked shyly.

Owl’Whisker smiled again and layed her head on his shoulder.
Leopard’Kit playfully hissed as he softly swatted his sister.
Gorse’Cloud nodded and followed beside her into the warrior’s den. ‘Of course.’

Hareleap lead the way into the warrior's den and laid down. Goldencreek smiled and curled into her nest.

The next dawn, Stonestar stepped from his den and called a clan meeting.

Owl’Whisker yawned as she walked out of the nursery,her tail curled around her belly

Gorse’Cloud got up,he softly poke Golden’Creek awake then walked to the leader’s den and sat down on the rock.

Leopard’Kit yelped as he ran out of the nursery. ‘What’s happening?! are we becoming apprentices today?!’

Stonestar watched the clan gather.
Blossomkit poked her brother. "Not yet. We arent 6 moons old.
Goldencreek woke up and followed Gorsecloud to below the Largerock.
Frostedpaw and Amberpaw join the group last.

"Tonight is the gathering. I want every cat to be on their best behavior. Gorsecloud, Goldencreek, Owlwhisker, Blackpaw, Snakepaw, Frostedpaw, and Amberpaw will be joining me to the gathering."
